The asian gentleman with long hair and beard that works there, is always efficient friendly and works quickly. I am always pleased when he services my returns or packages. He definitely deserves a raise!

I needed some color printing done, but wanted a decent price. I looked online, then called the store to confirm a few details. George was friendly, helpful and quick. I sent him my details and my the file. It was done in perfect time the next day. The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful when I went for pick up too. Very impressed and thankful and will definitely be back if we need more work done.

Lady at the till was not helpful at all. She let my package picked up by the delivery guy without scanning it and saw no need for her to run out and grab a confirmation scan. When I pointed out, she just said "Well then you just won't get a confirmation then" Very upsetting and disappointing. Won't recommend this branch to anyone.

Avoid UPS, they're the worst carrier ever. I've received multiple packages damaged, and had expensive electronics left outside in t he rain.

I recently had a package sent to my mom's place in my name. The delivery date was going to be during a week we were both away, so I paid the extra $2 to hold the package and have it delivered the day I would be back.

UPS instead, attempted delivery anyway. Nobody was home, so they left a card to pickup the package. The final pickup date was before I would be back.

Luckily the store had still kept the package 2 days after they said they would return it. I attempted to pickup, but the girl at the counter would not give me my package because my drivers license showed a different address. Even though my full name matched, I had the tracking code, and I even had the missed delivery slip.

My mom ended up having to take time out of her day to come down and pickup the package.

This is just absolutely terrible customer service and I would avoid using UPS at all costs. Stick with Canada Post.

Horrible experience AT THIS STORE. THEN had to go to another UPS inside a Walmart and all workers there said they get a ton of complaints about THIS place! They’ve also noticed workers are disrespectful to certain races mostly.

Actually brought in one of my parcels in without a label - forgot to print…George called me and I emailed it to him because I was at work and sorted it out for me! 5 STAR SERVICE!

George is great! Highly recommend this store! UPS does a fantastic job from their franchise owners to their hard working couriers!

George is absolutely amazing. I got married on May 26 2023, I needed Thank you cards, name place cards, wedding invitations, pictures for my shower as well. Everything turned out amazing and just beautiful. The designs were exactly what I wanted with high quality printing. I live in south Calgary and would most definitely go back to George due to the service and project quality. Will be coming back to print photos of our wedding and wedding cards. Thank-you so much George for making everything and more as it was one less thing for me to stress about.

Absolutely the worst service. Single attempt to deliver then force you to drive across town to pickup. Do not use this service. Staff grouchy and slow.

My go to UPS store if I’m not going to the airport one. The guy’s working here are so kind, courteous and efficient. I used to have a mailbox here years ago which was convenient but no need now.

Horrible customer service at this location. I just called to ask about a package status, and the girl that answered was very rude and did not want to offer me further information when I asked. She made me feel bad for needing help with my package and in the end, I got no information. Great customer service, lady!

Update: Went in person the next day after sorting things out over the phone with a service rep. Recognized the voice of the girl that "helped" me. Her persona and in-person service matched her telephone service. Very rude and grumpy when dealing with people and sighed several times. Explaining simple things was a burden to her. Her tag says "in training". Think an attitude adjustment or career change is in order here. Hopefully the manager actually recognizes this and deals with it.

I came with good attitude and smelling face in the morning. The lady has name tape is in training. Maybe she is not in the good mood in early morning. She has really bad service attitude. She was very rude and unprofessional to me. She was mad because she couldn’t find my packages. She got mad because I reminded her about it. I really felt she hates her job.

I just started my business earlier this year and had to ship couple packages a month. I tried 4 UPS locations near my home and office and this UPS location offers the absolutely best services. Even though it costs me extra 10 mins to get here. I think it is well worth it.

And stay away from the beddington locations. Worst of the worst.
