Just wanted to give a shout out to one of your staff (female Asian-Chinese descent mid 40s I guess), I apologize to get her name. She was so amazing that I left my card in the machine but she able to give it back to me and recognized me. Such a dynamic service.
Staff workers are rude and slow. It takes 10-15 minutes to get your food even when its not busy. Talked bad about me as soon I turned around after getting napkins, not knowing I speak the same language.
It all depends on the server/barista. Some are fast, some slow. The drinks won't always taste the same, unless it's just black coffee. Pastry is good tho.
This Tim Hortons is an absolute nightmare. Usually there's 20+ in line, and another 20 waiting for their orders. Somehow advance online ordering takes longer than waiting in line. There's an online order pickup window that they never use. They seriously need to sort out their efficiency issues.
I always had a problem with this location… too many to count that i just got full of it, they always mess up my order. I got an iced capp today with a whipped cream on top and when my order came it was filled with coffee all the way up with the whipped cream over flowing on top, so I asked the girl to pour out a bit of the coffee to make space. She ended up taking my iced capp and took out only the whipped cream and gave me back my drink. I asked another worker to dump out some coffee and add my whipped cream topping cause I paid for it. Then she just gave me a reason that their whipped cream bag didn't have a tip. But I asked to dump out a bit of coffee since it’s fine with me, she then didn’t try to solve the problem. I am disappointed and will not be back here.
Service is terrible since the renovations! Slow slow slow, there will be a line up and an employee will help one person then leave and your line up waits and waits then a different employee will help one person then leave again
The service here completely tanked after the remodel. I waited fifteen minutes for my coffee. I ordered an iced latte and got a body temperature latte instead, guess they spent the time warming it up under their pits.
Time and time again I've experienced that every time I ordered a french vanilla coffee they always give you-2 inches lower from the top, it is quite frustrating.
It really takes some audacity to make people wait 20mins to order and then serve them breaded space shuttle heat tiles and call it ‘crispy chicken’. No napkins in the bag, wilted lettuce and tomatoes that might have been fresh picked in July. This place can only survive because desperate hungry students have few options and Tim’s knows it. Get bent!
The worst experience of Tim Hortons in Canada. The front line woman was so rude, she absolutely didn't know customer service, and she must be given training properly again. I never want to have that knid of experience at SAIT and all students of SAIT.
My order got stolen by another customer so they made me another one, which wasn't even the right order. Took me 15 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich with bacon on it. When I finally ate it the bread was stale. Not great.
Pretty good, sometimes on the weekend they don't have everything on the menu. For instance they didn't have any bagels last Saturday and I had to have the BELT in a wrap. Also wait times can be pretty long as this is 1 of 2 Tim Hortons on the campus. Totally understandable though.
The quality of Tim Hortons has gone down the past few years. It's still isn't that bad but the quality of the service and the food itself have both gone down.
