Tile and Stone Source, Tile Store Calgary

We recently wanted to redo the facing on a 20 year old fireplace. Connor was excellent helping us pick out the right product and personally involved in making sure every piece of the tile was the right one and in excellent condition. He also recommended several possible contractors we could use. We did go with one of those and the installer was excellent. Hats off to Tile and Stone Source and in particular Connor!

I had to pick tiles for two bathroom renovations: floors, shower walls and shower floors/ ceilings. It felt overwhelming as selection mistakes would be very expensive to rectify. Connor listened to me, asked me a few questions, then gave me two possibilities to consider. After consulting with a designer and exploring other possibilities, I actually ended up going with one of his suggestions. Not only was he knowledgeable about undertones, but also about usability, having been a former installer.
I also want to acknowledge the able assistance I received from other staff, especially Sara and Cassandra. Thank you all!

I made an appointment today to look at some stone tile to purchase for doing my fireplace. I made a specific appointment to see their 20% off promotion and some advise on options. The people were very knowledgeable. And helped me find the tile I needed in the quantity I needed. I was very clear on my budget and why I was there. I even confirmed that the item was part of the promotion at the very beginning. The person who I had been emailing with helped me told me a specific price. However upon checkout I was transferred to someone else. I was informed that the promotion we spent an hour talking about was no longer the case. If I was willing to take the broken bundles from the back there was maybe something they could do for me. Essentially they sold me on one item at a specific price and was told that price was not the case. Very disappointed. Nice looking products but being told one thing to have a sale made and then charged to a different rate when it came time to pay is unacceptable.

Connor and the rest of the sales team provide friendly professional advice on all the products. The pricing at Tile and Stone is great, and frequently cheaper than Home Depot! The staff that load the tile into your vehicle are knowledgeable, friendly and fast ~ also strong! From choosing your tile, whether it is a large order or small, you are treated given preferential treatment! Returns are simple too, although you won't need to do many of those!

Conner is always ready to give advice which has helped me save money and time in a number of jobs! He also contacted me when another client needed some specific work completed in a rush. Keep up the awesome job!

We checked out Tile and Stone Source due to good reviews online.
Sienna ended up helping us - she did an excellent job. She was very knowledgeable and helped us with our first selection of tiles to take home. She was so helpful, it made the process very easy. We took the samples home she called us to follow up to see if we needed anything further. Turns out we didn't like our first choice and sienna was very accommodating of our inquiries for other tile selections. We had multiple calls and emails in the meantime and she couldn't have been more professional or helpful.
Had we not had her great service we could easily have found another tile store. But we chose another tile with her help, and finished the process by buying the whole lot today. Can not wait to see our finished project.
Would not hesitate to recommend tile and stone source.

Have been going here for a couple years now. Definitely the most customer service oriented tile distributor in town. We send our clients here to make selections all the time, and I never doubt they will be treated kindly and taken care of. Connor is our rep there and he has answers to all our questions - type of tile to use, trends, styles, even thin-set mortar specification data off the top of his head! I also see all the other sales reps always asking him questions, so he must be the guy!

Go see Connor, and again, cannot recommend this place enough!

5* + We highly recommend Tile and Stone Source. Seanna at the Calgary showroom was top-notch. My husband and I have been to many showrooms for our house reno. No one has been as: knowledgeable, enthusiastic, creative, patient and a good listener as Seanna was. We spent 2 hours with her and made all the selections we needed for 2 bathrooms, including: tile and grout for floors, walls, shower stall, wainscotting and backsplash, as well as mirrors and shower doors. Plus, the showroom had lots of stock and very helpful displays.

I never thought deciding on a stone tile would be such a fun experience. So many beautiful choices, the possibilities are endless. Trista was so enthusiastic and professional in helping us find the perfect stone for our renovation. It looks great! Nathan was great too! Very funny even in the frigid weather he and Trista made sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied before we left. Soooo many tiles and stores to choose from - and we visited most of them. Sarah and her staff were incredibly helpful with our new build. We were able to leave our plans in her capable hands and be presented with several tasteful options. Tile and Stone Source is a necessary stop if you're building or renovating.
