The most efficient, responsive, helpful and pleasant business. It’s also really nice to have folks who are genuine, knowledgeable and enjoy what they do. It made the experience easy and enjoyable. They have a great selection in the store and their supplier (Centura) also has a wonderful showroom. It’s also nice not having to price shop, as the prices are reasonable and you don’t feel like you’re being taken advantage off. Highly recommended and we look forward to the next time we need tiles.

Went to Tiles 4 Less looking for backsplash tiles. Was very impressed with the variety and selection as well as the service we received. I am not a tile setter but am a DIY' er. After getting some invaluable info from the employee I went home and did my first wall tiles ever. The advise I got was spot on. Thank you Tiles 4 Less.

Our experience with Antoine at Tiles for Less was exceptional. He was very helpful when we initially purchased the tiles taking time to explain suitable choices and assisting in answering our numerous questions about our selections. He also arranged the delivery of the tiles and went the extra mile when we had to return for more having to make a further selection. His prices were great and the products were too.

Incredibly disappointed.very helpful and incredibly nice man behind the counter, but the product purchased from here (1000$ worth) is, i'm sorry to say, absolute garbage.the 150 square feet of 1"x1" hexagonal white mosaic tile i purchased was tedious to put down, but everything went very well.a clean uniform look is what we were going for.white tile with white grout.once it was grouted however, certain tiles changed colour.the store was polite in hearing about the problem but quickly blamed the grout as the problem.if that were the case, why is it only certain sheets of tile affected? Just look at the pictures! They speak for themselves. Ruined.

Checked out the place with the wife, nice selection but the problem was with the service. The owner made me feel like he was doing me a favour. I was simply asking questions regarding tile sizes needed for the washroom. You don’t raise your voice at your customers tony. Bad first impression, learn some people skills.

Easily the best place to get tiles. The styles and selection is amazing as well as the great prices. Naeem was extremely helpful with selecting the best tile for our project but also assisted with grout selection. He told us all the products we will need and offered helpful hints for DIYers.

All the other good reviews are absolutely true. Prices are great and service is awesome! We were looking for something specific and Kerry told us what shops to go to. In one of them we did find what we wanted (Centura rocks by the way!) and Kerry did the ordering after debating with us about how much of what etc. He kept us in the loop and at no point were we wondering about anything! Loved working with these guys, would absolutely do it again and will refer them to my friends! Thanks)

I stopped by yesterday to buy some additional tile to do our washroom. I didn't catch his name but I assume was the owner was very helpful and new what I need right away and where it was. He gave me a very good deal for the extra tile I needed. It is the rare exception these days to do business with someone who is knowledgeable, polite and knows their product. I would highly recommend and will certainly return when I need tile again. This is an honest review and I am not related to nor do I have anything to gain from this recommendation.

Price isn't everything.

I don't know if you remember me or not Antoine, (You still had my phone number apparently) but you earned your one star years ago when you opened your store, mostly thanks to your slimy business partner Moe. Again I will not go into details, I had no plans to in the first place, but do not dismiss me as a point collector. I review on principle, for the same reasons you stated in your bs response. In fact most of my reviews are positive.
