The UPS Store

Great store. This is not where you pick up ups packages though. That is not there problem, I've used it for over a decade most of that was using the mail boxes. But lately everytime I go in and the manager is in she gets a bit over chatty with customers which is great but not when you have a line up of clients that need to drop off stuff and get in and out as fast as you can.

Been using the ups store for a long time now, for all my printing and fax or email needs. Always met with the friendly employees who always go above and beyond for me.

The one and only place to do your mailing and shipping needs, but also any printing and shredding. The ladies here are phenomenal and look after you like family. Can not say enough great things about them!

What a local treasure we have with ups store 289 right here in GP. These amazing peppermint tea drinking folk go above and beyond to deliver great customer experiences with delivery services, print jobs or even charging a lost phone for an unknown customer. High 5 to Danielle, Christy and other staff members. You rock!

Wonderful, personable service! I recently used the UPS Store #289 for a printing project that was very important to me. Danielle and Bobbi went above and beyond with their helpful suggestions and care in putting it all together. It turned out beyond my expectations. The lady staff in this store give me a bad service
She doesn’t want to answer my question and show her emotions on her face when I told her to check my tracking number to me and her tone show that she so annoyed me

Whatever Delivery service used by UPS in Grande Prairie does not respond to phone calls or messages it’s been almost two weeks trying to recover a package sent to me by UPS I went into the store and they have no record of the package. This is literally the worst delivery service company I have ever dealt with.

Greatest customer service ever! Love the thoughtfulness and willing to help all the time. Great place and lots of things to offer there check it out.

I would personally give them a higher review if I could! Second time dealing with the store and their amazing crew for my printing needs. They went above and beyond for me, both times, and took the time to provide me with the best experience and quality of product! Will be returning for any other printing or shipping/mailing services that I need! Highly recommend, great customer service, friendly atmosphere, and great quality!

I had a package go missing, it wasn't their fault at all but she gave me the information to contact the delivery company (one transport group) and I've found my package

I recently had a large, unusual order that I had to have shipped from Grande Prairie for my business. Never having worked with the folks at Store 289 before, I didn't know what to expect. I have used UPS stores before for my shipping needs and always had satisfactory results. I reached out to the store and was placed in contact with the owner, Danielle. I explained that I needed to ship 42, seven-pound, fragile pieces of electronic equipment internationally, on a deadline. Danielle managed this task from start to finish and exceeded my expectations in every way. Danielle and her staff have earned my admiration and my highest praise for a job well-done. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks for all of your shipping needs.

Have had business mailbox here for years. Great service always friendly can sign for your parcels! Can access box 24 Hrs a day!

Working with Jody for all my printable art needs has been the best experience ever. His eye for detail as well as outstanding customer service is exceptional.

Always professional personalized service at this business. The staff are always quick to meet my needs and they go out of their way to serve their clients.

I have used the UPS store in Grande Prairie for over 3 years now. It has been a terrific both in service, and in experience. The business is managed by amazing, quality, and sociable people. I would take a second look at any of the bad reviews posted here and critically analyze them. I’m not entirely convinced they are credible after my own experiences over the years as I cannot think of single bad thing to say about this business. I would highly recommend the services of this location, and I hope it serves you as well as it has I.

Terrible service with ridiculous wait times. Told to go get a coffee while I waited for my turn. In and out in under 10 minutes at Purolator.

The worst shipping experience I have ever had. If you can, go with anybody else. Canada Post is way faster and better then UPS.

Was over charged two hours for “design time” I gave them a USB with stuff I wanted printed. Was maybe 9 sheets of paper, cost me $140. Just a scam if you ask me.

I went here few times recently and their service is amazing. In general, service quality in GP isn’t great, but when I went this store I was impressed. One of employees (I didn’t ask his name unfortunately) was so helpful and the owner shows a lot of responsibility and professionalism for her business. 5 stars!

Just got. A package. It was delivered to the bottom of the stairs leading to the my front door. I watched the guy leave with a dolly. It's to heavy for me to bring up so it will sit in the rain until I can get some help. Thanks bud.

UPS Delivery in Canada Sucks because it’s done via Purolator and none of the information they leave on the door notice even work when you call UPS.

I've had at least three packages sent back because UPS says they've attempted delivery without actually ever attempting delivery or leaving a notice. Try to deliver or don't. If it were up to me, I would choose Canada Post over UPS every time, because at least I actually receive my packages.

Absolutely inconsiderate and untrained employees, Horrible customer service and incompetent. Given the exact address, and even further instructions from a landmark still couldnt attempt to make a delivery and no follow up. We called them multiple times to ensure they were managing to do their job and each time there were no notes taken from the previous call. We were given guarantee after guarentee and still nothing. We will be forever boycotting UPS for any further shipping needs. I Strongly advise using Canada post or any other shipping service if you can. I will remove my reveiw if any attempt at wringing their mistakes are made, but from experience there will be none.

Impossible service. Seriously been shipping from the same company to the same address.for 30yrs. Suddenly they can't deliver!? And wen I call they charge another $7 to deliver. WHY DO I PAY FOR A NEW DRIVER INCOMPETENCE? Rude service all the way around

Terribly inefficient. UPS contracts Purolator to deliver packages in this town. It's basically like pulling teeth to get any strait answers out of any parties involved. If you're going to offer YOUR services, then offer YOUR services, don't pay someone else to do it worse than you could. Also, why is it that UPS is the ONLY shipping company that extorts money out of it's cross border shoppers with brokerage fees? I've ordered many many things south of the border and you guys seem to be the only ones that feel that personal freight requires your loving brokers.
