If you don't like selection and enjoy paying for things you don't receive this is your restaurant. Worst timmies I have been to in 5 different province's. Go anywhere else if you can.

Everyday I bought coffee or tea in this place. And if I got tea it’s not hot all time. They have to make sure it’s hot

There should be an option for a zero rating, the staff will never help you out, i went there so many time, i had to wait for too long for just a coffee, and they never gonna say ‘hi’ or nothing else, they are always chatting around with each other, and will laugh on you and never gonna take the order, and at the end you have to order yourself on the kiosks. If they are 10 people working at the front. At least one of them can take customer’s order and their managers also don’t care about anything

Slowest timmies in town for sure. Waited 10 minutes to order than another 5 to get my drink. And they made it wrong.terrible

Great, but there’s usually something sketchy going on outside, so I try to avoid this one normally. When I have been there, it’s very modernized and the people are generally friendly.

Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes while people just kept yelling back at me, one minute sir as they only served the drive through, myself and another gentleman just stood there while the drive through line kept going past us.

Fast and effective service. For fast food its pretty good and keeps the cost down. I like that they keep trying new recipes for their donuts and muffins.

Farmer’s Breakfast Wrap With Sausage is so good and fresh every single time I ordered. I love it and how can I forget about timbits. I highly recommend Tim Hortons 10/10.five Stars for the staff as well <3

The trainee was not supervisor well taking our order so she messed up on the sandwich order come on Timmy's you have q lot of people working there my order was over 30 bucks so it should of been made right

Tim Horton's. They commercialise your patriotism and then feed you trash food. They're owned by Burger King. I was given a $50 gift card and struggled to use it. That's right, even when it's free, it's not worth it. Garbage coffee and trash food. Oh their breakfast sandwiches is just a slice of boiled egg. Kinda gross.

My breakfast sandwhich was poorly constructed my Hashbrown was soft and disgusting and how do you screw up 1 cream 1 sugar like really!

The guy erie is very rude behaviour I waited almost 15 minutes on drive thru but he was not respond and telling me go around again come and give the order what a worst customer service not at all good he is not deserve for his job

This is becoming the worst tim Hortons in town! With my experience today was bacon and not sausage so I went back as I don't like the bacon! Well they remade it and took so long to I found out she didn't put the FN egg in! Also there hashbrowns are greasy and soggy

I would like to thank the staff, tonight they made a dozen "every child matters" donuts for me when there were none at the tim hortons near me and refused to make any. I was told on the phone they had 4 and when I brought up my concern the donuts may not be there when I arrived, I was told they would happily make them and that really made me feel appreciated as a customer. I couldn't be happier with the delicious donuts, they were so nice I decided to share them with some folks hanging out downtown while making my way home. Thanks again

Literally one person working till customers, and six people cramping up the drive thru slot.
There was one customer ahead of me with a big order, there was no teamwork getting it together, one single order took over 15mins before I got to place my order. What a joke.
Their specialty machines are ALWAYS out of order, their donut selection is lacking and their drive thru times are horrendous.
Thought their renovations were supposed to help
Aug Update; Why can't I get a coffee in under ten minutes from this store? !
End of August Update: Still standing at the counter for ten minutes before an order is taken

I dont normally review timmies.but the town center location sucks. Everytime I go there my coffee is mediocre at best. Today, the lid said 3sug. I asked for a regular. When I gave it back and said no thank you it's supposed to be a one ans one. I watched her rub the "3sug" off the lid and try giving it back to me. I rejected it, they made a new one that is all cream. ONE AND ONE. Not one and 5. My iced coffee is barely coffee tinted cream with too much syrup AND the breakfast wrap was gross. I'm thankful there are other tim horton locations near by because I will not be going to that one anymore even though it's closest to my new place. (first pic is the cream I got from center location.the other is what good perfectly made coffee is supposed to look and taste like. Thanks to north side location)

Very tidy restaurant and washroom. Coffee was hot, food was fresh and quite tasty. We were travelling from Edmonton and appreciated the friendly smiles while taking a break off the road. We were sincerely thanked for our business.

I love this place. Friendly staff. Always have large selection. In stock too lol. Always get my order correct. Fast, friendly, convinient. What more can a giel (or guy) ask for? !? !?

Good food, as I'm trying to get away from all the bad fats, from all the other fast food places.

Could use some work for the people in the drive thru some of them should have a smile on their face to make them more friendly

Downtown Grande Prairie. Often has early chili or soup by 5am. For those that want something warm early in the morning. Above what the online App provides

Menu boards always broken, drive-thru is always dirty and there’s endless dirty cups stacked on the no-post by the drive thru window. 2/10 times get my orders wrong. Avoid if possible or in light of better options.
