I see Rose for Accupunture and Hailey for massage. Both come highly recommended. Have never left there not feeling amazing!

I have been seeing Sage Gowan for over a year. She utilises massage, acupuntcure, cupping and more to put my body back in harmony. I feel a sense of true self care after every session.
Best in calgary IMO.

I hurt my back and thought about trying acupuncture. So, I went to The Way, and I'm really happy I did. Hailey, who worked with me, asked me some really great questions to understand my pain then went to work. It was quite a euphoric! After the first session my back felt noticeably better, by the 3rd session the pain was non-existent. Thank you so much, Hailey!

I have been seeing Hailey Paul for acupuncture and blended acupuncture for my cystic acne since December 2022. I already have seen huge improvements in my skin texture, blemish reduction and reduced redness. As a bonus I have also had less cramping during my menstrual cycle.

Hailey is kind, caring and dedicated. The blended appointments are my favourite. Not only is she a talented acupuncturist she is also an amazing massage therapist. The blended appointments allow you to get the benefits of all her expertise.

I can't recommend her enough.

I had acupuncture and massage with Hailey Paul and she was wonderful. She really makes you feel seen and cared for. I was struggling with anxiety and digestion but after a few sessions with her everything seems to be back on track and I'm starting to feel like myself again. I can't say enough good things about her and The Way.

The Way is a beautiful spot to visit in the Crystal Palace. I go for massages every month - check out Dipa F.he is an expert masseuse. After you are done you can have lunch or do some yoga. A all-in-one spot and I have been going there for a couple of years - check them out!

I could not recommend Dr Yip more. I first came to the clinic due to skin problems after having been told by my dermatologist that there was nothing that could be done. Improvements started after two acupuncture sessions at The Way and I had a full recovery within three weeks. Dr Yip and all of the staff were very professional, attentive and took the time to understand and treat the underlying causes of my illness rather than just mask the symptoms. I am so grateful for the care received and will definitely be back!

What a fantastic space! I got a massage from Dipa today and I have never felt so great from a massage before. The whole experience was amazing. The ladies are super welcoming and cheerful. Dipa was professional, and extremely kind. Every thing he did was just right. I will recommend to everyone!

Amazing experience at The Way Holistic Collective! I’ve had the privilege to get my acupuncture sessions with Rose Galikas over a year. Her knowledge and skills are unparalleled. She actually mentors, trains and has been selected as an examiner to make trainees go to the next level. Her attention to details, world class customer service and ability to listen to the patient’s precise needs are exemplary. Any type of physical or mental pain is alleviated or completely eliminated within an average of three sessions tops!
The staff selected is a simple and pleasurable extension of the office atmosphere: friendly and warm.
The general feel of the space and lay out in the office is an invitation for peace and cure. This place is a must! Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Hats off!

What an amazing place, you wouldn't believe what's beneath your feet when you walk into Crystal palace. This beautiful group of holistic practitioners awaits.
