First time here. Went in with order for a friend. Very pleasant staff found Exactly what she wanted. Once she tried the product at home she said product was perfect. She was also pleased with the price. Will definitely return.

Was ok. Came in with a friend. One staff with a fade and stretchers was not wearing a mask. Not impressed. People are dying.

Ordered over the phone. I asked for 4 ohm life batteries. 70-80w (. 5 coils) for crown 3. And a replacement glass if they had it.

My lovely girlfriend was in town so I asked her to pick it up.

What I received. 4 craptastic brown batteries. A 80-90w (. 25 coils) and the only thing useful a replacement glass.

I guess I should have ordered online and saved myself $85.

I won't be returning when I go to Lethbridge again.

Highly recommend stopping here for all your vape needs, the customer service is exceptional. They are well informed and are willing to take the time and educate people and answer any questions you may have (even if they seem silly lol). Great prices and I won't be shopping anywhere else! Quick in and out because the guy was kind of rude. Asked the man a simple question (If they carry any high nicotine disposables) Guy tried shaming me just for inquiring about it. Not to mention guy was not following covid mandations. Bad experience. Don't recommend. Encourage others to go elsewhere where staff is actually helpful and respectful.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Best prices for premium quality vape juice. Knowledgeable staff on all their products. I wont shop anywhere else for my vape needs. The staff are up on all current vape issues and concerns.

Came in awhile ago, I personally would like to say thank you for setting the bar for all other Vape shops.

Bald chubby guy was was my best experience I've had in a vape shop, He was quick to ID my self, even though i look so dam old, while i was talking to him about my needs, another person came into the store, he promptly asked for ID as they entered. This is part of the standards i feel represent a great vape shop.

Vape station will be my go to place if I am back in the area thanks to the customer service and knowledge of that bald guy.

A very clean and organized shop, Great selection of juices, heck i might even support them through online ordering.

Their website has been recently updated, I'd go take a look and see about ordering online with them.

Helpful friendly staff that go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need. Whether it's a new vape, a part, or a vape juice they do it patiently. Thank you for a great experience! Have been a few times now

Very knowledgeable and more than willing to help you find the right fit whether you are an smoker looking to quit or a first time vaper. They have set up my new dripper and took the time to educate me on how to use and set it up.

Juice selection is bad. They didn't seem to care at all about my problems when I came in. Cannot recommend, especially when One Stop is just down the street, why would I waste my time coming here?

The dude that helped me here was amazing. I came in late on a Friday night but he took his time with me to make sure I got something I would be happy with. Totally won a customer that would normally choose to shop online.

Great place. Great liquids. Great customer experience. This place helped me start vaping. That was in the old building downtown. The new place is a serious upgrade. Nice and bright.
