I don't often leave reviews but I must say that the service I received was beyond excellent. Not many business strive to know your name, the business you are in, and help you the best they can. This is a gem in the rough!
Tori provided exceptional customer service. The process of mailing my package was quick and efficient. I will definitely revisit this location to mail more packages.
Tori and Winfield are great! They’re both personable, extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. I’ve been a customer at this store for almost 2 years and haven’t had a problem shipping, collecting packages or printing. Location is great and love that the store is open on Saturday when I can’t make it during the week.
Shipped 4 boxes from this store to California. Went in to ask for advice on how to ship. Said make sure they’re light enough to lift and showed us how to tape. Brought the boxes in and Winfield looked them over and added some tape and that was it. Nothing was said about the boxes being inferior Received the boxes and one was completely trashed. Had a huge hole in it and was missing items and had broken others. The delivery guy apologized and was shocked at the condition. Submitted claim that took 4 weeks to resolve and many pictures, explanations, forms, etc. UPS finally denied the claim. Said the box was inferior. We bought it new at Staples in the shipping section. Don’t ship UPS!
This business is the worse in Edmonton. They recruit other customers in line to bully a customer who has questions or issues that they are too lazy to resolve. Avoid this place.
Excellent service from the owner (Winfield)! When a package was supposed to be delivered here and accidentally went to the wrong facility he went the extra mile to call them up and ask how it could be brought here. Wish more staff were like him, the original lady agent (blonde hair, glasses) simply said the package was at another facility even though the door notice clearly stated it was sent here. Would recommend this location!
Most people mistakenly think that this place has anything to do wit the UPS shipping company. They do not. It looks like they stole the name and doing a good job at ruining their business and the UPS's. This business is terrible. They select bad people to but the locations. Avoid if you can. Go to Fed Ex or Canada post. They got better prices and better customer service. The UPS store on the 28th ave on the south side is the worse of all. Do not recommend going there.
The owner (Winfield) of the shop is very responsible. I got many problems trying to ship something to China. Although it was not successful due to the pandemic, I got a lot of help from the ower of the shop.
With all that has been going on around the world, many businesses have experienced delays and such and its under understandable. Yesterday, I experienced one of those days and got to the store to find no one. I left a review and store owner Winfield called me back the following day to follow up on the manner of the situation. Not many business owners take the time to do this, and to some of us "small" consumers, it goes a long way and truly appreciate the time taken to clear the air and the efforts are appreciated. Shout out to you Mr Winfield!

I recently had to ship a number of heavy boxes to the US. Mr Wong was kind enough to lift the boxes out of the vehicle and carry them inside to ready them for shipment. He provided prompt and honest information regarding the shipment. He has a very cheerful and relaxed attitude and it was a pleasure to deal with him and his staff. I would recommend his store to anyone needing to ship packages.
I have never received better service than from Winfield at this UPS location! I was in a bind and Winfield went out of his way to help me and get my shipment handled. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement! Plus, he was so attentive and was excellent at communicating with me every step of the way! I went to this UPS store on Wednesday October 13th, 2021 at 3: 45pm to send a package to BC. I approached a nice looking gentleman and asked him about rate of shipping. He asked me when I want it to be shipped, I misheard him as "what is shipping" and I replied. I got a response that is rude and unacceptable, the employee yelled at me rudely "when do you want it", instead of repeating the question nicely. I did not feel comfortable in store after that altercation as it gave me "PTSD from the stressful work I did when I was younger and getting screamed swear words at". I, as a customer, had to apologize to the employee for not hearing it correctly first time after a tiring day. I did manage to complete the shipping for pay huge money for it, but my experience could have been a lot better.
The ups never delivered my parcels to me, even I was at home. They just came and left a notice, never had phone calls. I guess their job is delivering a notice. I had to pick up my parcel every time. I don't recommend the ups delivery service
If I had the option I would have given Winfield and his team one more star. I have used many UPS stores but this place at Whyte Ave is the best. I got a equipment from shipper in a damaged state and shipper was not very cooperative in handling the insurance claim. The entire claim process took more than a month but Winfield pursued the matter in a very calm and patient way and kept me informed throughout this process. Best customer service for sure

The team here is so accommodating and make it so simple for me to ship anything anywhere. I have a package to receive from there but he told me no thing for you and there is no wifi to track it lol. So I called the customer service told me my package is there so I went back again. They were so aggressive. I don't like that

Today I needed to ship packages and went to Store 278. They made my experience exceptionnal. The manager came out to help me with the staff they took care of my request in a qquick time and with professionalism. I stroongly recommand this loccation.
I have had a pleasure of working with Winfield of the UPS Store on White Ave recently. I was in rather an urgent need of some new business cards. Winfield has offered a quick, professional service that included advice on the choice of paper, coating, size of the order and even the design. I have been able to count on Winfield for several things, including printing and shipping. My business moves fast and more often than not I need things done quickly, and I am always amazed at how fast Winfield and his team can accomplish this, and they all do it with an easy, affable manner, and a smile.

We had to go in to get pricing and after parking in the lot within 6 minutes we received a parking ticket because one of us went across the road. If you want customers to use your store for business you should have not have parking enforcement sitting there looking forward to jumping out and giving tickets to people without properly being aware of the situation.

Is there a negative setting as they don't deserve 1 star. They say they are just an affiliate store and don't know where to lodge complaints. UPS driver just walked up to my door to put a note on the door stating he tried to deliver the package at 12: 38. Only footprints in the fresh snow are his to put the note on the door. I guess knocking is not in the job description.

Fantastic service. Our company usually ships via FedEx but we had to use UPS as FedEx couldn't guarantee delivery in time. Winfield and his staff were very helpful!
