Their Wedding bands have no lifetime warranty like most jewelry companies. Their engagement rings have lifetime warranty. Ask for the fine prints before you purchase.

I have had wonderful experiences every time I have entered this location! Today I had to unfortunately return an item and the manager and staff members did everything they could to make it right. After chatting with manager I delt with a lady named Anajane. She was so amazing, kind and very professional.

The staff is friendly and can recommend nice pieces of jewelry based on what you or the lady you're buying for wears regularly. They have a few different styles that can work with your style.

UPDATE: It broke again! I had it for 6 days! NOT IMPRESSED! Quality would be the wrong word.

Update: They have reached out to me and have dealt with my issue in a very kind and apologetic manner. I appreciate the quick response and the kind Tiffany & Co.representative who I spoke to. Thank you!

Dear Tiffany & Co,

I wanted to share only my experience.

To briefly premise, I was given a beautiful necklace for my birthday about a year or two ago, and it broke recently. I paid to have it fixed when not even two weeks go by, and it brakes again. Call that bad luck, maybe? Nevertheless, a representative informed me that I would have to pay again to have it fixed. I understand, but at the same time I just paid to have it fixed and it broke AGAIN?

About a month later, I receive a call from the same Tiffany & Co.location asking about my necklace that was supposably "fixed". I told them about my situation and my frustration. They said they would call me back to get my necklace fixed. I never received a phone call, I have even called in to inquire and still no response.

I do understand the pandemic has made it difficult to respond and operate. However this began in November 2019, and the quality control phone call I received came before January 2020. Please respond at your earliest convenience. I'm hoping I could get this resolved, thank you for your time.

I thought this was quality jewelry.guess not.

Unprofessional/Irresponsible/Substandard
PURCHASED NEW WEDDING BAND $10,000 WITH SCRATCH.
TWO ATTEMPTS TO FIX BUT STILL DEFECTIVE.
DENIED REFUND, ONLY OFFERED FIXING.
WHY DO I NEED TO FIX NEW WEDDING BANDS?

Purchased wedding bands with engraving service but the rings and engraving skill are not of acceptable quality and do not match the rings that I was shown in store.
Also, the customer service that I experienced throughout this whole resolution was very disappointing. Based on my history with this sale, the rings from Tiffany and Co. West Edmonton Mall was not in the right condition to be sold at all points of contact.

Tiffany and Co.have to provide high quality engraving service in the first place. Unfortunately, this issue with my rings was caused by the poor engraving skills and process. I followed the company's procedure to fix by polishing and re-plating but it was not satisfactory. I chose Tiffany and Co.because of the company’s reputation for high quality jewelry and outstanding customer service. Starting from when I received the new damaged rings to their repeated attempts to fix the issue have failed, I have lost confidence with the sales associates and store manager from Tiffany and Co. West Edmonton Mall. Unfortunately, after this experience Tiffany and Co.do not fulfill my expectations. Terrible customer service and craftsmanship. Still an on-going issue for almost a year without resolution or compensation.

• December 27,2019 - Purchased at the West Edmonton Mall
It was immediately sent away for engraving services after the purchase. Unfortunately, the rings were never in satisfactory condition even now.

• January 19,2020 - I received the rings with scratch
After returning from the engraving service the double band ring had a scratch and the single band ring was misshapen. It was a very disappointing experience as the rings were not ready when we visited the store to pick them up.
The sales associate, tried to clean the rings in the store but it was not possible for him so it was sent to the jeweler for polishing and re-plating.

• March 19,2020 - I received the rings by FedEx due to COVID-19 with same scratch after 2nd resolution
However, the problems were not resolved. The rings still had the same problems and the service was unacceptable.

• June 28,2020 - I visited the store after their reopening from COVID-19 and requested refund
This was my first time speaking with the store manager and she confirmed the scratch on the ring. I requested a refund but the store manager said she did not have the authority and needed to confirm with her superiors and send the rings to their jewelers. I strongly requested for her to inform me when they received a response from her superior in regards to my refund request.

• July 27,2020 - I received a voicemail from associate, stating the rings were fixed and ready to be picked-up which I wanted refund.
I was frustrated as my request was for a refund and not for fixing. When I called back to the associate, he avoided the explanation and referred me to his manager.

- August 1,2020 - during the phone call the store manager repeated that a refund was not possible.
Also, she said that fixing is only what they can do. However, they have repeatedly failed to do so therefore I am frustrated when she says she fixed the problem and it was definitely wasting time. Based on my history with this sale, the rings from Tiffany and Co. West Edmonton Mall was not in the right condition to be sold at all points of contact. The manager still stated that I had to pick-up the rings or else they would FedEx it to me.

• August 19,2020 – I complained to Tiffany&Co.online service center
Their customer service replied back stating the store manager would contact me within 48 hours.

• September -October 2020 - No response to my concerns, they only offered me to pick-up the rings. Store manager didn't contact us only the assistant manager and operation coordinator. Do I have to pick-up the rings because they said they fixed? Is this right?

TLDR: $400 ring turns my finger green. Store recommends to somehow avoid fragranced soap.

I’ve purchased a few Tiffany gifts over the years, and always thought it to be very overpriced for the materials in the pieces but everyone loves the blue little box.

I received a Tiffany sterling silver ring for my birthday this week, and it became the first piece of Tiffany I personally own and wear.

The ring turned my finger green after 24 hours. Shocked, I asked the gift giver what metal it was, “are you sure it’s silver? ” as I have owned many silver pieces in my life that have never turned my hand green.

The store would not take it back, but said that using soaps with fragrance could cause this.
I’m sure my life will be very easy avoiding soap that has fragrance so that a gift that cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars doesn’t turn my finger green like a Cracker Jack prize.

They said that it’s a common problem right now due to increased hand washing during Covid.

Never in my life will I spend another dollar at Tiffany & Co.

PS, Paloma Picasso designs some of the ugliest jewellery I’ve ever seen.

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE my new Tiffany T wire bracelet and ring. I always have a great experience in this store. Serena is such an amazing person and so helpful, she made the whole experience this time so enjoyable as well.

Excellent customer service, and very good shopping experience. They allow very few customers into the store, but we have never felt rushed or pressured. Left the store with two gorgeous Tiffany pieces

Store is nice and service is outstanding. I'm not complaining about any of the staff, they are great! I'm disappointed in the product. Bought my wife a diamond ring for anniversary, looks great in the store under their special lights, but outside of the store it looks dull. Way overpriced for what you get, paying for name only and it doesn't equate to quality. Sickening to see the type of diamond ring I could have got elsewhere for same money. Would have had much more wow impact that a tiffany teal box with a very expensive but tiny, underwhelming diamond ring in it. Will not purchase anymore Tiffany products. My wife wouldn't either. Save your money and get something nicer elswhere.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Purchased a bracelet in December and by March the Return to Tiffany’s heart had broken off, when I brought it back to the store I was very rudely informed that the policy is to pay $55.00 to have the bracelet repaired and this process would take approximately 2 weeks! $500 for a bracelet and it didn’t even last 3 months. The staff certainly doesn’t make this repair policy known at the time of purchase. The manager is extremely rude and more interested in her phone then handling a customers concerns.

Tiffany and Co is the first REAL jewelry store I've ever been to. I went in to purchase a necklace as a birthday gift, I was SO IMPRESSED by the kindness and non-judgemental staff who helped me. Super expensive (of course), but the staff are so wonderful.

This place has some of the worst customer service.bought a ring on their website and ended up fitting a bit loose, and the size i need is not in stock. Called their customer service for refund/exchange instructions and ended up getting 3 completely different set of instructions from 3 different operators.
1) use included return label to return (fedex said the label is invalid)
2) was told there was errors and canadian orders got mailed US return labels instead for this batch, what BS, since the label had the canadian return address on it. Then was told I had to pay to mail it back to the Toronto store for return.
3) called Toronto store to confirm, and was told they are not accepting returns due to COVID.after much pain, the local store accepted my return once they reopened. Now I am deciding on 2 styles I liked, one of which the store had stock so I can see it in person.the other style they do not have stock, and the only way I can see it was to buy one and have it shipped to me.for a so called high end brand name their customer service is not acceptable

TODAY I Bought a ring from this store. Tomorrow on my way to return it due to careful examine of this ring. Looks like it has been worn before me. It does has dents, and few scratches. Good thing i took it home in the box butnot worn out of the store.
Lets see what the stuff will BS me with. Paid as brand new, got used.

Tiffany's is wonderful. Their service is top notch. Their employees are well trained and very helpful. My multiple visits have always been greeted with such great service, that I will definitely be back. The quality of product is superior.

Staff are very friend and knowledgeable. The product is wonderful. However, their exchange policy with gift receipts is stupid.

I have only one issue with this store, if you bring in a gift receipt.they call the original buyer to ask permission to do the exchange. They told me this was to protect the privacy of the buyer. However, I wasn’t asking for personal information. I was asking for a size up for my bracelet that was too small for me.

I would normally rate the store 5/5, but this policy and the reasoning behind this policy really bothers me. I was lucky my sister wasn’t busy at the time, so she was called the store to allow the exchange. If she was in movie, that would have really sucked

Be aware, if you give out gift receipt you might get a call when receiver if the gift needs to exchange it.

Today my husband, our 2 year old daughter and I, went window shopping. I have my heart set on a pair of earrings and wanted to go look at them. When we arrived I was incredibly impressed by the kindness and amazing customer service of one of the young gentlemen at the door. When we entered he dropped on his knee, eye level with my little girl, and asked if this was her first time in the store. We informed him it was and he presented her with her “first gift “ from Tiffany &co. My daughter was given some adorable crayons and a card. She was absolutely delighted! This young man had so much charisma that he made the whole day and shopping experience a special memory for my family. My husband and I left, and we discussed how rare it can be into days age to be treated with such respect and kindness. It reminded me of the classic Audrey Hepburn movie, where even though she had a cheap Cracker Jack ring, she was treated like a queen by the employee of Tiffany’s who engraved her ring. My husband and I will 100% buy the special pieces of jewellery I want to collect over the years from this location, because this young man treated my family like royalty. I wish I had gotten his name. To all of the staff at the front door, thank you for your excellent customer service!
