Tile Town

The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and helped us pick tiles that work well with our old existing tiles. I wish I knew her name, because she was so nice and such a great help! This isn't the first time we've bought tiles here, and will definitely return when and if we need more!

We had a great experience using tile town. From the minute we walked into the door the staff was extremely helpful. In particular, Jo, helped us with selecting tiles for our whole bathroom renovation that worked both with our budget and style we wanted. She was a huge help and definitely made the experience enjoyable. In addition to tiles, Jo helped us with putting together a custom Kerdi-shlueter shower system. She was super knowledgeable and made sure we had everything required. We will definitely be using tile town for all our future renovation needs.

My husband and I recently purchased backsplash tile for our kitchen. The staff we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is clean, well stocked with a huge selection of assorted tiles. The staff took their time helping us with our selection. We would definitely recommend this store to our friends and family.

I had to make several trips to the store to plan my project,   buy tile, buy more tile, and return unused tile. Every experience there was exceptional. The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. I was able to choose tile that I loved,   and had no problem returning the leftover pieces that I didn't use. The staff  members all have a genuine interest in your project and do what they can to make the experience simple, even for beginners. I can't say enough good things about this location. I will definitely go back for my future tiling needs!

The staff made day they help me to pick out and estimated how much tile I would require as well as thin set and grout. This was a great buying experience

After multiple visits to multiple stores, we found exactly what we were looking for at Tile Town! The guidance to choose the "right" color grout was so helpful. Our choice had to be ordered and it came in long before expected. We are so happy with the service we received and really appreciated the extra assistance.
