Poor customer service, rude lady at the counter. Just hoping the package will be delivered to the right destination.

Kanwar was so helpful and processed 8 boxes quickly. Free parking in front. Convenient and friendly.

Always seem to be closed during hours of operation. Staff is overworked, busy making t-shirts or laminating instead of helping ups customers.

Despite advertising itself as a print shop, I was told that they are unable to do anything for scanning and printing over the standard letter size.

I am the General Manager of a small local Calgary Business and it has always been hard for me to find a UPS that will take all my orders big or small. I just dropped 20 boxes of a good size off there and the staff were more than happy to take them! Thank team it means alot fro a growing business to be able to drop any number of boxes off!

I had gone to Canada Post to send a package to the states but it was like $60 and going to arrive well past the date hoped. Thought Id try UPS at Stanley Park. Was the best choice I made. Jay, the guy who helped me out, was so accommodating. In fact helped me save a few bucks as well. Shockingly, it was cheaper and faster to send by UPS than canada post. Jay, you are awesome and I will be coming back. Thanks so much!

I had a package be delivered to this location and its been sitting for weeks since I couldn’t make it there before 6: 30 with work and picking my daughter up from daycare. I called to see if they could stay open just a bit longer because I would make it right at 6: 30. The gentleman reassured me that he would be there and wait for me to arrive and to drive safe (how sweet!) I made it there right after 6: 30 and he handed me my package and let me know that if I’m ever running late I can call in. I couldn’t grab the gentlemans name but thank you for being so kind and understanding! You made my day.

Amazing service. I messed up the labels on 3 packages. They help me print all the labels and correct my mistake. This saved me from driving around and waste a lot of time.

I posted from here a parcel and a day after I started getting fake calls from (border agency of Canada similar to fake CRA calls). The scary part is this that they know the mailing address that was mentioned on the parcel. Anyone else have noticed this issue?

I never had and issue at this store! In fact, he is always willing to help even during emergencies, he goes above and beyond!:)
I come here for business and personal jobs, either shipping or printing. I definitely recommend this store.

I asked to borrow tape, and then it cost me $3 after I had finished. I wish I knew 2 strips of tape would amount to that.

Josh was able to accept my return delivery even when the store was closed for the Canada Day stat! Outstanding service!

The worst customer service ever.never will be going to this location again even though it's the closest location to me. The guy who works there is so rude.he tells me a price and by the time I go up to get my wallet and come back and he gives me a complete different price and when I ask why.he said different timing different prices. REALLY? Who makes the rules? A 5 min difference cost $10 extra?

The only location with plenty of space to drop off large multiple boxes. And YES, free parking:)

Great experience with Kanwar! Amazon didn’t include the shipping label so had to print it out: CAD 3 and the issue is solved!

Kanwar was efficient and helped me sort out my shipment overnight to the US for the best rates and had all the answers. This place is dialed and would definitely recommend.

The best UPS Store in town I have ever visited. Clean, quick, lot of services to mention. I was there to make a big sign from my letter sized engineering drawing, and Kanwar did a fabulous job by making a foam board that is too handy for me to use now. Very clean & quick services in such a time also.

Kanwar has become an amazing asset to my business and takes great care of all of my printing needs— by far the fastest and most reliable service I’ve ever gotten at a print shop.

After recently visiting the UPS store, it was very disorganized and customer service is really poor. It was just a hassle for me to get my documents printed. Horrible experience

Awesome service. I needed a party banner for my kid's birthday, and Kanwar helped me in Designing (included Chinese Language), Printing and then making proper Banner to hang on the wall with Grommets.

Mr Singh personally packaged and shipped a very delicate and valuable item to Ontario as per my request. When the parcel arrived and I saw the double boxing, packing peanuts, bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard roll material that Mr Singh used to pack my item, my worst fears of damage were gone like a fart in the wind! I work night shift and had emailed Mr Singh on my lunch break at 2: 30 a.m. And was shocked when he replied at that hour. I will most definitely use and recommend the services provided by Mr Singh. I have no doubt he applies to same professional standard and efforts to all services provided at his location. Thank you again Mr Singh for you assistance, it was a pleasure doing business with you.
