Karl and the UPS team have been amazing to work with!

They have printed so much for my business in the last 7 years and have been a go to for printing and shipping!

Karl is all about customer service. He is one of the most kindest down to earth souls out there than genuinely wants to help people!

Unprofessional - Karl is always very flirty when I pick up packages at the store, but in a way that made me feel uncomfortable.

Karl seems like he is more interested in scouting women than doing actual work.

Also getting 5 star reviews by his current partner to help his business is unbelievable unprofessional.

Great store and the employees are super helpful, espicially when i need some extra tape!

Guy working here not acknowledging people at the front for more than 10 mins gabbing on the phone.infuriating!

Wow, reading reviews seems like a business that is so terrible but thinks that is ok to treat customers like dirt while stealing the name from the UPS business. Go to the UPS store if you want to be abused by a little man syndrome man. I lived in Canada for 30 years and it is the first time I have been treated so badly I felt like I should take time out of my very busy schedule to write this review. People need to understand that the UPS store and the UPS shipping company are 2 completely different entities and that the UPS store actually stole the name and is making the company look really bad by providing a service that does not actually match Canadian standards. This is the TERRIBLE place. Try to avoid it.
