The order taker are so rude. Always give a very rude answer and by chance if me and my friends need a couple of seconds to place an order they gave us uncomfortable gesture and talks like we are stupid. Its happens not only once but thrice.

Closed toilet. After long negotiations, it was possible to persuade them to open. The situation was repeated because of one star.

Watch out for a miss rosie who works here! Almost ready to pounce on you if u ask any questions! Was surely having a bad day!

This location is a great TimHortons. In spite of all the homeless circling the area it’s clean and well staffed. The washrooms will almost always be out of service. The staff is fast and attentive. There’s no parking so this location is walk in only. Can get rather busy at 9am and 12pm.

I would love to read the meeting minutes when executives decided to keep the name roll up the rim.

Needing a place to meet friends close to where I live, I have eaten here several times more than 2 years ago. Every time I've been here, the washroom is always closed for maintenance or cleaning, so they never had any place for me to wash my hands. There has got to be a health regulation about this because it's supposed to be a restaurant and not a food truck.

I’ll be waiting 5 minutes then ask them where my order is and they start preparing it then. Happened 3 times so far. Employees rush you saying “are you not ready” after looking at the menu for literally 3 seconds. They get loud and sassy too for no reason. Horrible customer service

Worst customer service ever. Management staff were rude and started to yell and scream. Extremely unprofessional.

The service was so bad that I felt inclined to rate it and explain myself. I was served by an employee who really did not want to be there. I asked if they had the Hershey Hot Chocolate and she talked to her coworker but never said anything until I asked again. When she finished putting in my order, I told her I was paying by gift card then she walked away and put my order through debit/credit machine, completely ignoring what I advised her. I really did want to call her back so I just paid by card. At this point, I just chalked it up on a bad day for the employee. So I just waited patiently for my food. I was then given an order I didn't request and all the lady could say is that "I'm sorry this is what you ordered". I informed her that I didn't order it but she didn't do anything and just gave me the food and said that was what was punched in. At this point I've waited 10 mins for it so I just took it. I am highly disappointed by the experience and will try to avoid this location. It's not going to make difference anyway as this location is always busy. They could lose a customer and nothing would come out of it.

I love Tim Horton's, your doughnuts and pastries are just so incredibly delicious. Can you perhaps start pushing your way into the U. S.more? I need my fix.
