Passed by today at 11: 45am, ordered medium coffee one cream one sugar and a large cup of ice! Reached the window the worker was very rude when I asked him to be little bit nicer he told me “ go fix your ears”! I asked for the manager they said he’s not here. That’s really bad

Me and my family went to a drive-thru moment on this location. It was nice and quiet to felt the surroundings. But when we ordered and drove up to the next window, an employee was approached me with a upset face. She mentioned how I would like to pay, and I did not get any chance to answer that I want to pay as my debit card, instead she mentioned immediately “ you are paying cash! ” With a sarcastic tone reply with me. I did not hear the Next mentioned she made “do you collect points? ” Instead, I asked “how much I need to pay? ” She replied back the same question she mentioned, “do you collect point? ” On that part I tone up my voice to say it again “how much? ” As I thought she would not heard what I said. And she closed the window after she took my money and kept badmouthing myself to her colleagues, and when I asked her what did she said, she continuously being sarcastic the way she answered back to me, on that point I felt upset and I interrogated her why she is being that way When she gave my order. She answered back “because your are not nice, that is why I did the same way to you! ” I started to go heat up my blood pressure the way she mentioned that sentence, and instead I calm myself and said “have a nice day, see you next time” and she replied again “I hope not! ”. On that part I felt my anger and drove up and left. I asked her name and she told me sarcastically and smile plasticity. I am a regular customer on this area and I used to work on their store, but this employee that I am mentioning is need to be address and give an entry for a customer service practice. If she does not like that position at the drive-thru area, she should not be there, or else that work and job is deeply not suitable on her. I am currently and previously employed for almost 18 years in food industry and customer service, and I am a store manager as well, and I do not train my employees and other staff with wrong customer service, instead I always mentioned to them be patient and do not make any heated arguments with the customer.

The store is located in Griesbach Edmonton, corner 97 Street and 137 avenue. Her name is Jen or Jhen.

I understand customers can be a pain. But I didn't see one customer who was out of line. I always approach every till with a smile because I know what it's like dealing with bad customers.

Service with a smile. Not at this place. The older Caucasian worker seemed like it was a bother to take an order, and definitely didn't do it with a smile.

I thought it was just me.but.she also made fun of a drive thru order with a staff member "double double french vanilla - ew". Hopefully the person in the drive thru didn't hear that.

The next order she took she had a scowl in her face.

They don't wear gloves between touching money and the register to then putting that hand in a bag to get it to popped open to then put your food inside. This is unacceptable and irresponsible.

The attitude I got today from there was so poor I wont go back there again and I'll have to stop supporting the foundations that do business with them, like the smile cookies. (Which is why I went there)
If I'm going to buy something I prefer the person over the counter to have a better attitude considering they are representing these foundations.

I use this Tim’s quite a bit. The washroom is always dirty. I spoke to 2 cashiers about being out of toilet paper and they didn’t tell anyone or deal with this tissue, try drying your butt with an air dry lol.

I really had important stuff to work on where I needed internet.but their internet isn't connecting. When I asked help, an employee went inside to ask manager for help.but they don't even have courtesy to come out. I'd say fire that manager.

Answer your phone. Not happy with the service from the store. Order was sooo wrong and no one will pick up the phone, it’s set on a prerecording.answer your phone! Funny how the manager or the owner don’t even offer an apology on the website. Good thing they look at it.

If you want to wait in line for a half an hour or more this is the place to go. Also it says they serve breakfast till 4pm but they tell you sometimes an hour earlier that they don’t even though it is advertised right above them, hire more staff who actually want to do their job.

I got the Chipotle Steak bowl- mmmm. First time getting the steak bowl, I usually stick with the Chicken Chipotle bowl but was happy for a change. Only one large slice of lettuce, would have liked a bit more lettuce.

I don't want to give it even one star. I was going to buy it at the drive-through after work, but it was closed even though it was still during business hours. The drive-thru light was on, and there was no sign that the hours had changed, nor was it listed online, so why? I could see a few clerks cleaning from outside. Worst.

If i can give rating in minus i will go with that. It always happened whenever i ordered from this place they always messed up even on mobile orders. They dont really care about their customers. I always had to go back to brought my order which i order, everytime they gave something different like i ordered blueberry muffin but they gave chocolate one. Worst customer service, no presence of mind, zero quality.

First and foremost, I should add that Dawson is the most exceptional worker I've ever seen at any Tim Hortons, much less just this one. Every single time he's helped or served me, it has been excellent quality, in record time. His work ethic and capabilities are astounding and I hope he gets further recognition for his work.
However, every other visit I've taken to this location has been beyond disappointing, with 10 + minute wait times on simple orders like an iced capp or a sandwich with minimal people also waiting, as well as generally rude behavior overall.
For example, today I witnesses a woman complain that she was missing her sandwich from her order, and the woman working said she had put it on the counter, so it must have been stolen, and there's nothing she can do. There was absolutely nothing apologetic about her statement, and more of a "tough luck" tone, to a paying customer missing their sandwich.

In addition, the sandwich i was provided (Turkey Bacon Club), was messy, had sauce soaking through the wrapper, meat half falling out, and just plain sloppy.

Overall, only go if you know Dawson is present, otherwise you will be met with incredibly long wait times, rude demeanors, and disappointing food.

Pretty much what you'd expect at Tim Hortons. The service was quick and the iced cap was made to Tim Hortons regular standard. It's conveniently located in Griesbach near other restaurants and services, with a public washroom, what else can you ask for?

Its faster to get in your car and drive to another Tim Hortons and drive back than wait in line here. Why they dont add more staff is a mystery; always shortstaffed. They always have giant lines and would recoup the cost of an extra staff in minutes.and they wouldnt lose the business of people giving up on the huge lines.

Worst customer service ever. The guy wearing eyeglasses was just rude. He served with attitude and sarcasm. If people need time to think, let them think as to what they want to order-don't rush them. It wasn't even busy. Literally, there was no one else in line.

-No WIFI for patrons
-They did not add cream to my tea as I asked
-Hashbrown tasted stale and extremely hard, like it was from yesterday's breakfast

I was going to sit inside to enjoy a breakfast meal, but when I said to the cashier I would load my app at the till with their wifi she explained that it says they have wifi although there is no wifi. I ordered a farmers wrap meal left and drove away.

I parked at a nearby park and began eating, but I had to pull out the hashbrown and throw it away as it was stale and hardened around the edges like it was from yesterday's breakfast and they just re threw it into the deep fryer or microwave. It was hurting my teeth to bite down, after 2 bites I couldn't handle it as it tasted more obscene with each bite.

I've ordered many breakfast wraps from other locations and never have I experienced a stale tasting hardened hashbrown. Not to mention the tea I ordered with cream came without, how hard is it to put cream in a cup. Definitely won't be visiting this location again as I was not pleased at all with my breakfast.

Their timings are not good at all and they are closed on sundays! Quite slow service and they barely have potato wedges ready. Most of the times I’m told that I’ll have to wait for 18 minutes if I want those.

Super slow, they only had 1 person making sandwiches, so had to wait for them to complete multiple orders before mine. Then they dont call out the orders upon handing them out, they just expect all customers to know which order belongs to who. Then the lady tried telling us what food order it was but she had an extremely heavy accent that was not understandable, which caused someone else to take my order so I had to wait for them to remake my order again. They need more staff, people who can speak proper English, and to be taught how to call out orders upon handing them out.

Zero customer service, I said I have a Tim reward card, but still made me pay before she even scanned my card properly, when I asked why my total was $6.28 when it's supposed to be$4.20, she showed no care, not willing to solve the problem and just said I don't know, your offer didn't work, but in reality she didn't even scanned my card. Not going back there anymore, I should have read the other reviews.

Just used the drive through and the service was fast and friendly. Easy access off 137 Ave. It’s your typical Tim Hortons. The drive through was efficient. I did not have the chance to go I so can’t comment about the service in the restaurant but that is okay as there is no eating in due to COVID. Perhaps another time.

Greisbach location deserves -5 stars. The last two days I have had terrible experiences at this location. The drive thru is a living NIGHTMARE! The person over the mic was having a communication problem didn’t understand anything I can repeat myself a few times but that was crazy. We were both very frustrated by the time I got to the window the person there must have overheard everything so she apologized and it wasn’t even her fault. I went and ordered a bagel with cream cheese got charged $3.05 I thought that was a lot checked the website when I got home it’s only 2.19, WONT BE GOING BACK. Go down the street on the right is McDonald’s a American company that doesn’t pretend to be Canadian.

Honestly wasn't going to complain about the 5 times my order has been wrong at this location. Assuming innocence and potentially training budget cuts convinced me that the employees will get the hang of things eventually. Finally this morning after my order was once again, wrong, again, served WITH ATTITUDE, from the attendant at the drive through prompted my generous rating. Corporate send help!

1. One person should take the order in a single file drive thru. Not two. Confusing for all.
2. Review the order before completing the transaction. Simple errors like to know the difference between a earl grey late, half sweet with honey on the side vs a black green tea.
3. Enhance greeting at window and over intercom at drive thru.

A special shout out to employees who sincerely do not represent the rating or comments above. I still appreciate you.

What an absolute joke for a Tim Hortons, been here a handful of times over the past two months hoping the next time was better than the last but this place never gets anything right. Only come here if you want stuff missing from your order, wrong items added or if you just want to be disappointed.

July 23,2020. Sat in Tim’s between 8-10 pm. Staff was friendly but at no time while I was there did I see any staff wipe down a table, just repeatedly saw people sit, have their coffee, leave and another person or couple come in sit at the same tables and have their coffee. I actually told a couple to ask the staff to wipe down their table as no one had after the previous group left. NOT COOL, especially now!

Apparently they don't sell the same things that every other Tim Hortons have. Went to order a XL Earl Grey only to get told they don't sell it in XL, only small, medium or large.which is weird cause every single morning on my way to work I stop by one of the three along my route and order an XL Earl Grey (you can even order it on their app). Also they never seem to check the dates on the milk they sell and good luck getting what you ordered. I treat it like a surprise bag everytime I go there. I'm just glad they opened a Starbucks in namao, expensive but at least they get my order right every single time.

Really poor customer service. Staff really make or break a company. Male cashier had such an attitude when explaining the were out of chilli and taking my order. Treating your customers badly doesn’t lead to more sales.

This location is terrible. The snacks are never available and the warm food is always out of stock. Disappointed everyone I go. Never gets better. The filipino supervisor that works evenings is rude.

I like this location it's just too bad I can not keep going there. Every once and a while I go back thinking maybe it changed. This has been since they opened. I place my order usually containing hash browns and proceed to the window. Sometimes before I pay I am told they have no hash browns but it's worse if I already paid cause getting the refund can be difficult. One time I had a car load and they had only one persons stuff they were out of stuff in the other 4 orders. I don't get the hash browns the most. I swear I heard we have a potato surplus. Get in touch with the potato growers maybe that could help

Jared did a terrible job with customer service. He said " hi " at the drive through with attitude. Yelled at me for saying hello after repeating my order two times to him and he ended up screamimg at me " LIKE IM TRYING TO TAKE YOUR ORDER ". The cheese on my grilled cheese was not melted and in general this was the worst service I ever received from any tim Hortons ever! Definitely will not be coming back!

I got a piece of RAW BACON in my PLAIN BAGEL WITH BUTTER. I already called to complain and this kind of thing has been going on around Edmonton. I haven't touched pork in years, because of my beliefs AND allergies.

I suggest being careful before someone sues! Not happy at all and never going back to Tim Hortons.

This was more than a mistake!

Got there at 4pm on a Sunday to grab a quick snack. Was told there sandwhich station was closed. After I got a donut and coffee, I watched the staff pack away the remaining donuts to leave the racks empty. Basically, they were only intending to serve coffee from 4pm to close at 5pm.

Last time I checked, fast food resteraunts typically serve customers the full line of product right up to closing time. Instead, this location figures it is acceptable to essentially close 1 hr early for food.

Store manager seems like a jerk to staff. He literally yells at staff members in front of customers. It is embarrassing to watch, not to mention totally disrespectful to the staff. When he isn't yelling he is hitting on the female staff. Seems he likes one staff member a little too much. Rumor has it he is married too, It is creepy to watch. Stopped going to this place because of these situations. Not even sure why those girls put up with it in the first place.

Just ordered a BLT sandwich for lunch to bring to work and I got to work and realized they didn’t put the bacon on my sandwich what a disappointment and now I’m stuck here eating a bread with lettuce and tomato and mayo and I have to work for the rest of the day not impressed

Still have the Tim’s quality just like other locations, but I don’t know why I always have trouble with my order almost everytime. One time they gave me the double coffee instead of the French Vanilla (no they didn’t ask what my order was when they gave it to me so I just assumed it was mine), or just like this morning they didn’t close the lid tight enough so it just spilled all over my bag and pants. This location looks nice and staffs make the order really quick but they’re just not that careful on customers’ orders

Customer service is horrible. They call out the order to let what order is ready. LIKE ever tim hortons in the city. Asked for a sleeve for my coffee and it was on top of my coffee and not on it. This was the manager doing all this.
