I dont have much experience shipping items. Jazpreet I believe her name was, was very helpful. Nice lady that helped me ship the machining tools I sold to another city. She explained everything to me perfectly. Thankyou again.

If you have prepaid boxes to ship don't drop off this location. I've been doing this 2 yrs now and this is the only UPS Location who won't let me drop off labels I already paid for. Lady said I need to call UPS pickup and have the driver come pickup from my house. If I had the time and option to do this, I would. But again, I came to drop off. I just wasted 30mins to drive here. Ugh

The lady work here on a sunny Friday morning was amazing! She had to deal with a customer that was extremely rude. And I was very impressed by the patience the worker showed. Trying to ship some meds to the Philippines for my brother as he was running out. I found it was not as easy as I thought it would be. The young man and young lady at UPS store #419 were extremely helpful and provided me with all the information I would need to get this medication to him in the Philippines. After gathering up everything I returned to the store, and they proceeded to process the shipping request. The meds were packaged and set to ship. The package arrived two days early and with no issues as customs can be difficult if meds are sent with less than adequate paperwork. I just have to say thank you to these two individuals for giving all their time and effort to help me with this shipment.

The person at the front was very kind from the second I walked in the door and I found out he was the store owner afterwards. He was super helpful and got my package ready to ship off quickly. Very refreshing to get this interaction as I’ve had less positive ones at different shipping stores in the past. Definitely recommend this location.

One of the best customer services by the associates, there was a big line up but both of the employees managed so well even they make understood every service that gave to us, and able to assist me with my package as well as. Eugene was extremely helpful. I came a little under prepared to ship 3 boxes full of aerosol. Eugene assisted me by packing my boxes tightly with paper and taping the packages additionally for added protection.

Don't drop off prepaid UPS shipments at this location. Had my shipments go "missing" after dropping them off at this location and there was virtually no help from them other than the standard "UPS picks up packages every day". Now I'm stuck with dealing with losses and refunding customers after weeks of no updates. I should have just scheduled a direct pick up with the UPS truck instead as I've never had any missing package issues using the pick up service.

I would like to give a very big thanks to Davinder Singh, (Hopefully I spelt it correctly), for his utmost patience, understanding, and dedication to ensuring our package was properly and completely correct. Please let me explain; today I went to send medication to my father-in-law in China, and as this doesn’t sound like a big thing ; it is. If you ever had to send any such thing through China customs you would understand. It is extremely, and I mean extremely difficult to deal with them. If everything isn’t “absolutely” exact, right down to each and every pill, it’s exact name, weight and individual cost, then the package will get denied and returned…. Ie.money $270.00 for shipping for nothing.
Well, Davinder spent over a hour with us to ensure that every detail was perfect, (we had to re-do the descriptions several times to make it correct to meet China customs standards), which didn’t happen with other agents in the past. He fully understood how important it was to ensure the package and its contents were fully documented and every item was listed as it needed to be as we required so that the package would clear China customs and the very important medications got to their intended recipient. While remaining calm, cool, and collected. Personally, if it was me on the other side of the counter I would have totally lost my patience and my cool with the customer (me…. Lol).
My hat’s off to you Davinder, I don’t know how you are able to do what you do. This store #419 @ 6556 28th Ave is very lucky to have an employee such as yourself. Again my many thanks. Keep up the good work.
