If it says open at 9 be open at 9. It’s now 910 and crickets. People rely on businesses being open when they say they will be open.

If I could give negative stars I gladly would!
Rude, unprofessional and overall lousy customer service.

Atrocious service. They wouldn't release a package to me because my ID is out of date. Mind you I didn't ask for the package to be held there, the driver just refused to deliver it and they fed me a story about "driver discretion". Then gave me the wrong customer service number (for the US, not Canada).

Does not sell any packing supplies unlike listed. This is not a review on service just warning others.

The lady who helped me to return an item bought from Amazon. Is very helpful and sincere.

Mr. Muhammad Yousaf was extremely efficient, helpful, friendly and had a pleasant personality. He was very informative and careful in assisting me when I sent a parcel internationally. He found the most economical option while still keeping the parcel arrive earlier than needed. If I can give more than 5 stars then I would. I highly recommend this store (UPS Store #98) and Muhammad

Slowest UPS store in the city, would avoid completely. Too busy chatting rather than focusing on the work.

I have been a lockbox holder at this location for roughly 3 years now, and have nothing but high praises for the way that it is managed and the way staff deal with customers, truly professional.
When packages arrive, they promptly call to let me know and I really appreciate that. They are also very knowledgeable about UPS business in general. Keep it up guys!

Too slow…. Couldn’t multitask and too FOREVER with each client in line. Will be sure not to stop by there in future

Staff is rude and charged me $4 for a ten inch strip of packing tape. This is the only time I've ever been to a shipping location that didn't allow you to use their tape gun to close a box and the owner was a dismissive jack @ss about it.

I attended this location this morning & was so thankful for the lady in charge of shop. She was very patient, kind & helpful In giving me packing advice etc, & helping me to get my my parcel ready for shipment. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name. Thank you for your kindness & being so helpful

The customer service at the UPS Varsity location is excellent. I have had to send several documents over the last few weeks and the staff are always friendly and courteous.
I highly recommend this courier location.

UPS in Calgary NW here needs to improve on your service. I ordered a box spring from Walmart it’s still disappearing no delivery no details at all! Can’t track on anything so sad. UPS needs to copy a better service like Amazon they do delivery so much better Amazon arrow logo put packages right in front of my apartment. UPS don’t call me don’t delivery packages to upstairs don’t care don’t put priority of the delivery job to place in front of my apartment. I went ask UPS office Vasity NW Calgary they said don’t have any records!

What a terrible business. Use FedEx if you want your stuff to arrive moderately on time. Their quotes don't include duties. FedEx includes everything. UPS is using false advertising which is protected by the Sales of good act of Canada.

Fast service, friendly staff. Parcel arrived as stated in the waybill and 2 days ahead of proposed time. Would use this location again.

Muhammad is very knowledgeable on how to get your package from one place to another for the lowest cost. I would highly recommend.

Muhammad was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions even though I did not purchase anything! He helped me figure out my shipping needs and was very patient and did not make me feel rushed even though there were other clients coming into the store! Exceptional service will come back soon!

Fast efficient service by knowledgeable staff. They packaged my shipment, called me to confirm the cost and options, and shipped the package. No hassle on my part. The staff made things simple and uncomplicated. Tracking via UPS was excellent.

Lifted a large box out of my trunk my mask fell down hanging on my neck and I brought the box in. The lady standing closer than should to another worker informs me I have to wear a mask. Thank-you again and of course! Let's keep our distance from co-workers as well.

I LOVE the gang at the Varsity UPS store! Sumaiya has an amazing crew in Candice, Scott, Katie and Michelle. I also really like their UPS delivery driver whom I've met several times.but sadly forget his name.
I have been a customer here for years and I have to be honest, I am a major advocate for the small mom-and-pop shop! I used to do all my photocopying at an independent copier, but when she closed down I started coming here. At the Varsity UPS I feel like I'm part of a family. Everyone here is friendly and they all care about their customers. Now I do everything here. I have a commercial mail box and I get all my copying done here as well. Thank you Varsity UPS for being such a great place in our community.

I wanted to send a package to Azerbaijan and then after a while aI wanted my package picked up from there.
These guys were very helpful and took extra time to complete my service. I really appreciate it

Candice was awesome to work with. Sending meds to the USA - gave me the info to get there without potential issues - helped me out greatly!

The UPS store on Varsity Drive in Calgary gives excellent service. I have 6 accounts there and do all my copies and courier service from this store. I also send PDFs to be printed and/or put into reports with covers and coil bindings. The staff is friendly and courteous and my work always gets done on time.
