Its tims.they were busy at the drive thru so had to wait for service.everything else was fine

Absolute worst Tim hortons I’ve ever been to many time hortons like everyone else. This place take the cake for worst quality, customer service, availability of items and efficiency. Avoid at all costs

Poor customer service, ordered something and got something else at the takeout, after asking we didn’t get what we order, they didn’t bother or no apologies or didn’t offer us to reorder the food that we wanted, even though we were ready to reorder and pay for it. Staff said what they did was correct, we didn’t wanted to argue and moved on with what we got. There is Communication problems with Tim Hortons staff at this place, We recommend the order placing staff to go through the customer’s order as take orders before the food is dispatched at takeout. After all we pay for the food that we want.

Understand that human errors can happen, nobody is perfect but asking an apology and by offering the correct service is the best practice.

The manager was very disrespectful.
Has no flexibility or willingness to provide help to customers.

Good location, but drive-thru line tends to be busy throughout the day. I've gone at various times of the day and there's always a line.

Food was put together so shabbily. I ordered chilli to go and the bread was just thrown into the bag. My loaded wrap was leaking all over the bag. Looked very unappetizing.

Update: Automated message was sent asking me to contact customer service who sent me another copy and paste message. I'm pretty disappointed and will never be going back to this location. I know I'm one person and insignificant to the number of customers you get so I guess it is what it is.

I was there this morning… and I was very disappointed with my visit. It was very busy at the drive thru and inside so I ordered online. I waited for 15 minutes for 2 coffees and a croissant. Some people who walked in and ordered after I sent in my mobile order got their items way before I did. After over hearing someone who mobile ordered before me, the 2 young works told them that they have to notify staff when they are there for their mobile order. This should be posted somewhere. I have done mobile orders at many Tim’s before and I always show up and my items are there with the number the app tells me. I understand it was busy but Tim’s is somewhere I go to get my coffee fast.

Please change your 24 hour open timing. As drive thru is always closed after 12 and opens after 5am.

Worst customer service this morning, spent 15min in line and was told they only accept cash. My order was sitting on the counter already and they didn't care. Awful, won't be back.

Review update, Dec. 2022.
Clean, sometimes quiet place to get together with friends. Food is as good as it gets at a Tim Horton's. Fairly easy to get into for disabled customers.
It would be great if staff could come up with a plan for dealing quickly with out-of-control customers.
Since last summer, a male "customer" has come in several times during daytime hours, and he's loud, belligerent, and causes trouble for staff and customers - shouting, swearing loudly, waving his arms around, threatening 15 long minutes or more at a time. In a family restaurant with older seniors and disabled customers in there, safety is a concern.
If staff could shut down troublemakers and ban them, it would make customers feel safer.
Note: the one handicapped parking space outside is often occupied by a vehicle without a placard. Staff won't ask anyone to not park illegally in the handicapped space, so handicapped access may be difficult, especially during winter months.

Found it closed third time. They have same excuse that it was closed and just one time occurrence however, just I have experienced it three times now.

Drove 10 minutes just to find the 24 hour drive through to be closed. This is the second time.

Just change your hours so that people don’t waste their time and gas to find your store closed.

It's worth experience. Which cashier I ask two things her way of talk rude even she did not understand what I want.it's not gud service even she didn't say any hi hello or have a gud day.

Not sure if this is how customers are supposed to be treated but I ordered a BLT that they had on special off the app comes with a coffee I get to the window they pass me my coffee after I pay and I even showed them the picture of what I was trying to get Because for some reason it didn’t register for the six dollars plus GST on the end so the lady says to me sorry that sandwiches in on special and this is in a sandwich as she’s passing me it over I take a look at it as I’m driving off and I realize they gave me the wrong thing. I go inside not even opening up the sandwich realizing what it was a grilled cheese, and the lady at the front desk was so polite and asked me what the issue was I told her that I ordered a BLT I even showed him a picture of it off the app and they still handed me over a grilled cheese so she goes to talk to the lady in the drive-through and she starts yelling at me telling me I didn’t order a BLT that I’m mistaken! And goes off! Yet the nice lady from the front was like just make him what he asked for. On top of all of this I still ended up not getting the discount and had to make a big fuss like I was lying to her. The worst part is that I couldn’t understand what she was even saying that women In The drive through. I can only say I’m give one star to the nice lady I. The front that helped me out. Thank you but sadly I will not step foot In That location again, theirs a bunch to chose from but Vito Windemere Currents Drive location.

Tim Hortons has just given up it seems. $8 for this "veggie wrap" with practically no filling.

It is Tim Hortons. I think the associate at the till was newer, patience is always a virtue. Place was clean. Food was good, there were no complaints.

I'm changing my review. In the last few years, the staff have remembered me everytime I'm there and have really improved. Great service.

Today I ordered a simple dark roast coffee and a vanilla dream cream puff donut. What I actually got was a non-glazed raised donut, with icing sugar powder sprinkled on top of it with a little bit of the chocolate swivel glaze that they put on top and the whipped cream in the center on top of the hole. The donut did not have any of the vanilla cream that is supposed to be in it. Basically, I paid premium price for a regular donut. I feel ripped off.

I usually avoid this location because they’re always out of everything, but decided to give it another chance. I ordered what I wanted, got the order repeated to me then the lady at the window only charges me for 1 item and when I ask where the rest of it is I get “I only charged you for the iced capp”
Ok? Can I have the rest of my order? She ROLLS HER EYES and mutters something about how “we’re too busy for this”

Not 24 hours as advertised. Lights were on, people milling about inside, but drive through was closed. Upon walking up to the door, person inside waved me off to tell me they're not open.

Very bad service, it’s been 3rd time today when they gave me the wrong order. I went back in and complained about it. Firstly, they were unable to find my order and the guy especially, was so rude. Then I asked for my order and they were asking me for pay for my order again. I denied and returned all the food. They don’t even care about customer service. I’m never going to this place again.

Coffee is great but don't waste your money on the English muffin sandwiches.better deals AND a much better sandwich from that double arch place.

Evening staff is very good. One of girl SATWINDER, is very friendly and always go beyond to make your order correct.

Miko was very friendly. I always come here in the morning and she notice that I come every time, they also always put smiley face on my cup of coffee. She even make time to ask my name.

Fast service, clean store, organized staff in terms of how they flow and function behind the scenes in order to provide the best tasting food/drinks.

Today my car embarrassingly, and unexpectedly broke down in their drive thru. I was at the curve in the lane with my wheels turned and I couldn't turn my steering wheel at all so even though a number of kind people offered, we couldn't even push it out. An employee came out with their cell phone and I was told it was the owner. I explained to her what happened and that I was calling AMA, I guess that wasn't fast enough because she wanted me to pay for another tow truck. Im already going to have to pay to fix my car now, and I have AMA for a reason so I told her I couldn't afford to do that and was doing the best I could. She told me that she would charge me for the losses from having her drive thru closed if I didn't get my car moved. I'm not sure if she thought fear tactics would make extra money appear out of nowhere or somehow magically fix my steering column but all it really did was send me into a panic that I was somehow going to end up having to pay even MORE. So instead of showing compassion to a person in a very difficult situation, she chose to threaten me with legal action. I understand that businesses are struggling due to covid, but i'm disgusted at the way she chose to treat someone in such a situation and I won't be returning.
However, if the employee I dealt with reads this, I'd like to again apologize for the way I spoke to you in a heated moment, that isn't the kind of person I want to be and I'm very sorry.

The worst Tim Hortons! I've never had a french vanilla /half coffee that tasted like it did here. It was like watered down sewer water! They also need to learn how to make a grilled cheese melt without burning it. If I wanted it burnt, I'd have made it myself. Save urself the disappointment and go to mcdonalds right beside.

Post at order speaker that the item we want is out. Forced to sit through 6 cars just to get out of the line.

Went thru the drive through around 8pm today and the debit machine wouldn't allow me to click checking or type on my pin.the workers kept saying I didn't have the money in my account.when I did. I showed them my online banking and they kept making me use the machine and told me they didn't have time for me and threw out my food right infront of me. I was so disrespected and hurt by this experience will not be back.

I always have issues with fast good restaurants prioritizing drive through over business in store. Only one waiting for service; 8+ minutes while they all service drive thru.

Food was adaquate.
Had to go back to counter to get every condiment that i asked for with my meal.
The crispy chicken was cold and the tomatoe was an off green

I’ve been visiting this Tim Hortons every morning for a week as I’m new to the area, and everytime the coffee has been great, service has been quick and friendly, and the food has been very good:)

BLT was great, not so selection of sweets, some donuts and timbits sold out. I would expect still all donuts and timbits available at 6 pm.

I was there today. Its a nice cozy place. The lady who took the order was not nice, friendly and welcoming though.

It's ok. Had to argue to get them to accept my coupon but the did so that's good. It's a Tim Hortons like any other time Hortons.

Nice Timmies. Clean. I ordered the Chili in a Bread Bowl. I was told they have stopped serving the bread bowl. Disappointing.

A popular chain which is similar to Dunkin in the US. The food was good and the drinks delicious. They do not have milk options such as skin milk of almond. Keep it simple but good. The have delicious bagels with cream cheese.

I don't think I will ever return to Tim Hortons again. From my order being wrong literally 9/10 times I go there, to the terrible customer service when i do return with the wrong order. All the way to the price increases I see. The coffee is just nasty. I can't say one good word about Tim Hortons. I have since been going to Starbucks for the past 2 months and do not regret it. Always get my order correct and the customer service is fantastic!

Skip Tim Hortons and do your self a favour

Worst Tim Hortons in Edmonton smh, They can never get the order right and when they do its never done properly.

Literally every time I try and order food there they don’t have it or they’ve run out at 9: 30am. Stop advertising food, or specials if you don’t have it:) not a great place.

They asked if i wanted breakfast or lunch on number 2, I said lunch then paid took food left, came back brought it in and told them it was the breakfast they said I'd have to pay more if I wanted the lunch they messed up and I'm not paying for that. So they gave me what I wanted and I left. Why are all Tim Hortons like this! I want one that is good.

Typically very good for accuracy on my order. Sometimes they don't get it right, but they will always make it right if I go back and tell them.

Cashier does not listen very well, I did you laced my order, said "that's everything", she then asked me two more times if I wanted something else. Waited far too long for my breakfast sandwich, was not offered or given any napkins and not a place in the store to grab one for myself.

This is a good location gets busy in rush hour. Good customer service and clean store with decent seating.

Staff @ drive thru girls are #flirty.its not your job to flirt with your customers being friendly is different from being flirty ok tims train your employees the right manners

Come often for coffee and thought finally after an extremely pleasant experience I thought I’d mention how kind the night time staff is, keep up the good work!

This location seems to have people and time management issues. This week alone I've got my drink made wrong 4 times. Whether I'm in drive thru or in the store I seem to have to wait too long to get what I ordered. Almost any time I've asked for chicken noodle soup they seem to be out.

This Location is extremely slow for service, Like REALLY slow. I actually drive farther down to another location due to the wait.please fix the slow staff as I can see from these reviews this is a reoccurring thing.

Not gonna lie! We had food today at this Tim Hortons that wasnt great! Soup watery.sandwich burnt.hash brown definately not freshly made. SORRY.but this is the truth.

It's hard to give them more than 3 stars when certain employees don't stir your coffee. I've worked at Tim Horton's before. I know how simple it is to stir coffee before it is served. It's actually a requirement.

Had been to the Tim's last night. The person attending the drive through was rude as she could not hear me clearly, Well if you cannot hear the client then be voclal about it when you taking the order and not be rude while giving the order. I could have lowered my car car volume if you had to say so. I understand you work late hours and it takes a toll on a person but you should also know how to express things to you clients rather than being rude when your giving the order.

Went back after 2 years to give them a chance and they couldn't make a simple coffee with cream and sugar. Will never go back, as I think the staff simply don't care.

Waited 10 mins for a wrap and a chilli, the chilli was okay but they forgot the bread, the wrap was terrible, I ordered Chicken Bacon Ranch warp with grilled chicken, when I got the wrap there were no chicken inside and they were closed when I got back there, I don't mind eating it without the chicken, but at least give my money back for what I didn't get. I always think Timmy is better than all other fast food joints, but the staff at Windermere Timmy changed my mind.
