Tile Town

I was very impressed with the selection of tile that they had at Tile Town and the tile options were in my budget. I was there twice to get supplies for a bathroom shower that I was working on and both times Nathan helped and answered all my questions. I am so happy with how the shower turned out, I will definitely be back if I do any further tiling projects.

The Tile Town team is wonderful! They have great insights, are incredibly helpful, and kind. Have a fantastic and informative experience working with them. Can't wait to share our kitchen transformation photos with them! Thanks for everything.

Really helpful people, but not a lot of options. Went there looking for floor tiles, but all of them are bleak grey tiles or black there were some well 2 types of glossy white but those are bad for a kitchen floor (high movement area plus slippery surface). Went there twice and i hate all of them, since none have impact they're just too bleak.

Tammy & Brendan helped us out with our basement bathroom tile project. Easy to work with to get our choices figured out & have all the accessories & tools necessary to do a tile job. The Southside store has a great dissplay area with plenty of options to look at to figure out what we liked for patterns & designs. LRT construction nearby is not an issue. Definitely the stop to make to figure your next tile job!

Tammy at Tile town has been amazing to work with. She has great suggestions for tile for our kitchen and around our fireplace. She is easy to talk to and truly listens to us trying to explain our vision of what we want. Thank you Tammy!

Had the pleasure of working with Tammy at Tile Town. When I arrived i was confused in many regards however with in a few minutes, Tammy was able slow down the entire process for me and add some much needed direction to a very confusing process. She made recommendations I frankly did not even consider. She was courteous, knowledgable and very insightful. I would highly recommend Tile Town and and Tammy for your next project!

Decent selection, was looking for immediate tile, enough to do an entire bathroom and slowly walked the entire store and had no help so we left. Edmonton has an abundance of tile stores, in fact so many that It's hard to believe they can all stay open.anyway will not be back to this one.

Great service at Tile Town! Tammy helped me narrow down some tile choices for my project today. She was friendly and intuitive; making a stylish suggestion I hadn't considered, just looking at a couple of pictures on my phone. I went home with a few options to try and her suggestion was right on the money. I'll be heading back to buy the amount I need. The tile is going to look great in my bathroom and kitchenette area! Bought porcelain tile for kitchen backsplash. Staff was very knowledgeable & helpful and gave good advice. They have a great selection, competitive pricing and better customer service than the big box stores. Recommend them highly!

It was great and efficient. Was able to provide us an adequate estimate of the amount of tiles needed for our project as well as provided us some good insights on the different types we selected.

Save your time and go somewhere else. The employees couldn’t be bothered to actually help you find what your looking for. Will argue with you that a product code/photos you have aren’t theres and when you inquire about ordering they say they don’t know when the product would be in.

Amazing service. Walked in with a tile sample, and they were able to identify the discontinued tile, and source some product within 5 minutes!

I unfortunately had purchased some tile supplies from a different company. I realized that they gave me the totally wrong product. I called Tile Town and Adam was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and he set us on the right track.

My husband and I visited the store on Argyll Road in Edmonton today. We bought tiles from TileTown 4 years ago and were trying to find the same ones for another spot in our house. We showed Brad the pictures and he knew exactly which tiles they were. The customer service from Brad was exceptional. He gave us so many tips and pointers and was a wealth of information. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to this location and can highly recommend it to anyone. This kind of customer service seems to be a lost thing lately but Brad proved there are still people out there who truly love what they do.

Recently had a small tile job for a very high end customer, I was having trouble finding the tile colour needed. After visiting Tile Town (south) I met with Michelle and she showed me what was available and made a few suggestions, that I didn't consider. Well the job turned out perfect and the customer loved it. Thanks Michelle, I"ll definitely be back!

Be aware. If a store rep says tile is stock that doesn't mean in the store location. They can order product in but stock means from there supplier which in turn means you can not return any extra product. The word "stock" costed me money and the store just says sorry we ordered in so no money back. Make sure you get clarification on the term stock before buying so if you need to return product you can.hopefully.

Great selection! Helpful staff as well. Very happy we stopped in. We ended up buying what we needed there.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I went in one day looking for a match to the discontinued tile I had picked up from another store. After identifying a few comparable options that ended up not working, Adam, who works there, was UNRELENTING in his pursuit of more of the same tile. He called the supplier and had them track down stores that had brought in the tile in the past year. He found something that almost worked, but not quite. So, even though I had to go a different route with my job, the fine folks at Tile Town spent ages trying to help me out. And they didn't even make a sale! This, to me, is the sign of a company that goes the extra mile and really invests itself in its customers' projects. Kudos to Adam, Michelle, Brad and the rest of the wonderful team!

I recently renovated my bathroom and it was the first time I had tried to tackle such a project. At first I did what many individuals would do; and headed to the big box stores. After a few visits to the "one-stop-shop's" I was thoroughly disappointed and decided to head over to Tile Town because of their apparent positive online reputation. All I thought was WOW after each visit. I dealt with several different individuals over the course of my project and each person I spoke with pleasant, well-informed, and happy to give me a straight answer to every one of my questions. I received quality products, sound advice and it was not a pressured sale experience. Exceptional group of employees, I will be back for all of my future tiling projects! You guys/gals rock.
