The UPS Store

While I would give UPS as a company 1 star, this store has great customer service and very nice staff. The store can't do anything about incompetent delivery drivers.

Would give 0 if I could. I returned an item at the beginning of the week, it’s not Friday and they still haven’t sent it back. It’s a return that has a deadline.

Horrible service, horrible location

Says open at 9am. Been here two days this week at 9: 10. No one home. Terrible. People lined up here.
