It was a really good massage, focused exactly where I requested in a lovely setting. I will definitely be going back! I have had quite a few different types of massages at different places, mostly for the relief of stiff muscles, lower back pain and simply because I like it. The deep tissue massage is wonderful, and it literally hits all the spots! Anna also uses very good quality oils and towels which make it a very luxurious experience. Booking a massage with her was very smooth, and communication was very swift and clear. Anna is professional, is very customer-oriented, and clearly cares for the experience her customers have. Highly recommended!

Sarah Roston is hands down the best massage therapist I've been to (and I've been to alot). She really cares about treating your individual needs and tailoring the experience to exactly what you want/need. Walked out of my massage feeling better than I have in a loooooong time. Most massage places I’ve been to I find it difficult to relax because you can hear all the conversations and noise in the hallways and other rooms. I didn’t find that here at all. The room was a rustic mountain theme which I really liked. The music was mellow rock/alternative which was right up my alley. The massage was great as well, Brett was awesome. No complaints at all! Very relaxing and and will definitely be back.

I cannot speak highly enough of Adeline at TBCM. Her insight and knowledgeable techniques make for a relaxing and healing experience. She is truly gifted and highly skilled in her trade. I can only imagine what the rest of the staff are like, but I'd say it is safe to assume they are exceptional as well based on Adeline's standard of care alone.

The space is always clean, warm, and welcoming. Adeline even goes the extra mile to put on my preference of music and does a short assessment of my injuries prior to the service to determine the best plan of action for each visit and ongoing treatment. Definitely a relaxing environment. Staff are friendly. Brett is my massage therapist, and he is great at what he does. He has definitely worked out some very difficult knots, and significantly relieved some of my back pain. Good availability as well.

WOW! Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and skillfully dealt with numerous issues including those I didn't even know were related. My neck feels far better after this treatment than visiting other therapists and I notice a big difference. As well, I had clicking in my jaw and was unable to open my mouth all the way without it clicking but she worked on some related muscles and it opens fine now. I have had this for years even after a split and thought it would be like that forever. I am so very thankful to have found her she is a real blessing. Speaking of which, she is a very sweet soul and has great energy. I love that she used coconut oil and chemical free oil that is important to me. What a great experience all around. I will be back soon and highly recommend her. Thank you!

This was my first visit to this place of business and it will not be my last. Carry Neveah was my massage therapist and I would say that she is highly knowledgeable in what she does and you will not go wrong with attaining her for any modality that she offers. Went in feeling like I was hit by a truck, left feeling 500 times better.

We are so glad that we live in the same neighbourhood where a massage place is in a walking distance. I have had such a tight knot on my right neck and shoulder for a long time from working and studying during the pandemic but they're all gone and I am feeling great. Greg was very professional. I don’t know if it was miscommunication. I expressed to my masseuse a number of times during the massage regarding my needs and body parts. Instead of verbally confirming with me, she seemed to do a worse and worse job the more I tried to communicate. Maybe she took offense although I was not being brash at all. The front desk asked about my satisfaction. When I told her she said they would contact me after speaking to the owner which also never happened. I guess they are busy enough and wrote me off as a client. This was my second time in. My first time in I was left waiting in the waiting room because they squeezed in a double massage and bumped my spot. My masseuse was tired as it was end of day and was obviously rushed. This business is close to my house and I wanted to give it another chance, but to my own demise. I won’t be returning for a third time.

This place is great! My wife and I have had massages from 5 different massage therapists in Edmonton, and this one was by far the best! Solid 4.5+ stars. They're *almost* as good as a friend of mine who gives the best massages ever! And they do couples' massages, to boot!

I've been experiencing some serious pain as a tattooer and artist for the last 3 months in my most important area. My arms, I got a massage from her and she literally melts the pain away.
She'll focus on what you need her to and help you to feel better fast, she's friendly, chatty, and has some of the best advice out there as a massage therapist.
I can't recommend this girl enough, I'll keep coming back time and again. If you've got an issue, she'll fix it for you.

Originally was a bit skeptical of acupuncture as a treatment and it's effectiveness. I have to say I was so happy to be proven wrong. Jennifer was incredibly helpful alleviating my intense neck and shoulder tightness in only a few treatments. I have recommended her to many people already and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone dealing with intense muscle tightness.

My experience was absolutely amazing. I have firbromyalgia and had a big flair up. This was my first experience seeing a massage therapist with my disease and seeing such a huge improvement! Best massage I have had in about 10 years. I will definitely be back!

Company has a nice feel to it when you walk in, very clean and welcoming. Choose to have a student massage and was somewhat satisfied with the services. It was a student so I didn’t have very high expectations in comparison to other massages. I booked a relaxation massage for 1 hour which then consisted of talking the entire time which wasn’t ideal and caused for some errors (knees were left hyper extended while I was on my back which was a bit uncomfortable) but the lady was very friendly and had a decent level of knowledge. Overall an okay experience. Pricing was fair.

My therapists were Danielle and Gina (a scheduling conflict caused me to switch therapists for one appointment), and both were great. I've been suffering from severe migraines for years. They're practically debilitating. Jennifer (LiJun) has been a life saver these past few months. The migraines have gone down in frequency and intensity and I feel like my life is back on track again. I no longer have that feeling of dread every month as I wait for a migraine to hit. Jennifer usually recommends a few sessions depending on the intensity of the issue and she's usually spot on with recommendations.

I've had a couple of sessions with Ruby for back issues stemming from a desk job hunched up in front of a computer and for fasciitis. After my first session, I felt like I had a brand new back. She asks questions throughout the session to figure out problem areas and even suggested stretches and exercises for my foot. The fasciitis pain has gone from a 7 to a 2 - some of this does have to do with orthotics, but the exercises have made my fascia stronger and quicken the healing process. I do wish Ruby had more hours at the South location. The place is super clean and the staff are kind and friendly. I do appreciate the hair bands in the washroom for days when I forget! It's very thoughtful.

I had a severe concussion and TBI from a head on collision in a car accident last December in 2018. My body was in a mess to a point where I thought my life was over - work, friends, lifestyle, etc I couldn't function. Memory problems, cognitive function, mobility. Miraculously throughout 50+ sessions and a bit of resilience therapeutic body concepts and their team enabled me to carry on and eventually made me more connected and whole to a point where Im more normal again. I've seen everyone from Lisa, Katrina, Cianna, Danielle, Galit and some others for massage in conjunction with Jennifer for Accupuncture and of course Karin the receptionist is great too. I would highly recommend all of them. The combined experience of this team has helped me tremendously and without them I wouldn't be where I am at today.
