The UPS Store

They don't deliver our courier. We've to come and pick it up. Very lazy of them not even trying to give me a call. I was at home all day.

Worst. Company. Ever. I've been home the past 3 days waiting for a package and there hasn't been a driver or a note but supposedly according to email, they missed me again.on top of this, UPS has repeatly broken packages, and left other people's packages on my door step and then refused to pick up their mistake. UPS. Is. A. Joke. They also price gouge for customs and taxes when receiving international packages.

I've never faxed anything before and felt very out of my depth, but the store manager helped me immensely. She was genuinely friendly, kind, and patient. Thank you very much!

I went there yesterday and return package was reject due to claimed missing paperwork, went to another ups store, all went thru w/o any questions asked.bad service and attitude for some odd reason.this was the gentlemen but reading all the comments about the lady i can't imagine how much worse it can be lol. UPS should punish franchises w/ this many bad service complaints, clearly its a personnel problem as UPS is my go to for all my shipping and printing needs.owner, dont bother responding - lets just call a duck a duck, you guys may want to consider hiring professional customer service staff.thanks and godspeed

i assure you i will be contacting UPS and DHL regarding your quality of service and general performance as is very obvious from your review page.this package was actually for DHL and they personally confirmed there was no missing paperwork.just for the sake of the record.

This was my first time coming here since I live in Beaumont and usually go to Leduc. When I went in I told the lady I had 6 boxes for drop off and she would let me drop them off. She said their limit was 5. Not even a one time exception. I will never use this location for anything.

If you are doing a return or an RMA don't go here. If you have a box greater than 3 ft in any direction that your Asian grandmother could not pick up, don't go here. If you want to burn up your limited existence on this planet endlessly scheduling pickups which will never happen, use this carrier.

Thanks to this store, I will never have to deal with UPS again. Why? Comments with 1 star describe everything. Terrible customer service. This store is one of those rare "pearls" that deserve a negative rating.

Visited the store today to ship a return to Amazon. I showed the young Asian lady the Tracking/Shipping label on my phone and she would not print it unless I paid a $3.00 fee. Really?
I left with the package and went to the UPS store at 66st.and 28ave.where the gentleman there printed at no charge.
What does that tell you about the service at the 99st store?
I now where I will be going from now on.

Very helpful staff. Will experience on their job. Gave me great advice on international shipping and saved me lots of time and money.

Wow, you do not need to spend a lot of money for travel any more. If you want to be treated like dirt you could just visit one of UPS store locations. You will feel exotics with the benefit of being treated worse then at the low end spice market of Indian slums and a small dude the size of a 12 year old. The worse one of all is the one located at the south side on the 28 Th ave. If you were planning on travelling, but want to save go there and save. I can guarantee you will be treated like dirt. Enjoy.
