Brought what I wanted to ship in to the store, representative helped me check the best way to get my product shipped. Representative helped wrapped my package. One week later received a call saying my package has been returned to UPS store and I will need to go back in for a refund and claim my package. While it should have already been delivered to its destination. Total waste of one week for sending something time sensitive. Would NOT RECOMMEND anyone sending anything that is time sensitive.

I went into the store at 2: 55pm and I was told that I had to come back on Monday as he was already closing. I said that there was still 5 mins left till 3 and he repeated that I’ll have to come back Monday. He was doing his close early, closing out tills with papers everywhere. I understand that I got there with 5 mins to spare but I should have still been able to be helped.
He then told me that he was closing as he had plans and had somewhere to be. Perhaps let him know to make plans with the intent that the store should remain open and accessible till 3.

Had a terrible experience here this afternoon. I went in and wanted to mail an envelope. I had checked the price on the online calculator for an UPS Express Saver envelope with the postal codes and it comes up as $23.xx. The woman in the store told me it would be $34.xx. When I told her it said $23.xx online, she was unhelpful and couldn't explain why. She then made up some nonsense about it being a "special price" for a new customer or something. Anyone right now can go to the UPS quote site and get my quote of $23. So then I said, okay, I will pay for it online myself. I had my husband at home go on, spend 10 minutes and he ordered the shipping label for the cheaper price. He then e-mailed it to the store and they printed it off and affixed it to my envelope. The best part? They had the audacity to charge me $1.00 fee for printing a single piece of paper which I only had to do because their system was messed up. I would like a manager to let me know how this kind of thing is acceptable. This makes me never want to use your UPS location again. I would never operate a business like this. You should educate your staff better on how to properly create shipping labels because she was clearly doing something wrong

I have called 3 DIFFERENT times and they just don't even bother to answer. And I let it ring and ring and ring.

I paid 106 dollar to send a letter abroad, it has been 2 weeks still no information about it. Scumssss. So whoever thinking to send something with UPS, DONT DO IT

Worst delivery company ever. Just before Christmas and they have no clue where my package is that was apparently sent on Dec 4th. Investigation started and then the delivery driver for another package flat out lied about trying to deliver it as there were no footprints in the snow up to my door and they do not care! Never using anyone that uses them ever again!

This UPS is the absolute best I have ever worked with! They go above and beyond constantly to help us with shipping complex groups of packages and are here to help us whenever things get complicated or we're confuse about shipping. They are the model of customer service.

The owner was a consummate professional and very efficient.

Terrible experience. Rude service with no accountability. I was given an incorrect tracking number by them on the receipt. But instead of trying to help or rectify the mistake of their establishment, all she did was try to pass the buck to "customer service". What is customer service going to do for me when it was this UPS store that gave me a tracking number that corresponds to nothing?
In the end she did nothing to help and brushed me off as of no consequence. Don't come here, they're not accountable for what they do. I wouldn't trust them with any of my packages.

The team at this UPS store is amazing, efficient and friendly. Today I had a couple of things I needed to do, including some printing. They have a DIY printer which is very convenient and their printing costs are usually cheaper than other larger retailers. Sending my shipment via UPS was also a breeze. One form, they add it into the system and it's shipped within minutes.

The loading zone parking right out front on their street is usually clear which is more than enough time to go in and out to get things done.

I very much appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their good nature.

I asked about brokerage fees on a US package that was left at my door with an invoice. Internet searches told me it's possible to avoid these fees by brokering the shipment myself, so I asked what my options were. The man working the counter said it wasn't his problem if I got sent to collections for not paying fees, and then dismissed me.
The woman that works here has always provided awesome & friendly customer service and the delivery drivers are efficient & go above and beyond (remembering which balcony is mine to slide a package on!). However, I've had spotty service from this one guy before. In-store customer service is hit & miss for that reason.

Clean, well lit and organized. The sales associate Keri was great and went out of her way to help me. Will definately use this location again in the future.
