Great place! Didn’t realize how much printing they do - and they do it well. Super easy to send in files to be printed, and the turn around time is amazing. I asked to get 200 postcards printed and they were done in less than 3 hours. Bindu is great, super personable and very helpful. Highly recommend going with this UPS store for all your printing needs!

Today I went to use the printing services at the UPS store, the level of customer service I received was good, both of them were helpful with my requirement. The staff are friendly.
My only feedback is about the printing prices. They charged me $4 for three black and white prints. My surprise was that I had the documents on a USB, so they charge $3 if you print from a USB. It doesn't have any sense to me

People in the store are always very helpful and friendly. They seem knowledgeable and give prompt service.

Got double sided business cards printed in less than 24 hours! Also they do passport photos now. Such friendly service. Love the quick turnaround. Great place if you need posters or banners printed too!

Brilliant business. The owners and staff are an absolute delight. They offer a variety of useful business services at this location (and their new one). Everything from mailbox service, printing, shipping, and more. After having dealt with UPS locations in many different places across several countries, this one ranks amongst the very best. There are 3 other UPS stores close to my home but I go here for their excellent customer service. Not sure how they keep delivering when no other UPS stores don't even come close. We had a mail box at this UPS Store for about 2+ years and closed it because we finally had our own and stable place.

I was charged $5 for 4 B&W printouts. What a freaking rip off. Lady didn't even tell me there is $3 processing fee for getting docs printed here. I specifically mentioned that it was my first time getting something printed at UPS store. God I value Staples so much more now.

The couple working here are both wonderful and very helpful. They helped me finding the best and cheapest way to send my parcels any where inside and outside Canada.

Bindu was a pleasure to deal with. I was struggling to find a printer who could provide me the signs I needed on a good quality, durable but cost-effective material. She came through and my client is very happy!

For years I have used UPS in this branch, the owners are Indian couple. Not happy for the poor service they offer when I sent my parcel could not print label at home not have printer and I was charged $2 dollars for the label. Would the make them poor? They start chatting Hindu and the wife and him reply back same answer rude and disrespectful since we live in a English speaking country. They couldn't print the tracking receipt and promise to send my receipt and tracking via email. It is 9: 00 pm and never did. For sure the service will never be used again at this branch.

I visited this UPS store today almost at the end of their business hours; the owners went above and beyond to finish my job asap so it can catch the driver who was loading parcels to the truck! Amazing experience with Bindu & Akshay. Arranged for our pick up and drop off without any hassle and in a timely manner. They offer great services and options for customers who are moving long distance (Calgary to Nanaimo). Bindu weighed our boxes at home the previous day and prepared the labels and delivered them home. The UPS truck was scheduled by Akshay for the next day and Pete picked up our boxes from our 5th floor apartment and then on to his vehicle, the entire process of shipping 10 large boxes was done remotely and took not more than 15 minutes. Very prompt and friendly. Strongly recommended.

The Staff here are absolutely unbelievable. I have had multiple dealings with this location and the both members of the are absolutely outstanding and top notch. They give every customer a welcome and offer amazing attention to detail when it comes customer service. If you need UPS services. I can't recommend the staff and this location are both on the highest level of excellence.

Excellent customer service. The manager is always friendly. I have used it for services such as printing, sending mail, and office supplies. I would definitely recommend this location.

I have been shipping here for about a year and have nothing but good things to say. They are always very courteous and detail oriented to make sure everything is correct. I've shipped at least 6+ apple macbooks and just have them package instead of me trying to find the right sized boxes etc. The product always gets to where it needs to go with no complaints. Thanks for always making sure this is an easy process!

I have had some printing done at this location a several times over the past few years, large posters, booklets, bookmarks and the like. As an art student, it was amazing having a fast, reasonably priced place to print projects. Bindu and Akshay are both so helpful. The quality of the printing is good and the turn around time on quotes and printing is fantastic, and, in my experience, they are so much more reliable than other smaller printing services, like insource. 100% would recommend.

I've been bringing my packages to this location for the last 3 years. They are always on time, and I've never had an issue with packages being lost or delayed! They told me the cut off time, and they are true to their word. I can drop a package off and they always get it into the system before the cut off time (even if i drop it an hour before the cut off time).

The people are very friendly, and helpful! I highly recommend them

From time to time I will compare rates to alternatives such as Canada Post and there UPS offers a better service at a lower, or near par, cost. Highly recommend this location!

This is the best UPS store I have ever been to. I shipped plants from Calgary to Montreal and they were very helpful from the packing process, to ensure that the plants arrived in the best condition possible. Have used this store on 2 occasions and trust them to expedite my parcels with efficiency and care.
Tucked in a small strip mall on the west side of centre street you might miss this outlet.
The staff were most helpful. They packaged my items (an awkward sized painting and a box of archival documents) to arrive in the most cost effective way for me. Very accommodating staff. I recommend them.

Fantastic, Reliable Service! My Husband and I just recently changed our mailing address to this UPS Location and we are so glad we did. We receive many parcels and its a relief to know any of our parcels will be received and not lost once they are delivered to this store. I was at my wits end. I had tried to send a gift to my South African friend two times before with no success. Once through the regular post and it came back 1 year to the date later and the second time was through a trip, which got cancelled due to COVID. So this was the third time. It was a success! We sent it after Bindu helped me with the proper information and assured me it would get there. Within the week it arrived at my friends house in South Africa. I am so thankful that they are very thorough and are more than willing to help with any questions. I would highly recommend this UPS branch.

This is the best UPS period. Everyone here is so nice and friendly. And they always give the best rates. And even ordering printed work is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my shipping or printing needs.

I called ahead of time and Akshay the owner was super friendly and helpful. Once I got to the store, Akshay was really helpful and assisted me on making my order the most cost friendly but switching my box to a smaller box and just had amazing customer service.

Great Service you can rely on! The owners have always been very good to work with, very accommodating and willing to go that extra mile to make sure your needs are met. This location is perfect for my business mailbox service that gives me 24 HR access, good parking and the mailing address is not confusing as other UPS locations having to many additional unit #'s in their address or PO Box #'s from Canada post that some companies will not recognize or deliver to.

This UPS Store has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They helped me with sending my passport to the processing center. It was sent and received on time. Witch I really appreciated. I also found out that they do much more then just parcel shipping.

Very convenient store. They did help me to move to and from calgary. Always available and very good quality of service.they did pack and picked up may of stuff not so easy to move (for example bike, heavy luggage, etc).

Bindu went WAY above and beyond to ensure my package got to me on time. I was waiting for an incredibly important parcel and Bindu stayed late to ensure the package was recieved. This is hands down the best service I have ever recieved from any UPS location, and I have had experience using many in Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg. 10/10 Bindu saved Christmas.

I have been using their mailbox service for years. The location is really convenient, on the north side of the city outside downtown core, where hectic traffic and expensive parking are avoided. The owner Bindu always takes care of my incoming mails and packages professionally, even when I am out of town. A lot of times I will receive notifications when there is something important being delivered. Their service is just hard to beat!

Akshay and his team were great. I had two large and valuable paintings crated and shipped to Texas. They arrived in perfect condition.
