Out of stock on many food items regularly, went 2 evenings (7pm) ago and had NO timbits and scarce choices on other items. Staff are always friendly and efficient. I have heard the manager telling the staff what to do in an inappropriate, sharp and loud manner.

We t to the 26ave & 36St See location. Didn't have normal long johns without sprinkles, didn't have croissants, didn't have the walnut crunch, didn't have chocolate dip. Received cruelers instead of honey dipped. No sleeve to put over my hot coffee. DO NOT GO to this location. It was awful and we went before noon on Wed. May 24 at 10: 30am.

Always pleasant polite staffers here, food and coffee is on par with most other Tim's. I like going here cause it's convenient and they are pretty fast & accurate.

Conveniently located in the heart of Calgary's South East community of Dover, this Tim Hortons is frequently busy at all hours of operation due mainly to it's very busy drive through. The updated and modern restaurant facilities include two public restrooms, and seating next to a faux fireplace. Staff are polite and cordial, and food is standard delectable Tim Hortons.

So I usually stop at a Tim Horton's multiple times A-day when I'm out with work and I go to different locations all over the city. I have been to multiple locations across Canada, in different cities. I always have problems with the way my coffee's made and the attitude of staff at other locations. I absolutely love this location. I live in this community and come here often. Every time I come here, they are so friendly every time and it's very rare my coffee is made wrong. I always say why is it that I order the exact same coffee every day but get a different drink. Not at this location. They must religiously regulate their machines here because my coffee is 99% perfect every time. To the owner of this location - please don't change the way you run your location, and please don't get rid of your stuff. There is one young man that I see at the drive-through window all the time *EDIT - HIS NAME IS KAYDEN* he's usually taking orders or serving out the window. He has the friendliest voice and the friendliest manners. He always makes my day when I come to this location and I always tell people that im with when I come through the window, I love this guy. When I come back through and get his name, I will update it in my review as well as the other team members that are extremely friendly. I believe they deserve recognition because customer service these days, a lot of people don't have it. This location by far, beats all of them. I always call coffee the nectar of life and when you pull up to get a coffee, and have the person serving you rude, plus your coffee made wrong, it ruins your day especially when you're in a rush to work. So when I say this review I 100% mean every word of it. I appreciate this location and the staff that run it.

Staff is not well trained and usually gets my order wrong.thats if they aren't out of what I ordered which if you go there past 5pm they are. I was told today they don't sell cappuccino. Maybe they don't anymore but it seems odd to me seeing as I've been buying it at Tim Hortons since the 90s. If you want to save your mental health, just drive past this place.

I stopped to get a couple of turkey bacon club sandwiches for my wife and I on the way home from work on Friday. I get home and neither one has bacon and one of the buns is burnt.
Not the first time this location has let me down. It should be the last though…

7: 35 pm on a Friday night & no timbits, no fritters or most doughnuts especially the featured products & all buddy could say was "I know I'm surprised too"what an overall waste of time & even space at that point. Damn good thing they still had coffee because all the rest of it sucked!

This is my local store and the employees are lovely as per usual especially the African staff but this one day there was a older white lady at the till named RAE. I came in to order my regular medium steeped tea with my husband and as I went to pay, the cash was nearly snatched out of my hands. Me and my dear husband were so taken back then even the other employees had a look of shook. I was truly taken back by this behaviour and she continued to roll her eyes at me when I went to grab our drinks. We normally sit and dine in to catch up but I was so DISGUSTED that I left. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

We see some flies or bugs on the donuts in the store sometimes. It is so disgusting! How can you eat the food? The manager and some stuff have bad attitudes.

I usually order chili this time at this Tim Hortons I was told no chili was available and it would take an hour to make. I really wanted my chili, so I responded with coming back within the hour and was surprised with the response of "my manager said they were not willing to make chilli for the night. " They had 5hrs left till close.

I tried to confront the 'manager' that spoke to me at the speaker, but apparently she was too 'busy'. Unprofessional and rude.

On June 10 th, 9: 34 pm I ordered tea and bagel from drive through but she gave me only tea and she was very rude she said they don’t have bagel then I said okay I will take white bread (artisan bread) she was very rude she said she don’t have time to do to give me white bun or artisan bun. Then I said yea is okay
When I shows her my phone for scanning then she said she can not scan very rudely just pay pay pay.

I go to this Tim's all the time, because it's in a really convenient location. I always use the drive thru, but the people who work here are FAST, and they have gotten my order right 100% of the time. Plus, they do it with a smile. I live this Tim's, great work y'all!

Thought this was a great timmies in the past yet when I went today the women in there definitely does not know what a mocha is because it did not taste like one at all, otherwise muffin was great:)

Didn't want to be that person to call and harass the staff during work so figured i would post a review here. I uses to go to this location alot when i worked near there and the staff are friendly. My daughter now goes to this location during lunches and the staff have been so wonderful to her. I guess the manager even gave her a smile cookie the other day for cleaning up after herself. This is the only location near here i will go to or order from. Thank you for providing exceptional customer service and never messing up my orders.

It was a very bad experince.l went throught drive thru and the give me the wrong order. When l asked the employee to return them. She did’t refund me. After that she gave me the correct order but there were not donouts with it. Also she made me pay twice for my order. When l asked her for my receipt she said it’s okey and she didn’t give it to me. So disppointed.

This is a great little neighborhood Tim's on the corner or 36th and 26th! It is great to see such a clean and well-run location here in Dover.

With National Doughnut Day I am sure that they will be very busy! It is such a great location located near a school and with so much parking it is actually easy to come here to get a treat!

The clientele here is also quite friendly so you will always feel welcomed not just by the staff, but by the patrons too.

Let's get out and support this local business! Support local!

Slow drive-thru even though there weren't that many people in the line-up and then staff mumbled something at me when I got to the window (not sure what it was).
Coffee was yucky and my kids laughed at the face I made upon my first drink. Tasted like 2 day old coffee warmed up.
I'm a big Tim Hortons fan so it bugs me when I get bad product.

They can make you a breakfast sandwich at five minutes to six, but not at five minutes after. The Menu says all-day breakfast. It amazes me I could order an egg and sausage on an everything bagel, then ten minutes later I order the same thing and they won't make it. Won't take the money. Breakfast is over at 6: 00pm. I still gave em 4 stars because Tim Hortons is the greatest little restaurant around. Cheap, don't have to dress up, quick and easy.

So I am driving and decide to drive to this tim Hortons to get a coffee (drive thru). Then I realized that I need to go to the bathroom so I went in. The lady says it's just for clients. I mean it is the first time in all Canada that I get denied the access to use a bathroom in a tim Hortons. I just went to grab my wallet and paid for another coffee just to take a leak! Inm told them to throw the coffee I mean I already had one. Insane service.

Will boycott this place! My kids were in trouble and needed help they ran into this Tim's and ask for help.all they got from the staff was isn't their problem and through the F bomb at my kids and told them to get the F out. My daughter was scared and was yelling for help and they get this from the staff are you kidding me. My kids are 14 and 12 and have always told them ever in trouble run into a store or up to someone's house for help. Times have changed and businesses don't care about people just their money. Please boycott and drop their bottom line cause that's all they care about.

Terrible customer service, both inside and drive thru. What happen to the day when companies demanded good customer service skills from their staff, and then.hear me out, passed it on to the customers? One other note they place a high importance and dedicate all efforts on the drive thru, with long lines. Maybe having more focus on the inside could help.

I've always been a big fan of Tim's. During this roll up the rim to win season I realized you need the app.no more rolling up the cups, probably due to covid! You must download the app or get a rewards card. Coffee is always fresh!

Three Strikes! I have been in the drive through asking for Cinnamon Rolls and the person didn't understand what I was asking for, ended up telling me that they don't have them. One time I asked for the special NS decorated donuts and was told, Oops - We didn't make them today. Today I had a large order for Hot Chocolate so I went inside. Stood in line for about 10 minutes without any of us being acknowledged until finally one of the workers asked if anyone was working front. I then asked for a dozen hot chocolate and was told that it would take too long and needed to call ahead for that kind of large order. I asked if 6 Hot Chocolates were manageable for them. I was told they could do that but again was told that it would take a while and I would be waiting. So I left for the 17th ave Tim Horton's location and got 2 Pumpkin Spice and 5 small Hot Chocolate within 3 - 4 mins and they were swamped inside and out. Avoid Dover Timmies!

Very Consistently AMAZING. Any time I come to this location my coffee is perfect! Even when it’s a busy time, the staff here is always so polite and go above and beyond. With my job I go all around calgary & im at the point where I wait to come to this timmies because it’s always perfect & I cringe at the though of going to a different one.

I ordered catering and they went above and beyond, threw in extra sauces and cookies and helped me carry everything to my car. I called and asked to have it ready early and it was no problem, great people here!

I enjoy the coffee with an espresso shot in it, otherwise I wouldn't go to any of them. Very disorganized, took 4 people's orders before preparing them, then had all 4 customers huddled up together waiting. A little more attention to what they're doing would help with the customers frustration.

Management is horrible! I just left thier drive thru told I'm unable to add a donut to my order at the window, " I've already place my order like it's set in stone at the speaker" I've came here every single day for the past 2 or 3 months.

The employees are less than enthused about having to serve customers inside again and this attitude is present in how they (fail to) greet you. I stood for three seconds at the cash while i waited for the kid to acknowledge me, and he never said a word. I'm giving three stars because the order was prepared quickly and without error, but I'd recommend they teach their staff how to speak to customers or at least hire people than can form words.

Poor service. 3 people working drive thru and one trainee working front till. Food order got screwed up. This isn’t the first time. This location seems to put drive thru service over front of house service. If this wasn’t the closest location to me I wouldn’t go to this location.

I was given an iced coffee with unmixed chocolate syrup, instead of an iced mocha latte.

Upon waiting for the staff to remake my beverage, I witnessed the barista that made my drink throw it in the garbage and yell ”that’s how you make it”.

I was then given the same drink as before (an iced coffee with chocolate syrup).

Service at drive thru has been brutal last few weeks. Extremely slow and getting the order wrong. One wait was 15 minutes with only four cars in the drive thru. Even had time to write this review sitting in line for 10 minutes.

I hate to say it but there is one specific person that works here that is always just a headache to deal with to be honest. I come almost every morning between 545-6 am and whenever this staff member is working it’s actually painful to go through the drive thru. I repeat my order numerous times and it is always wrong even when going to the window and repeat it. It takes longer to go through the drive thru with just one vehicle in front of me when this person is working compared to when it is lined up with other staff that work there. I even got a cold pumpkin spice latte the other morning and it wasn’t because of the whip cream on top it was literally ice cold. Then this morning he argued with me that I don’t get the NHL cards for 1$ with an apple juice even though the rules clearly state you get it for 1$ with any beverage besides espresso shots or Coca Cola beverages. So he charged me regular price. Honestly if this restaurant wasn’t the most convenient one on the way to work I would most definitely not be going here. Now after reading the specific rules and regulations about the cards if I get double charged for a pack again tomorrow I will most definitely be asking to speak to a manager!
