I was at the drive thru to order grilled cheese. I understand it takes to long to make it. But at least they should’ve finish to take my order than living me hanging waiting for a response. So i went straight to the window. The lady didnt even say sorry. She was rude to tell me i should have waited there until they tell me to proceed to the window. I waited there for 3 minutes Thats why i wanted to do drive thru to make it faster and more convenient for me cos im pregnant. Its just frustrating that they did not take my order correctly i wanted more coffee and a donut but they only took grilled cheese order. So frustrating
Every time I go there, there are hoards of flies buzzing around. Last week, I caught one, and another came along to replace it immediately. The staff working here need to do a better job cleaning, taking out the trash, and containing it from bugs with a lid.
Great service. Very fast! I miss the carrot filled muffins and the peanut butter cookies though. I hardly go there anymore because those were my favourites. EDIT**** the carrot muffins and peanut butter cookies are back! Yummmm
Dumbest tim Horton. I have lowered my expectations to the point where I don't even expect you guys to make a good wrap. At least just make the wrap I ordered. Jesus
This location is very dirty. They dont clean anything. I spoke to the manager and she told me to F- off, so clearly they dont care and wont change! GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION:)
My wife and I had a guest from Australia, she wanted to try Tim's, from the time we got there couple of tables were taken, found out they been there for some time. We got a table, my wife went to get 2 coffee for us and a mocha for guest, well we finished our coffee but our guest said this mocha is very watery does not taste good, ended up throwing over three quarters out. We were there for roughly 45 minutes. While walking out looked up to see any employee at counter nobody was there as we were in a hurry to leave. It leaves a bad impression on Tim's on serving watered down mocha.
They haven't withdrawn stores from Russia, and I'm Ukrainian so. I'm boycotting Timmies, but this coffee purchase was on a gift card I got from a customer at Christmas. So.
Go inside to place orders as I always get what I order. The drive thru staff are the issue, better yet go to Starbucks. The Starbucks nearby, they always have a smile and a friendly attitude.
Workers decide when they want to vlose early if their doors say 11pm they shouldn't be allowed to lock the doors until 11pm or they should get fired. I will be calling the head office on the workers Friday may 6th you should all be let go its 11pm not 1055pm losers
I ordered choc cookie small double & few timbits when I paid I didn’t get the cookie I request for the cookie & lady named Pawan rudely said to me I didn’t charge you that I said I ordered cookie as well she again replied very rudely I didn’t hear that why being so rude charge me again & just hand it over you don’t have to bake it by the way it was on the till not drive through I go there every day 2 -3 times so disappointed to get a treatment like that.
Employees should get a training on how to scan the code. They must know scan is always done before taking the payment from customer so that they could get points. This morning i ordered coffee, i presented my code before paying. First of all the guy who was at window didnt bother to ask about reward points. Secondly he presented the machine right away, i said him hey i have to scan. Instead of cancelling the transactions he just faked scaning my code and took the payment. This thing always happen. Im a regular tim customer. I like to collect points but this kinda behaviour is very unacceptable. He thought he can fool customers like this but boy customers track their points on regular basis. Management kindly into this. Much thanks.
This is by far one of the worst Tims I've visited. They don't wear hair nets or sanitize properly. The managers are rude and confrontational. They aren't timely and you can best believe they WILL BE AND ARE ignorant to their customers.
By Far the Worst Tim Hortons In Millwoods! People pay attention when going through the drive through, Also be prepared to go back in there to get your proper order. Half the staff are sleeping in there and are not paying attention to what the customers Ordering
I don’t like this location at all I have gone a few times if I need a coffee badly. There never seem to get my coffee right and don’t stir it even when asked to do so. I had a friend work at a Tim’s and I know the right way to make a coffee. They seem to rush but are not great with saying hi or have a nice day i all ways say thanks and have nice day i dont get anything like that. So try to not go to here unless you want to have to go in the line and get them to do your order all over again
I went in just for take out. Got afew apple fritters and chocolate Timbits. Didn't need a drink as was heading home for tea. Coffee is too strong for me.
Consistently mess up drive-thru orders. Today, I ordered meals with hashbrowns and was charged for them.after being let down again, I felt that I need to write a review to express my disappointment with this location. I did not check the bag at the window before leaving as there was a long lineup behind me. Additionally, there were several napkins stuffed on top of my food in the bag that prevented me from being able to see in it while trying to pull away. Get home.no hashbrowns.how hard is it to get right!? Will save myself the headache and drive further to another location going forwards.
Worst Tim hortons experience I’ve had! My wife is in the hospital at 12 am so I run here to get a coffee and something to eat. Lady was very rude through the mic about everything I asked for sorry I did not no you don’t serve anything but sandwich after ten. The sandwich I got was so dry and hard I couldn’t even bite into it. Doesn’t surprise me that the McDonald’s drive through was packed and there was no one at this tim hortons! Will not be back.
Now that the done in is closed, I wish I could order curbside and pick-up on foot, I called in and asked if it was possible and they said "no". Doesn't make any sense. Btw probably switching McDonald's from now on it's closer anyways
There was a ridiculous amount of butter, at least half a cup on my bagel. Nobody needs that much butter. This was basically an assassination attempt. Terrible.
Worst customer service ever The attendant#rebecca who was taking the order was so rude. I asked her to be polite twice before aswell. She needs to learn some customer service.
No choclate milk stocked at 8 am doors opened. At 801 took tellers seconds to tell every customer doors dont open till 8. Yet 4 customers stood in line for 2 minutes before i shouted to get a response. Sheeer absolute ignorance. Done here.
Unhappy with the service.i ordered tea and coffee. It wasnt mixed well, honey was all over the cup. No sleeves, staff was very unwelcoming. Did not have a good experience.
There are many Tim Horton's stores but this is my home locations.
I've visited many dozen times over the years with never a misstep, at least not without one that the staff hasn't cheerfully repaired (like that time when a "heavily toasted bagel" somehow made it to my tray without enough crispiness and colour to satisfy). Thank you, helpful early-morning staff; you are much appreciated.
The brewed-before-dawn coffee brewed here is consistently satisfying, so much so that I have tins of the original blend shipped to me when I'm overseas for a long period of time.
Donuts and TimBits here have always been fresh, and whether I'm going for the safe, known original varieties or trying a seasonal offering I've always left with a smile.
Breakfast sandwiches are good, perhaps not great, but inexpensive and exactly as I expect them to be. I haven't tried the wraps and other sandwich options so I can't venture an opinion.
Forget the drive-through. Step inside, take a load off, breathe in the tantalizing smells, enjoy the attention of the friendly staff. I'm sure I'll see you there.
Expect to see people sleeping at tables and bathroom is disgusting, mold growing wherever the mop doesn't clean no hot water.poor poor ownership involvement!
Poor drive through experience, Food is Meh at best. (If you want real good donuts, Coop is right around the corner).
This location continues to disappoint in service, especially in the drive through. Each time I'm through, i feel as if I've inconvenienced the staff. Prepare to have your food quite literally thrust through your open window the moment you hand your payment to them. And Woe to the person who tries to take a moment to clear a place for your order. I received a glare that could kill and an extremely terse and forceful "Thank You for Coming" followed by a second more forceful "Thank you for coming".
They are fast.but don't expect a good morning or a pleasant experience.
Reaching out to the company is equally disappointing. Simple form letter to brush me off.
I've had a love / hate relationship with Tim Hortons. I've found it's all about the staff who serve you but they are under the Manager. Its the manager who makes the difference if you have a complaint.
This Tim Hortons is one of the better ones, and they have faster service than most.
They have served me wrong order at three different occasions. One time when I went back to tell them that they have given me a wrong burger because my wife do not eat eggs. They made it wrong again over the top I have never heard an apology. The behaviour was more like it’s OK if we make mistakes. And I swear to God after the first experience. I always make sure that the person taking order carefully knows what I am ordering.it’s not a special order. They already have a burger with the specific name and I ordered that, but instead of my ordered burger they always give me a different one. Which comes with egg in it. I ordered beyond burger without egg these three times.
Used to live in the area and came to this Tim's all the time last year, but unfortunately it's been slipping; today I went in the drive thru, got an iced coffee and $1.99 chicken sandwich - tried to take a bite out of the sandwich and one side was completely rock solid. Went in nice and calmly asking for a new one and all was fine until I got to my car and there was a black hair about 3" long between the lettuce and bottom of the bun.
Also I asked for extra mayo on both sides of the bun and both sandwiches lacked that as well.
Will still come to this Tim's, but only for coffee from now on.
Have gone here for years for convenience but it’s lack lustre service, poor performance on order accuracy and inability to “think like a customer” has worn on me. They’ve stopped giving sleeves with your coffee, which is new, so burning your hands is nearly inevitable. They don’t listen when a “meal” is order so items are missed, they have a sign that says “cash only” however it’s taped to the drive-thru menu therefore you’re already stuck in the human centipede of a line. Put the sign out before customers drive in, it’ll save you a lot of angry people at the speaker/window. Food for thought.
If I had 2 more thumbs I would give this place this place 4 thumbs down. They forgot what we ordered and had to ask what we ordered and gave us a normal ice cap instead of a mocha
Then I said give a chicken salad sandwich instead - they didn’t have it
Then I said give a chicken chipotle wrap instead - they took my money made me wait 15 minutes and later told me they don’t have chicken ready and I’ll have to wait more.
Good but they kinda screw you on the rewards cards should be each paid for coffee is worth one towards your free one after 8 coffees but no if you buy three coffees they count that as one purchase
They never have anything in stock. Lastnight I went through drive-thru for a bagel and the lady who was running drive thru said she isn't serving anymore bagels because she already cleaned the toaster. They shouldn't be opened if they aren't going to provide good customer service.
I really like this location, inside of Millwoods Town Centre. While the staff isn't extraordinarily friendly, in that they don't really smile or laugh with customers and it's "what's your order? Okay next" they're not rude and I seldom have any issues with my order, which is what matters most to me at a fast food cafe.
The morning staff really know how to move the drive-thru.when you get to the window you get 2 greetings and your coffee handed yo you and the second staff already has change in there hands to move it even quicker. Nice work team
Drive thru - Seems to be always short stocked with food cause every time I order, 2-3 items Will Not be available for purchase. The people inside are decently polite and apologetic.
Walk in - Clean, but staff seem to be sparse/very busy with the drive thru. It's quiet and peaceful, a good place to meet with friends and have quiet chatter.
