Keiko is a Master of RAPID. It is a technique somewhere between massage and physio. I was shocked at how well she pinpointed areas of pain and trouble in my body even though I did not point them out to her. My upper back has never felt so free and relaxed. After one session of RAPID with Alicia, I felt the blood circulating through my neck like it hasn't in months. I'm looking forward to continuing the treatments with Alicia and Keiko. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with pain to see Keiko for an assessment. Rapid won't fix all your problems, but it does accelerate the healing process.

Good massages, I've had multiple massages here by different staff members. The mediocre rating is due to the atmosphere & sheets - scratchy and uncomfortable.

Had a deep tissue massage with Liliana today. She was fantastic! Probably the best massage I've had so far. Really enjoy my experiences with Therapeutic Body Concepts. Highly recommend Liliana at High Park location.

Jade is an absolutely fantastic massage therapist. She listens and is always ensuring you get the most effective and positive experience. She is incredibly skilled and soft spoken which made for some much needed relaxation and stress relief.

Keko did an amazing job of helping me release the pain in my lower back, pelvic area, legs and face. She knows where to find the sensitive areas and help release the pain. I would highly recommend her services.

I had been dealing with patellar femoral pain syndrome for about a month before coming in and thought all I could do was strengthen and stretch and hope that over time things would realign. I couldn’t run or jump on one leg without a severe sharp pain and after leaving I could jump with no pain and jog. The difference 30 mins made with Keiko was incredible. I’ve been playing sports for over a decade and this has been the most effective treatment I’ve ever received. HIGHLY recommend for athletes with any chronic pain.

My massage therapist really worked my lower bad to the specifications I had intended. I suffer from constant lower back pain from an undiagnosed injury and she really helped to relieve that pain. I understand it will never truly go away with the way I choose to live, and my lifestyle but today helped. Thank you.

Liliana was great. Consistenly checking to see if the pressure she was using was okay as I had mentioned my legs were sore from a workout.
Several hours later, I feel much better than before.

Chose the west end location today for a very thorough and effective massage for shoulders neck and specifically carpultunnel.in both wrists.

She was very knowledgeable and she made me very comfortable during our session and I felt way better after the treatment

I absolutely love this place! The practice is beautiful! Very calm, clean, and tranquil. My masseuse was exceptionally kind and caring. She made sure I was comfortable at all times. This is my first pregnancy and first prenatal massage, and I will definitely be back!

Jen is an absolute angel. I’m a recent recovering cancer patient so finding a massage therapist that is 1) comfortable massaging me & 2) knows how to is something very rare to find.

She has started out massaging scar tissue & doing some lymphatic drainage to give me more ease in my day to day. Excited to see more of her & where it goes!

Very good! I got a massage I liked and enjoyed a lot. I needed a deep tissue and the therapist was going beyond my expectations. She worked on every muscle that was sore while putting lots of effort into her job. A glass of water in the end was a nice gesture as well. Would definitely recommend and go again!

This spa is such a cozy, comforting place to go! I love going here, especially on a cold winter day it’s very inviting. Staff is friendly and the RMTs are excellent. I have been on 3 occasions and each time provided a really good massage. Leave feeling relaxed

Obviously, the monetary, and notoriety U gain has a result of what she must provide has an asset twds ur company, must be acknowledged far more superior than what she surely must lack appropriarely.someday, she is definitely worthy enuff of conducting her own services, which must be what currently has gained the recognition uon urselves! Trust U are aware of what exists, rather than simply perhaps maniulate this young lady. I have never had a previous massage has extensively well done! She's Great!

We booked an appointment and received a confirmation e-mail that our appointment was booked, only to arrive and find out that someone cancelled our appointment and they were fully booked and could not get us in. Nobody phoned to notify us that they were cancelling our appointment, or followed up with an e-mail. Super inconvenient as we drove all the way there, will not be returning.

I don’t think this experience could’ve been any better! It was so nice. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Alicia was so friendly and fun to talk to during my massage and was very attentive to asking the right questions when it came to making sure i was comfortable with the pressure, atmosphere etc. I will definitely be coming back!:)

I've been coming here for a year or so, and I always see Christine. She is amazing at what she does - very well versed in the human body! As an athlete my recovery is super important to me, and I know I can count on her to loosen me up and help release major tension points. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with her!:)

I recommend Rodel, i was experience pain in my right shoulder for a few years.he did amazing work on my shoulder and lower back when i left my session i had no pain. I highly recommend anyone experience stiff or aching mussels to visit him at the West Location.

Today was my first time going to Therapeutic Body Concepts and I was very impressed. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Loral Walker was the lady that gave me my massage. She was really friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely good. This experience was no comparison to the massage I previously had at a different establishment. I will definitely go back and definitely recommend this place and Loral Walker to anyone looking for a really good professional massage.

It was my first time at the premises. Upon entering it was very clean. Emily the therapist that was appointed to me was very informative and I will go back again. The best massage I've ever got.

Mohamed gave one of the most skilled and helpful massages I've had! I came in with a very sore back which is a common issue for me. Mohamed used techniques that had me leaving with less pain and better range of motion. Plus, he took the time to show me stretches afterwards to help me avoid future issues. I'm very impressed and will be back to see him for sure.

After seeing Keiko Marumo for RAPID (45 min, my first treatment), I was able to walk for 3+ hours without any hip & lower back pain. Highly recommend

Rapid therapy - 2 treatments - and my foot is feeling 90% better. Swelling is down and walking pain is DRASTICALLY reduced. SO good! Miraculous what Keiko does.
