I love this place to have everything that you need most time and their experienced and everything that you want to know about I go back there every time to get my vape stuff good people great service

One of your employees by the name TJ had made me very uncomfortable when I walked in there with my girlfriend. He never asked how we could be helped/if we could be helped, he was very short and rude toned and he didn’t stop looking my way the entire time I was in the store, which made both my girlfriend and I super uncomfortable, and as we were walking out, I noticed he was following me with head head and eye movements which made me even more uncomfortable. I personally think anyone that is part of the LGBTQ community, should feel as safe as any other customer walking into a store and should not be given crude looks and anxious vibes.

Immense amount of choices. Great place to go for variety. Staff is also awesome. They remember me everytime and know what I'm there to get.

I normally order online from here (in store experience has been great also though) Shipping is fast, selection of products is good, and the girl I've dealt with for any of my online orders has been awesome. She's even noticed that I forgot to put nic lvls on one juice on time and called to make sure I meant too or called to check if I was okay with menthol flavors because the fruitbae juice is menthol but doesn't say it is and she hadn't noticed any menthol in my previous orders and didn't want me to buy something I wouldn't like. It's really nice to deal with people who actually care about their customers.

I used to think they were great bought a new device about a week ago and the salesperson said make sure i keep the box just in case it does not work, so i did and paid cash for it, the device would not work so i returned it in the box and they said sorry no receipt no return, thanks for the not so good service. I explained what the salesperson said to no avail.

Frequently come here as they always have what I'm looking for. We'll stocked with a knowledgeable staff. What more could you want.

I live in Cochrane and will go out of my way to drive here for all of my vaping needs. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, and patient. They have a huge selection of juices, mods, etc. I have never had a bad experience here. Highly recommended!

Lots to choose from, easy to get to. Usually not to busy. Friendly helpful staff. Bus stops close by.

I had a fantastic experience here. The fella there named Jackson was a big help! He asked some nice simple questions just to get an understanding of what I was looking for as a beginner and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without breaking the bank. I would highly recommend this location! I've been to other vape shops and I dont feel you get the same kind of care there as you do here!

This is my favorite vape shop and I have been going to them for years and they have never once steered me wrong. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They only stock quality products and will not push as sale on you.

This place is great, I have been in here a handful of times and they are always super helpful. Massive selection a products at a great price. Also shout out to Dominic, great customer service. I won't go anywhere else.

My go to place to reload on vape products. Still amazed on the large selection of juices and mods everytime I go in.

They were really good with me had a problem with one of my vapez and they returned it even after I used it, however keep in mind that all sales are final no refunds!

Stopped in at the Woodbine location (love how close this is to where I live) and was helped out by Alan - who was excellent. He was able to answer all of my questions and made suggestions based around those questions. As of right now I only use replaceable coils, but after Alan's suggestion regarding RDAs and RTAs I will be heading back here to get some assistance. HIGH RECOMMEND.

I have no idea how other vape shops stay in business. This is my go to for any sort of vaping. But even beyond that Jackson gives wonderful customer service and I think that goes for all staff. Never have I left feeling dissatisfied or like I’ve over paid. Keep up the good work vape warehouse because I’ll keep coming back again and again.
