The Voice Karaoke 好声音

We went there as a group of 5 people and were supposed to be charged the small room price ($38/hour). We stayed for 3 hours but they charged us for 5 hours. ($38x5). It felt like we got scammed. Always double check your bill before paying here. We won't be back.

Im not impressed with the song selection. And the per hour rate was a little high. Many Chinese and Foreign songs than English Songs.

Awesome idea overall. When we went to check it out, we didn’t realize until we sat in one of the rooms that 90% of the songs are not in English and the machine is not very user friendly. The song selection is extremely limited with English songs and there were very few popular bands. Wish there was more songs for everybody. For the price of what you pay for, there should definitely be a lot more songs in English as well so there is a lot of options for those who only speak English

We we’re here last night. Lady was rude. We booked for 2 hours but after an hour they kicked us out. Racist

The most overpriced Karaoke place I have ever been to and the service was terrible. The song selection was not good and the karaoke machine was a pain to use. I would not reccomend this place.

If I can give ZERO stars I would. If you want the service to be horrible and your group to be treated with no respect. Come here. Now, I understand why a few reviews commented on the service but we figured, we would give it a shot.

We booked for 2 hours and I don’t know if the server was having a bad day before hand but he was completely unpleasant and was kicking things. He had no communication on how to work the machine and rudely asked us for our ID.

On his way out to turn on our machine, he kicked the chair to move it out of the way. I understand people have bad days. But it also ruined on our experience.

And because of his refusal to explain how to use the machine for whatever reason, we were stuck to figure it out on our own and we spent 30 minutes trying to see if we can find songs we wanted to sing, which took from our time. We didn’t wanna go back out to ask because he was just so rude to us (this man was just mad for no reason). There was a small selection of songs and I took a while for us to understand how to work the machine.

They were disorganized and it felt like no one wanted to work that night.

Do not come here if you want to be served over price drinks and food. No proper music selections and your experienced ruined by rude servers.

Karaoke machines weren't working properly. Poor song selection. Very bad customer service. They tried to over charge us. Wouldn't recommend this place

Great place to bond with friends & family (Big Family) Great sounds.but No Filipino songs on the machine to choose.

The voice was a great spot for karaoke! Decent song selection but it was a little bit of learning to use the karaoke machine but it was still super fun with some friends none the less!

BAD KARAOKE SYSTEM // POOR MICROPHONES

I came here with friends, and the karaoke system is just awful. I cant even begin to explain how terrible our experience was. It was not user friendly and overall not wroth the time or money.

I highly reccomend giving this karaoke bar a chance. Although it has some mixed reviews it was probably one of the best karaoke experiences ive had. The system isnt hard to use once you get the hang of it. They have a great selection of music and the ability to put songs in a queue so you dont have to keep searching after a song ends. The service was very helpful and friendly. Overall this is a great place to have a fun night out with friends and you should definitely check it out!

This place is a lot of fun. The location is super accessible and the decor is nice. We got a small room and it was plenty big for our party of 5. The staff work very hard to keep the rooms clean. Only took off one star because the system is a little weird to work. The search function didn’t seem to work a lot of the time. There were a lot of artists that wouldn’t come up if we search but we’re available if you manually flipped through EVERY ARTIST. Kind of annoying to operate but we still had a great time. Will definitely come back.

Don’t let the bad reviews deter you.this place is great.my friends and i came on a tuesday night and it was SO MUCH FUN.a lot of the reviews said there’s no english songs but my friends and i did almost 4 hours of english songs, we would’ve done more but we stayed right till close.u just have to look carefully.room is pretty spacious, with comfy couches and nice speakers and disco lights and an AC. 6 of us fit very comfortably in the small room, i would say we could’ve fit 1 or 2 more.with room to spare if people want to stand.the karaoke machine is very easy to use, it’s a tablet.you can search by category, artist, song etc.they had a wide variety of english songs.no complaints about the alcohol or food.it’s was as expected. Place was clean, washrooms were clean. I would 100% say this place is a hidden gem. My friends and I will be returning!
