Booked appointment online stating looking for “prom or other” drove from out of town to get to the store, the customer service was terrible and we were told to just look at the racks as they aren’t ordering in bridesmaid dresses anymore. She didn’t even get out from behind the counter to offer assistance. I understand if you don’t have bridesmaid dresses but maybe take it off to it website or contact the customer before they arrive to tell them that. Horrible.

Worst customer service ever. Do not shop here if you want your daughters wedding to be ruined by not having a dress. Was told the dress would be here by May 26 give or take a few weeks. Two months later still no dress. And they don't care! Not one phone call from them. Every time we call they are annoyed with us! Like its our fault!

This was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Donna was absolutely fabulous! As a curvy woman, shopping for clothes is always hit or miss for sizing. Donna not once made me feel less than for my body. I felt accepted, heard, and most important, beautiful. She made sure that the dress I picked was because I loved it, not anyone else. I found the dress of my dreams after trying on A TON, it was the one dress she picked out for me, and it almost brought me to tears. Thank you so much Donna for the love and support you showed me and my family today. Anyone looking for a wedding dress needs to come here. I am so incredibly happy with my experience and I can not wait to wear my dress on my big day!
