My visit went smoothly. Staffs were professional and helpful. Seen by Dina, who was really pleasant and professional.

First time visit at the clinic. Staff were all professional and pleasant. I recommend this Clinic and would go back in the future. Very minimal wait time.

I will give 5 stars for this clinic as I got an appointment to do an x-ray, ultrasound and injection for pain management and it was so quick procedure.

Clinic manager is rude and disrespectful and lies. She canceled my appointment without telling me. X-ray and ultrasound techs were amazing though. That’s why I gave 2 stars. Doctor said go anywhere except Northgate - now I realize why. Radiologists don’t read results properly and are not trained. Do NOT waste your time here!

The tech did not do the internal ultrasound just lower abdominal. The radiologist said everything looked good. I had a prolapsed uterus and bladder. Having to have the upper abdominal ultrasound I had done again as there was poor visualization. The issue is a huge lump on abdominal wall that wasn't even checked! Sticking to MIC and Insight from now on.

Deena is such a professional and gentle technician. She made sure me and my husband were in good hands, explained all the procedures and had such good bed manners. We will aways come back and cant thank her enough for making us at ease.

Not sure why expectations were so far apart. I was a walk in yesterday at 4: 00 for an X Ray and digital copy. I was told the wait was 60 to 90 minutes but it may be less. I was not taken into the XRAY for 2hrs and 15 minutes. When I asked for the digital copy, I was told I had to come tomorrow. After driving back the next day I had to wait 20 minutes for the copy and then told BTW it will be $50. MIC gave me a copy at no charge. I would avoid this facility if you can.

The reception was very professional and efficient when i showed up for my appointment. If were just them a 5.
But the Technician for xray was so miserable. Tried some kind words she short and cold. The way the staff treated waiting patients, mostly seniors, was unbelievably rude and uncaring.
I would drive to the other end of the city before seeking services in this place.
Either it is a very unpleasant place for these employees or they managed to hire the most miserable bunch of individuals. I have ever encountered in a health environment.

Should be able to rate less than one star. Were told to wait, proceeded to wait an hour only to be told the technician was leaving and didn't care that we have an an hour and a half drive to get there and another hour and a half to get home. Completely unacceptable service. Sad this is who the bone and joint place deals with and is our only option to get these exays done. Do not recommend.

Thank you for what you do guys. As Ukrainian, I will remember the good deed of your company. You are not only very professional and friendly, you have also waived our fees for the exam. I am very thankful. I know it takes longer to make an X-ray, and for the patients/clients to prepare, so it was expected to wait for an hour at walk-in. The only issue I had was with the gown, which I have never ever used - might be great to show people how to tie it, which can save you time:) But I understand that staff is busy anyway, and this is not an issue at all. I wish you all the best.

Not so friendly receptionists. They tell you to sit down without checking your papers, after 30mins of waiting, and approached them again to find out that I need to go to their extension clinic because its for immigration purposes. And have told me words like “We’re busy, almost 2 hours waiting time already for each client”. You could have told it in a nice manner so client’s will understand. For that receptionist, if your tired then quit you job. Im not doing anything to be treated that way!

This place is worst I spend more then 2 hours here I waited 1 hour in waiting room then called my name after 1 hour they I waited more then 1 hour inside Highly not recommended this place …

I would not recommend this place for Steroid injections unless you like a technician not caring about freezing it first… it was traumatizing and I cried for hours after. I will never forget the pain of a needle going into a bone it should not be in… stay away.

The X-Ray clinic at Northgate center needs a more professional approach to patient care and better services. Please go there only if you want an immediate appointment and do not want to wait for an appointment at any other clinic. The ultrasound technician did an inferior job, and I had to redo it again at another clinic. Most of the reviews here relate to similar stories about the services provided by this private clinic.

Been to this clinic a few times, no issues. Today was an issue. Writing on here, since they didn't give me a manager to contact other than, call the clinic next week. Went for an u/s on my breast.normally you change in the change room, and wear a gown, expose what's required, not today. Today I got the pleasure of changing in front of the u/s tech, both at the start and end, I asked oh, your staying? That's different. It was inappropriate, but I let it slide, a mistake. I really enjoyed how she let her arm rest on my abdomen as well, always nice to be a table, but at the end, when she told me to change, while she was still in the room, than to wait behind the door, while I was top half naked, so she could open the door and leave, I said no. You wanted to be in here, so you can wait until I am done. She asked again, I said, you told me to change in here, so you'll wait. Wait behind a door? When you could have left before I started changing, or how about, tell me to change in THE CHANGE ROOMS? Than I asked to speak to a manager, and a nice gal spoke with me, and gave me a card, which I assumed was the manager information, but nope, just the actual clinic. The receptionist was lovely. But, honestly? There is a lovely clinic in Beaumaris, and they are professional and don't need to watch you change. Just saying.

My wife went in for an urgent ultrasound toward the end of the day and the staff claim they didn't have the requisition so my wife contacted the health centre and they told her that they had a faxed confirmation that the clinic DID have the requisition and when the staff actually looked and saw they had it, they refused service to my wife because it was now too late to do the imaging.

They've sent patient results to wrong family physicians, unorganized environment, heard multiple stories of bad experiences with them. Avoid avoid avoid.

Front desk people are so rude and unprofessional. They need train their workers better, I was standing in front of them and no one talked to me for good 10 mins till I speak up and said this is where you sign in? Also I specifically booked an appointment with female tech a week prior to my appointment. When I go in she says I have appointment with male tech. I said I don't want male. She is like you wait around till someone cancel or book another appointment another time. NEVER AGAIN, very disappointing

There is girl she is looking from Indian background and black and red hair, when you coming to the desk she talks to the patients as they are nothing or insects. And she didn't do eyes contact so you didn't know if she talk to you or talk to another patient.
And dealing with you without any kind of respect
And the waiting time so so long.
Because of that 1 so much for them

I wanna thank the entire staff for the excellent care received during my visit to your medical clinic. Starting with the courteous receptionists when first walking in that day, each staff member presented themselves in a positive, respectful and professional manner. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting room and examination rooms. You all did a thorough job. Thank you for the high quality care!

Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and gossipy receptionists, xray techs and assistants. 0/10 won't ever go back. Worst experience I've ever had, left in tears.

All receptionist were extremely respectful and went out their way to help my 91 year mother and myself with a difficult situation (we had a hard time finding the place, it was a long walk to the xray and my mother had to take several breaks; as a result,
we came late, PLUS the geriatric clinic we came from forgot to fax the requisition). One receptionist in particular helped us get in for the dvt ultrasound anyway and worked to get a hold of the clinic. The other receptionists were kind and understanding when I recommended that they put a no cellphone use sign in the small waiting room as I got in trouble for using my cell to call the doctor to resolve the missing requisition issue. The ultrasound technician was super calm and gentle with my mother. The gentleman who escorted us to the change room and told me to get off the phone could slow down for those who can't walk very well but was understanding and respectful with my suggestions regarding more cell phone use signs. I know all the workers are overwhelmingly busy and I appreciate that they gave me the the chace to explain my frustration. Thank you so much everyone! Understanding each othe goes a long way.

Avoid this place. How would you feel if you have a full bladder and told to come back in 2 hours for your ultrasound appointment b/c they can't print your requisition if it's not in pdf format. Wish I could leave a zero star.

They answered the phone when I called their office and took me in within 2 days when everyone else took over a month
