My experience at The White Gallery was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Maddie, the shop dog, and Chantelle, the owner. Chantelle was so welcoming and friendly right from the start, and Maddie is a sweetheart who calms any nerves during the experience. The shop itself is so beautiful, intimate and has such a variety of stunning dresses. Skylar was my consultant, and she was amazing, so friendly, professional and personable. She made me feel comfortable, beautiful and heard. She listened to my likes and dislikes about dresses, and pulled me the most amazing dress that had all the things I was looking for, but was a style i never considered for myself. It was like she knew what I was looking for more than I did! After trying on the dress and saying yes, I was able to stay in the dress and celebrate with some bubbly with my family. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. The entire experience was so perfect, and I felt like more than just another appointment going in and out of the door as I did at some other dress shops in Edmonton. I would highly recommend visiting Skylar and Chantelle at The White Gallery for others looking to find a dress!

WOW! It was a dream to pick my dress out at the White Gallery. After looking at the Bridal Boutique and Novelle Bridal, I felt like the people I was working with were just trying to get me in a dress and they didn't care about what I look or felt like in it. Then I got to the White Gallery and everything about the place blew the other shops out of the water. Chantelle was great to work with. She knows the ins and outs of the industry incredibly well and she was such a pleasure. I went with my mom, my friend and my MOH and we were the only ones in the gallery at the time so we had privacy all to ourselves. It was a really fun experience. When it came to ordering the dress and veil, Chantelle was super responsive and professional. She kept me up to date with timelines and deadlines and by the end of the experience, everything had gone without a hiccup. The White Gallery is the way to go if you want to support local business owners and designers who care about how you feel in your dream dress. You only get married once!

This is by far the best dress shopping experience you will have in Edmonton. The space that Chantelle has curated is exceptional, and the fact that you have the whole boutque to yourself and your party makes the whole experience feel luxe. Not only does Chantelle have a great eye for design and picked out dresses I hadn't even thought of, but looked great in! She was able to manage my mom, baba, grandma, and aunt who of course all had their own opinions!

Additionally Chantelle was super accomodating and came in in the evening at a later date so that I could also show my friends the gowns I was deciding between. I would highly recommend this The White Gallery to any bride looking for an elevated shopping experience.

The White Gallery is a MUST on your list for wedding dress shopping! It was by far the best experience I had. The shop is so beautiful and gives the perfect “bridal” experience. It was so nice to have the privacy of having the entire shop to yourself and your guests. Chantelle is amazing. She delivered such a personal experience from the beginning to the end. She made me feel so comfortable and really listened to me. I am so happy to have said “Yes to the Dress” here and cannot recommend it enough!

I had an incredible experience at The White Gallery. Chantelle was honestly such a pleasure to work with. We added an alteration to my dress (a side slit), and Chantelle took extra time to make sure I was happy with the the length and location of the slit (the slit is added by the designer upon ordering the dress). The space is also intimate and private, which me and my party absolutely loved. The drapes, which open up across the entire room while you stand on a pedestal for your party to see, elevated the experience that much more and made me feel so special. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. It was hands down the best experience I had, and I went to numerous bridal boutiques in my search. I can not say how amazing my experience at The White Gallery was. I ordered my dress back in September and received it in January for my May wedding. The room itself is absolutely stunning and feels very luxurious. You get the entire store to yourself and your guests so it’s a completely personalized one-on-one experience. I had my wedding at venue next door to the white gallery back in May. When my bridesmaids and I arrived we realized that one of them had a strap loose and the other had a small rip on her dress. We were so panicked, but Chantelle came to our rescue. Without a second thought she was there mending our dresses and making sure we were perfect. Chantelle is kind, caring, and her love for weddings and bridal gowns specifically shines through when you meet her. I would definitely recommend her and her gallery to future brides.

Having visited quite a few bridal salons, the experience at The White Gallery blew them all out of the water. It is by far the best salon I have visited. The location, the dresses, Chantelle's service & expertise, how personable and private the appointment was.the atmosphere and the decor.all of it is truly outstanding and incredibly unique.

The boutique is definitely very pretty and private, in a beautiful restored building. But they didn't have a lot of selection of what I was looking for (A-Line, ballgowns), although I still found one that I quite liked, I ask the consultant for more details on the dress so I can think about it more (as I have done on all previous dress shops I've been in). I asked for a card with the dress code or anything that will reference to the dress, she said she will instead email it to me but never did. And to be honest the consultant didn't look very keen on helping us after figuring out that the shop doesn't carry the silhouettes that I like.

It is a really pretty shop that's for sure, perhaps just not a place for brides looking for princess ballgowns or anything similar
