Preeti (manager) is phenomenal at providing an in-depth end to end customer service.

I have visited twice and this will be my default store even though it's not the closest one to me.

I got passport photos taken here which met the spec of the travel destination. I also got them sent to email for convenience. Shipping parcels was also a breeze and alerts you on different options and add-ons which may benefit you or the receiver.

Preeti is able to manage this location with confidence and patience. If multiple people enter the store she acknowledges each one and helps them with their task.

I only wish parking was a bit easier, but that is not up to the UPS Store.

Great customer service. They took the time and had the patience to help me locate my package. It’s definitely not standard these days to get that level of care.

Had to ship a couple of items and was dreading it because of past experiences I've had with Canada Post. I was expecting the whole process to take at least 30 minutes because I wasn't sure how to pack my items and I needed to have shipping labels printed. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes, items all packed up and ready to send off! Amazing service! Highly recommend!

The manager here I forget her name she is always very friendly when I go to fax stuff here or pick up packages

Great service from Preeti, she was so helpful and calm while we were navigating all the steps of our PR card renewal. All while she was so busy with a continuous line of people on a stat holiday!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, the girl that works there is so rude! Very disrespectful and aggressive employees (the guys was okay but girl has not respect for anyone) will never come to this location ever.very unorganized branch, they don’t keep track of any item and are careless. My package was destroyed when I got it. I will try to attach the photo of the broken box they threw at my door if I can.
