Easy to set up appointment with the staff and their followup with color selection and appointment time was flawless. The painters were on time, careful, thorough with the cleanup. All were professional. Would recommend to anyone with residential painting requirements. Happy customer.

We recently hired the team at the urban painter to paint our basement. From the get go the team was responsive and professional and answered any questions I had ahead of the start date. I found Urban Painter via search engine as I was browsing around different companies and getting an estimate. My husband and I found Urban Painter to have affordable prices, and not only that, Will Wright (the owner) was very responsive and attentive to our details. We had a few hiccups along the way in terms of a scheduling miscommunication, but Will was very quick to assure me that our project would still complete on time. I had to cancel my cleaning company as it would conflict with the painters, and quickly find a new cleaning company. It was stressful at the time trying to reorganize as we were going to be moving into the new house soon. But Will helped smooth things out and the project was done beautifully! We love our new interior walls and ceilings! The crew that did our job (Jose was the lead) was quick, professional, and worked hard!

I hired The Urban Painter to paint my exterior trims. The quote was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. After I accepted their proposal, they sent a professional designer to help us with color choices and also provided a box of 3 sample colors, which was extremely helpful and it’s free of charge. The project started on time and had a quicker turnaround time than what I expected. The painters did a great job - they replaced caulking around the windows and sanded off the rust on my garage door before painting. Overall 10/10 experience and I am thinking about hiring them again next year to paint my stucco.

From start to finish a really good job fair estimate the colour consult really helped us pick out some great colours the crew was very good and very skilled our house looks like a new house.

We recently had the stucco on our house and garage painted and, after talking to two other paint companies, we found that we chose the best company for our job.

Will was great to work with when he visited with us to do his quote. We found him to be very forthright and he answered all of our questions honestly and completely. The very best part of our paint job was Boston and his paint crew. Boston and his crew arrived on time and he immediately began to explain the scope of the job. Boston would ask us questions to make sure we were satisfied as the job progressed and at the end he did a full walk around inspection with us. Any little deficiency we noted was immediately corrected and Boston also volunteered to do other little things to make sure we were completely satisfied. He did a masterful job. We would most definitely recommend Urban Painters to our friends. This was definitely a 5 star job.

Urban painters just finished painting our house today and it looks amazing! Dave came out to estimate at the end of the summer last year so that we could get in early for this season. Dave was professional and made us feel confident we were working with the right people. Amanda came out to help us choose the colours. Again, professional and awesome at what she does. We hired Urban Painter to sand and paint our deck. Their work was excellent (thanks Travis and Zach!) and, just as important, their communication with us was clear and concise throughout. My first time hiring professional painters, and I am so HAPPY I chose to go with Urban Painters! Justin and Zach did an AMAZING job painting all interior walls of my 960 Sq ft townhouse.
I thought my popcorn ceilings might be a challenge, but they are pro's! I have no idea how they got such clean lines next to that ceiling!
Justin even went ABOVE and BEYOND by caulking the tops of all my baseboards (which are not in the best shape I'm afraid to say). The end result was cleaner lines than I'd have thought possible, even if the baseboards had been brand new! Wow. Thank you again!

Recently, I hired The Urban Painter to paint my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial estimate to the final delivery of the painted results, the team was professional and responsive. The estimator Dave was prompt and thorough in his assessment of the project, and he provided a detailed and transparent quote.

The painting team of "Alex and Alex" were fantastic. They were cheerful, professional, and took great care to ensure that the job was done right. While they did miss one or two small spots, they came back with a smile and fixed and corrected everything to my satisfaction.

The Urban Painter wasn't the cheapest solution out there, but they were priced in the middle and the quality of their work is worth every penny. I chose them because they were responsive, positive, polite, and eager to get the job done right.

When I put my home up for sale, the first remark from the photographer was "whoever did the painting did a great job! ". And I couldn't agree more. As a side note, the house sold in 30 hours – coincidence? – I think not.)

If your looking to have one standard bedroom wall fixed and painted and be charged $1890 and they try to tack on an additional $275 at the end for painting the rest of the whopping 4 walls (no closet) look no further than urban painter! Lots more to the story but our carpet wasn’t covered (i had asked and was told it would be and also a sock apparently clogged their vacuum). Carpet was coated in dust, Atleast if it was paint we could have removed it easily. I wanted them to come back to fix dings, never did and totally took advantage of my situation hence trying to over charge me. They did not take off 3 baseboards prior to painting or even put back the one my hubs took off which was wall being repaired. So when we just installed new floor (they ruined ours, we now have to fix the paint peels up around those 3 boards as well ty!) My husbands review didn’t show up so I can only imagine what other ones don’t for some strange reason. And when a review finally did go through on a different platform we then get a phone call 5 months later for a “solution”, another room painted or the $50 gift card we were sent haha that we won’t use. Thanks for leaving behind zero paint! It’s great to have nothing for touch ups! As a reply to their comment, they knew immediately what happened, did nothing and said they would do touch ups in two weeks and never did!

Very professional company. From the initial quote from Gabe to colour consult with Amanda, our great painters Alex 1&2 and crew lead Scott every step was handled perfectly. It was a last minute decision to re-paint our newly purchased 3500 ft home everything was done within 10 days of my first call. Well done team.

The first time was for exterior vinyl siding painting and now for interior drywall repairs doors, baseboards, walls, and ceilings. Gabe was quick to respond to my call for a quote and did a thorough job preparing the quote. He quoted a great price and assigned a professional team that were easy to communicate with as well as thorough and responsive. Justin was great at letting me know progress and when work was completed. Overall they did an excellent job for a great price and left my house clean and large pieces of furniture moved back to their place.
