The manager is rude and unempathetic.
Bad customer service, he did not want to deliver an Amazon package for which we correctly had the tracking and identification number.

Amazon places a nickname name (alias), in the system you can check the full name, but it still did not want to deliver our package.

The worst delivery service since we have been in Canada and the worst customer service.

If I could pin 0 stars I would have them.

Recievied a delivery notice while i was out of town. Went to pick it up 4 business days later. Will said he sends the packages back to sender after 5 days despite the UPS policy being return after 7 business days.

Luckily ive been able to have the package re-sent after calling UPS up

I've been dealing with Will at the UPS store on Kensington in Calgary for several years now. He is very responsive, customer service oriented and a great problem solver. He always goes the extra mile.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!
The guy who answered the phone this morning was simply the rudest and the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to, and I wasn't going to bring myself down to his level.
He was shouting at me on the phone and hung up for calling only to see if my package made it to their location so I can pick it up.
If I could have given this location star a negative star, I definitely would have.

I don't know why thid store needs to be so much different than ones in Edmonton, but the Edmonton store provides fantastic service and this one I couldn't even ship a small box on my corporate account. Giant waste of time I'll take the package back to Edmonton and ship it from there. Just avoid going to this store. 0 stars. Giant waste of time.

Have nothing but great experiences to report at this store. The entire team (including store owner Will) is very professional and helpful, and - importantly for me as a customer - always willing to walk the extra mile when needed. I rate this store as excellent overall and recommend it highly.

Says the store opens at 9am but it’s well passed 9: 15am and nobody is there. Multiple customers were waiting in front - eventually most of us just gave up as we had to run to work. Your business gets one star for waisting our time!

The store is supposed to open at 9: 00am. I waited and waited and eventually left at 9: 45am with the store still closed. Tough to create new customers with this model.

Said I wasnt home, driver didnt knock or ring the door bell, I was home I saw the truck drive away. I filled out the card for them to leave it at the door they didnt. UPS store wont answer phine calls. Worse shipoing experience I've ever had.

I've never been in the store, however, I've been sent items from Alberta and everyone seems to use THE UPS STORE #260. Everything has been packed well, delivered on time and arrives in perfect condition. What more could you ask of a delivery service.

I did not have a great experience. Tried to get help from the owner as I had never shipped packages there before for my wife's business. He just handed forms at me and was very short. Not giving me any guidance.or helping me with any questions. Will not use this location again.

Will was simply amazing! He was prompt in replying to my inquiries, quoted a fair price, and even coordinated the pickup of my wine shipment from the merchant across the street. When he found out that my UPS delivery guy was rude and unprofessional (through no fault of the store, obviously), he proactively went to bat for me and filed a claim with UPS on my behalf. Talk about having his customer's best interest in mind! I would not hesitate to recommend Will and his store to anyone who values personalized service. I am definitely taking my business to Will again. What a wonderful experience!

Rude and unkind,
I came to print a document and forgot my phone at home.
When I asked to use the computer to acsses my Email they said no with angry tone and looked away.
I would avoid doing future buisnes with that UPS branch.

I have been a customer at this store for many years now, and my related experience has invariably been outstanding. The entire team (including Will) is very professional and super helpful, and in my case they have always shown a willingness to walk the extra mile when needed - for which I remain very appreciative. Extraordinary - is how I would describe the service at this store. Have been a customer here for many years now. All staff at the store I have consistently found to be extremely helpful, friendly and efficient - always willing to walk the extra mile. They deal with all matters very intelligently and competently. I am very pleased especially in having a mailbox at this store, as I know I am in excellent hands there in this respect. I wholeheartedly recommend this store. (My genuine thanks to Will and his team.)

Will was so, so helpful in sorting through a somewhat complicated, fairly large scale international pick up, packaging and shipment job with us. Everything arrived through international channels quickly, well packaged and safely! We’ve been customers for ten years and have had nothing but superior and friendly service from this store.
They go way out of their way for us as we have special needs given we are out of the country for months and months at a time. We totally depend on the staff. I highly recommend.

Edit to respond to the store owner: I would say that a properly protected package should be able to be shipped by anyone. However, it is great that you've made a note that you will only pack based on USPS store standard. If a package is heavy or expensive you won't add any more materials for some reason. Also, your backhanded comment about my 'emotional distress' is incredibly unprofessional. I'm glad that me losing $1,000 is a lighthearted situation for you.

Would give zero stars if I could.

I had a beautiful espresso machine that needed to be shipped to the US. It was heavy af and incredibly expensive so I had this UPS store pack it for me. Well, for my $85 I'm pretty sure he just double boxed it with some packing peanuts in each box. It arrived at its destination with about $1,000 worth of damage. Not even a refund on my $85 was offered and the only "excuse" provided was that "it was heavy. " No kidding? !? That's why I brought it here!

The carelessness of this store literally cost me about a full week of wages.

I've been trying to pick up a parcel that my girlfriend ordered for the past 3 days at this point and I keep being told that it's not there yet or that I can't pick it up because the address is the same on my ID as the package but the name is different. That middle aged Chinese man is no help at all and if you see him in the store I'd advise not to go in, he's not helpful at all.
And to top it off we were told that I could pick it up if I had my Id and the piece of paper but I guess that this store didn't receive that memo either.long story short I'd recommend going with a different company entirely.

This guy really cares about his business.

It was back in October last year when I began noticing Will working later than usual in the evenings. Not that he doesn’t often work late; he regularly does. It’s just that now I saw him pretty much every evening working late.

And the boxes and parcels kept piling up in the UPS Store; everywhere that they could be fitted, neatly stacked, without being in the way of anyone who happened by.

I would joke with him and ask him if he still had a home or just a bunk in the back.

And then the Canada Postal strike swept in later that month and through November. I’d look at Will each time I came by in the evenings, he looked like he had somehow faced off with a freightliner, yet he still managed to give me a cheerful hello and a quick smile as he went about his work.

Often I’d see him working 2 or more hours after closing just to make sure that his customer’s deliveries were handled properly. This guy has stamina.

I could tell, even then, that he deeply cares about his business. And his customers.

No one ever saw the spill-over from a postal strike coming and the aftermath it left in its wake. But Will and his team rode that wave, faced the storm, and came out the other side. I know the package will get there, because Will and his team stand behind it. Thanks for going the extra mile, folks. All the best in 2019!

Kudos to the team at the UPS Store Kensington for coming through once again! Don’t know how you guys managed to navigate the Christmas rush and the latest postal strike in tandem. What a relief it’s over, must’ve been quite the challenge. Sure do appreciate the good work. Thanks for looking out for us in 2018. Best to everyone in the year ahead!
