Not sure what's happening lately but the all my drinks I been ordering are so heavy in cream, this morning I asked for double double, and I saw him putting 4 shots of cream into my coffee I asked bout it and he tried telling me they are only half shots like they are even making London fogs with cream, I can't even drink half my coffee without feeling sick from how much cream is in this drink. Bring back the Philippinoes these new guys are terrible
Ordered a large iced coffee and it was chunky. Called to let them know and she said “that’s not possible”. I guess she’s about to believe in miracles then…
A few days ago I had to see a guy yell profanity at an employee named Sammy, it was not the right way, I clarify.but later I realized that this woman named Sammy has a very bad character and treats you in a derogatory and bad-tempered way, on two occasions we have received super rude treatment from her, she even gets annoyed for asking to use the bathroom, You should not have employees like her serving these types of places where the only thing you want is to be calm and enjoy a coffee with your family. Terrible service from Sammy.
I come here almost every week with my friends and although there usually is a long line around 11: 45 am, the amazing employees manage to get through everyone in a matter of minutes. The employees are also very kind and have a lot of patience especially when it comes to slower customers. This place is one of the best Tim Hortons I've ever been to and you'll definitely be seeing me come back soon.
Really bad experience in this branch, they have very rude staff. The woman named Sammy is very unpleasant to deal with, she has no sympathy with the public. I asked her to open the bathroom for me, always politely, and she simply refused to let me in. I don't know if she treats everyone like that or if she is xenophobic on her part when she realizes that I am Latina. I hope they can have kinder people and more education.
Ridiculous and bad customer service by the lady who was working at the front counter at 5: 04 pm on September 28th 2022. There was a line up of 7-8 people at the counter and I saw one other lady who was working at the back area. I wanted to use washroom too so I went to the washroom and saw that it was locked. So I came to the other side of the counter and asked her for the key for the washroom (or of they have some button to unlock it). She told me to get in line at the counter for that. There was no line up at the washroom. At first I thought that she did not understand and she is thinking that I am ordering the food that's why she wants me to get in the line up at the counter. After a few minutes of waiting and she not giving any importance I put the same request again. To my surprise she again said that for getting the key for the washroom I need to get in line after those 7-8 people. Who were waiting to order some food or coffee and there was no body waiting or wanting to go to the washroom. I mean isn't she the worst service provider? Why can't a customer go to washroom first and then order food or coffee? Its a simple question. Can the management of this Tim Horton answer this question please. Off course if there is line up at the washroom then everybody has to be in line but why to get in line up of food for going to the washroom. That doesn't make any sense. I left this Tim Horton immediately because it was not worth it.
Took my son here before hockey at 7am (Oct 9th) on a Sunday. Firstly, I asked if they had any dairy free options for drinks (he has a severe illness) The manager came over and told me it was my job to check all of their ingredients before I showed up. If you can imagine, she said it in a very unpleasant tone like I was offending her and wasting her time. So on to the next item…
Secondly, I ordered a dry raisin bagel for my son, but when it arrived, it was a plain bagel. I politely let them know the bagel was wrong. They blamed me instantly for this error, and insisted I paid another two dollars for a new bagel instead of making me a new one. (WHY? !)
The whole experience was very embarrassing for me especially in front of my son, I’ve never experienced anything like it anywhere.
I typically would not write a review like this, but I felt compelled to, if people don’t want to work or are unhappy at work why are they there at all?
For a company that prides themselves on kids and kids sport, especially kids with disabilities, this definitely was not in line with that.
Great staff especially in the mornings. Quick and friendly fast service! Especially Mitchie, Cherry and Tracy, they are super fast and always get it right!
1) asked for a crispy chicken wrap but got the sandwich instead when requested a new one be made they said “sorry we are out of chicken” ridiculous 2) forgot the whipped cream on my iced capp order, instead of making a new one they just piled it over the lid.
This was my first time at this location, a bit disappointed in the service.
The food tasted fine, just wished I had gotten what I ordered.
There is a blonde masked employee who has a nasty attitude, served me a burnt coffee and when I asked for a new one she back talked, nit very professional if you ask me
Always kind and friendly and the prices are right. EVERYBODY can afford Tim Hortons.truly Canadian. I see staff treat everybody the same. I can even share a coffee with a friend who may not have the means for a coffee.
I think this place could have been a bit cleaner. They also gave me the wrong amount of doughnuts I asked for. Other then that the doughnuts still tasted pretty good.
Went to Tim hortons today between 11&1115 am, 2 people walked in no masks. The manager said nothing. I did say something to the the worker sherry about no mask and that it's a fine.she stated that they just get aggressive. Tim hortons shame on you for not enforcing this in your restaurant.people are dying and you allowed people to come in with no mask.fix this issue or a complaint will be sent in to the health inspector.

This Tim's runs like a well-oiled machine. There are always tons of cars in the drive thru which at first is quite intimidating but it moves fairly quickly. That would be an indication that the staff here are well trained and motivated to do their best for their customers. It can't be easy to keep running at full speed, day in and day out.
The new roast beef sandwich is ok. I think they should offer Horseradish to give it some kick personally. That would be amazing!
The new ROLL UP THE RIM TO WIN game is missing the mark by not having a rim to roll up and get the instant gratification of winning at the end of drinking your coffee. Even when you don't win it still allows for a chuckle with friends about how unlucky you are and how you'll do better next time. Now Tim's wants to capture your information by forcing you online to win. Apparently everyone gets a "prize" now. Is that really a prize then?
Just a few random thoughts. Like and share for John William Wade and Associates.
7: 24pm teenagers with no masks (touching the debit machine, counter, left a drink.the supervisor did nothing.the girl at the cash didn't wipe what those kids touched.this is unacceptable as there is covid-19 and variants going around.numbers are going up.
Dismal service, regularly out of certain things and the people working at the tills barely know how to work them and speak poor English.so essentially, just as bad as every other tims in the city. I assume poor management is the reason this location and several others regularly do not have eggs during breakfast hours and only half the ingredients needed for the dinner menu.doubt it will change, people will always buy tims.that being said the employees working at tims are the reason jobs like that do not deserve a 15$ minimum wage.
Made a mobile order and they said they didn't receive it and that I was at the wrong location.when I showed them that the order said completed and had the address on it the manager "John" got very rude and just kept repeating they don't have my order. After a little arguing they ended up making the order that I had already paid for and finally giving it to be without making eye contact or saying anything.
Staff are friendly, but limited options and excruciatingly slow service make it a hit and miss whether or not you’ll actually be able to get something. Plan for a 10+ minute wait if there are more than 3 people in line when you arrive.
Thoroughly disgusted by the washrooms. I am there more then twice a day and everytime they are filthy. They do not disinfect either. Health dept has been called.
We go to this location regularly and there is always friendly service. One time our skipthedishes order got messed up and I called the store and a Tim Hortons employee drive to my house with my new coffee! 10/10
Terrible. There was 3 employees & still took over 5 minutes for a sandwich & a tea. I was going to get a donut but changed my mind after i watched the eomplyee return the donut he gave to a customer! My b.e. L.t was missing the egg then when i went back to get said egg it was cold. Highly suggest the staff are retrained on food safety.
I’ve been to several Tim Hortons in town, and this one is honestly my favourite. The staff are so sweet, and always get my order right. They’re almost never out of anything. Also, even if they forget an item; they’re quick to fix it right away. Lots of space, easy parking. I purposefully only get breakfast at this Timmie’s anymore because they’re so on top of it.
Thank you to John. We placed an order thru skillet the dishes. We were missing a coffee. John drove from his location all the way to crowfoot to deliver me my coffee and some donuts. Thank you so much for amazing customer service John.
Unlike skip the dishes that said it would take 3-5 days for a refund.
Wow no wonder why I never go to this Tim Hortons the staff here is extremely rude didn’t even say hi when I walked into the store just seemed disgusted with me being there to get a hot chocolate and a doughnut I will not be coming back for awhile until they get friendlier staff
Just Ordered Bagel belt, employee didn't include egg. They were not busy she had plenty of time to tell me they were out etc. She probably thought it was easier to just give me an incomplete sandwich knowing its not worth my time to go back.
By far one of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been in, the hash browns are always rock solid, the service is slow and half of the time the food that's supposed to be hot isn't hot at all.and the other half they get your order wrong.
I come here regularly (close by), Consistently slow service, livable when not steady, painful all other times. Avoid during breakfast, lunch and weekends. Quality and other aspects are on par for Tims
Two people in line three employees cleaning in the back avoiding taking orders. No customer service whatsoever. I avoid this location at all costs because of this.
Not very clean. Tables are always dirty as well as the seats. Garbage's inside and outside are always over flowing. Floor and window sills are dirty. Staff seem annoyed when you ask them to clean a table. Some of the staff are not very polite and can't seem to get the order right.
This place is awful. It is always exceptionally slow, even when there is only two people in line up. You would think that means they're taking their time and getting your order right, but nope. I've almost never had my order made right and it's getting more and more frustrating that this is the nearest Tim Hortons to my house.
The people working here are so unfriendly. If you plan to stop at timmies for a sandwich after 830, don't. They say they are open until 10pm but have next to no food almost 2 hours before close. Just ridiculous! Called them 3 times in a row to finally have someone answer right before voicemail on the last call (it was about 830 pm it was not busy). Overall better service is required for this location.
Normally the service at this Tim Hortons is great. However the other day I submitted an online order, including 2 coffees, 2 sandwiches and 2 identical kids packs. When I went to pick up my order, the employee must have been in a rush, because the kids packs we're not in their boxes but thrown in with everyone else and and we we're missing items
You know how some Tim Horton's are still pretty decent, and some are just awful. This one is awful. Dirty tables, grumpy staff, and over charged orders.
