Awful awful car wash do not go! Go anywhere else. Yelled at me first off. First time there they do things differently - print off a ticket and your time starts. $1/minute. Went in not even there for 10 minutes. He tries to grab my phone to tap it himself I say no. Then the next guy tries to hide the screen for the amount over $26! I said absolutely not give me my ticket for when I arrived in here. He ran to another little minion and they changed it to $10.50. Never will be back, so disgusting.

Absolute rip off- they said I went in for 7 minutes snd it was only 4. Instead of a quick 4$ wash they charged me 8$ will never go again snd would not recommend!

Don't waste your money here. Used to be great until Shell bought it. Staff are lazy and could care less, equipment is in decline, often poor soap and usually the water is cold. Not worth the $$

The touchless wash is overpriced and does an awful job. My vehicle wasn’t even that dirty, I picked the $17 package, and I’m left with a vehicle that requires me to wash it again myself. I pay around $9 to do it myself (much better quality) so I’d expect almost double to be perfect. Far from it. Highly advise avoiding the touchless wash.

I spent $16 to go through the touchless wash. I noticed my mats needed a clean so after the touchless wash, I drove around to bays. I took a ticket, drove in and then waited for two people to back out before getting into my bay. I took out two mats, hung them, sprayed them, then put them back in my truck. I backed out and went to pay. $6.56…. To wash two mats! The timer should start when you enter a code into the machine into the bay and then hit stop…not from the moment the ticket prints. Brutal! So $22.56 later, my truck exterior wash is mediocre and I paid waaay more than I should have to wash two mats and the guy behind the til was of no help either. I won’t be back and I will share my poor experience with others as I wouldn’t want anyone else to waste their money here.

Huge car and truck wash facility. The wand wash is great, but they only accept cash-less payments. No coin operated machines.

This was my first time washing my car at wash king as I normally wash it myself, but due to injury from a car accident Im unable to do it. So I paid for a premium wash but realized my truck was too big so I backed out. When we went to ask for a refund the young man working offered to wash my truck for me in the self serve wash. He didn’t have to but wanted to help!

Worked well. Got the spring Alberta dirt off the car.
What else matters at a car wash?

Before i begin, I consider myself to be a fair-minded reviewer. Please check all my previous reviews for proof. I gave this place 5 stars approximately 1 1/2 years ago because in my opinion they were that good. They have been anything but recently.

Over the past 3 months I have experienced no soap, no warm water, no water pressure, broken vacuums, broken foamers and spot-free rinse hoses/guns, however yesterday (Saturday, April 15,2023) was just terrible. The front entrance gate was apparently broken, yet I took a ticket and proceeded inside to find at least 3 bays out of service, closed off by small traffic cones. The remaining bays were in use, so I had to drive out and drive back in again. The poor attendant could only say the door gate was broken; I told him that the green arrow should be turned off because it was confusing. It appeared he was alone and there was no possible way the poor guy could take payments and monitor the entrance on the other end of the building with a broken door.

You need to have at least 2 attendants on site at all times to monitor inbound traffic, fix issues and to take care of your valued customers' needs. You are in an envious, conspicuous location near several luxury car dealerships, and as a luxury car owner myself, the level of quality needs to be brought up to your previous standards. You need to improve.

This is my go to spot for lavishing my cars. I have found this fine car washing establishment to meet all my needs. I absolutely love the large bays with which to detail and clean your vehicle. The ample pressure from the wash wand, and the vacuum absolutely sucks! (In the good way) Lol

The team at Wash King keep the bays in great shape and are always welcoming to customers. Highly recommend if in need of a high quality experience

" SCRATCHES ALL OVER MY BRAND NEW VEHICLE ". I'm Driving a Brand New Vehicle Mitsubishi Outlander 2023 just bought last March 7,2023. I decided to do my 1st car wash at " WASH KING CAR WASH " (March 31,2023 @ 1: 26pm) and I choose "SPINE-LITE" and I paid $21. After the wash, I park my car at the parking lot to dry my vehicle, and I noticed like my car has not been washed still dirty, and I see " SCRATCHES ALL OVER MY BRAND NEW VEHICLE". I report to the manager, and let him see what happened to my car. He gave me a piece of paper to make a report what happened. So, I wrote everything. And even he gave me one free touchless car wash pass, " IT'S NOT WORTH IT". They damage my car. He told me they will phone me by tuesday or wednesday next week. " HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ". Even if you are in my situation same thing you will feel.you will feel mad and stress.please do something about this. I'm looking forward the steps that you will do with my " BRAND NEW VEHICLE-MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER 2023". Thank you

Beware of the self serve option. Got my entry ticket at 4: 31 left at 4: 46. They tried to charge me $10.50. I asked the attendant how much it is per minute first he said $10 then I said I was there longer for than one minute. I again asked how much it is per a minute after a little confusion the attendant said “only 1$ per minute” I asked him to check my ticket again that I’d only been there 5 minutes. He changed the bill to $5.45 after being called out. Now I am curious how many times in the past I was over charged. Pretty disappointing as this used to me a regular stop for me every week.

Garbage! Auto wash L eft a dirt line down the side of my truck. Whole truck was still dirty. Don’t waste your money!

The facility is neat, clean, and well maintained (5 stars), but it is the most expensive self-serve car wash in town (0 star)

They charge a dollar per minute from the time you get in until you go out. I waited 4 minutes in the queue to pay and leave as the customer ahead of me had card issues to pay, so I got charged just sitting in the queue. I just had a body wash (no brush, no vac) that took like 5-7 minutes, but they charged me $13 plus tax. Do not recommend this place.

Never used this place for the self serve not a fan of the ticket system and blindly trusting there system to charge $1 per minute.

I come here for the touch less car wash when I need to clean my car quickly. Past year the touch less car wash has been inconsistent sometimes it has good triple foam and others times it’s just watered down soap. Recently its been completely skipping the spot free rinse (past 4 times I’ve gone) and goes right to the drying phase. You still advertise on your website that it’s part of your “the works” and “the deluxe” washes. Either fix the issue or drop your prices cause you aren’t fulfilling the services your advertising. Won’t be returning here anymore and I’ve been a customer for the past 5 years.

I paid $10 for a car wash the water didn't even last a minute and my car didn't get rinsed. Staff wouldn't help and told me to pay more. I will never use this place again

Cheaters, first of all they make you pay at entrance really what if your vacuum not working, what if you are in line waiting next car to pay, every minute you pay? Inside vacuum pressure broken no pressure, staff at payment counter cheat you with timings. NEVER AGAIN CHEATERS!

Attendant, not at the pay station. Parked and waited for over 4 minutes despite ringing bell multiple times. Attendant showed up and charged me for the entire duration that I was sitting waiting for them to get back to their post. What a complete rip off and a joke this place is.

I like this place. I pop in to clean the inside of my car every few weeks. The vaccume and pressure wash for mats are great. I bring washcloths.

You get charge whether you wash your vehicle or not. Other car washes that's coin or card based will charge for minutes used. $2 wash is $2 wash. Wash king $2 wash turns to $8 wash even you spent 2 minutes there. They have hidden charges and can't explain it. Watch out yourself before going there.

The automated was was terrible. I went back and they gave me a free premium wash - with the same result. I was hoping that they would just give me some free time in the wand wash bays - but that wasn't offered.

Spin-lite premium wash was disappointing. Missed lots of dirt on the back of my SUV. Attendant was great, acknowledged that there was an issue, and offered a free touch less wash to make sure my car went home clean.

Just washed my vehicle. Foam brush was out of order (no sign posted) so I just used soap and rinse.

Left bay and vehicle still looks very dirty. Must not have sufficient pressure to clean. Total cost $14.

Used to be my favorite car wash, great soap and equipment. But looks like it went through a change of ownership and since then this place has become a joke. Pressure is always fluctuating. No heated water, the soap is anything but soap. Yesterday no soap, spot free rinse or vacuums worked. The foam cannon barley shoots foam it’s more like soapy-ish water. I used to drive out of my way to wash my trucks 2-4 times a week. Now I won’t even come by if I’m driving past. Way to ruin a good car wash. Fix you equipment and keep the soap. It’s a car wash not a car rinse

I chose the Wash 2 (The Deluxe) option for $16 which has Pre Soak (Double Pass), 360 High, Pressure Rinse, Clear Coat Protector, Brilliant, Gloss High Shine Wax, Dryer (60 Seconds), *Undercarriage Wash, and *Spot Free Rinse. However, I wasn’t much satisfied with the wash as both my windshields had spots in the areas where normally wipers can’t reach.

My go to car wash as their facility appears to be well maintained and they also issue receipts for the wand wash which is ideal for my company vehicles.

I have taken my SUV to many details (I’m not the DIY type). The staff and managers at Wash King went above and beyond. Best service experience!

Wow, no car is dirty enough to be washed here. Their handheld washer has no pressure. Their spot free rinse sprays soap on your car instead. All your down time or waiting for an attendant to cash out adds into the time. Mind as well go thru a gas station car wash for the price you'll be paying here. Oh, on top of that, the attendant himself told me not to go back. That is exactly what I'll be doing!
