Tim Hortons

The owner and their staff doest know what customer service is. The owner was rude and he told us he will be going to pick up his kids and he has no time for our concern. If he doest have any concern to his customer why in the first place run a coffee shop.

Always the best efficient service from the crew. They are very attentive and the counter setup is spotless and organized. Recommend getting your beverage for take out.

One of the dirtiest Tim I've ever been to. The whole place is full of sus people. Was waiting in line to pick up my order, someone clearly drugged approached for money.

So, as an American tourist returning to Canada for the first time in 20 years, I decided I needed to have a Tim Horton's breakfast at least once. I ordered an "everything" bagel with eggs, sausage and cheese and a hashbrown on the side with coffee. Service was a little slow but acceptable. The food itself was decent, certainly not bad.but in terms of quality just very "meh"; only slightly below McDonald's. I was not impressed. But again, I was here for the sheer novelty of this iconic Canadian franchise. One more thing I can say I did that was typically Canadian, etc.

The drinks are worst in this place placed an order today and yesterday no taste at all. Waste of money.

I tried to order a simple meal. A wrap & tea. Tell me why this employee tried to gaslight me by saying you haven’t had honey at Tim Hortons for the past 4yrs? ! Just say you’re out. Rude. I get cream & Honey in my steeped tea all the time. Disappointed as heck

It's my first time to this Tim Hortons branch today this morning with my friends and we did not receive the complete order. The male staff was very rude. One of our order (canadian bacon breakfast sandwich) was not available and he did not even bother to tell us beforehand and he just decided to change it to bacon just because he wanted to. I've been to a lot of Tim Hortons and this location has the rudest staff ever.

I went today at around noontime and experience the worst customer service ever in Tim. I put an order for a 7 wraps, 2 bagel sandwiches and 10 pack timbits. After waiting for so long, they just put the bags at the counter without even a blink of an eye, I was not even able to see if my order was complete because of the busy crowd and I never even received the 10 pack timbits I ordered and they didn't even include my receipt inside. I've been to too many busy Tim Hortons but they are never like this branch. If negative star can be given, I will definitely would. If you can, avoid going here.

I drank a delicious cappuccino, ate a delicious chicken roll and donuts for dessert I was served very politely, the order was prepared very quickly. While I was eating, I noticed that tables are often disinfected in this place I liked this place! They have a big hall and a very lively atmosphere!

But the end was spoiled by one lady, she ran around the hall and shouted “I want to pee! ” Unfortunately, the staff did not immediately pay attention to her It's okay, I just hope it was an isolated incident.

The coffee, tea and snacks are excellent quality. Staff are friendly and helpful as well as courteous.

All tims are a little unique this one is not far from my place and i mostly go there in mornings for a farmer

Terrible location i usually only use it to pickup on the go, today I had some time I decided to grab a coffee seated as I entered the girl on the counter was very stressed and soooo rude, the entrance front door glass was smashed and a couple of tables were broken I thought I might as well ask if I can sit as nobody was seated, keep in mind it's 6: 50. She was really agressive very rude and Patty in a personal way all I asked was can I sit? And it happened that I was on the phone too. I was surprised by the extent she went to make sure nobody sits until 7, there was a guy too in a construction uniform was trying to sit she walked up to him and removed his coffee from on the table and was telling him nobody can sit until 7 even thought it was "6: 57" I later realized because that she's acting like that to prevent homeless people from sitting, I mean they coulb a hand full but they are still human beings, anyway it was soo toxic I took a refund of my coffee at 6: 59 and left respectfully wishing her a miserable day as hope I hope she does. Please avoid there Is an other location near by for pick up in the mountroyal university

It wasn't bad but the homeless were sleeping on the floors a few times and doing drugs right at the table I wasn't so good

I love Tim Hortons. The one by City Hall is very well located.
But one must be very Vigilant and never leave you stuff unattended if you're dining in or need to use the wash room.

Never consistent service here. The one girl knows me by name because I used to come here every day. Came back and she let her team member know I was here for my order. She had to tell the girl 5 times and when I went up and asked why I'm not getting my order she gave me attitude and acted like she never heard the girl at the register say my name over and over to her. I'm remembering why I stopped coming here. I feel bad for the girl at the register

All bathroom doors were locked and I REALLY had to go! There's seriously a lack of bathrooms downtown

I go every morning and get greeted by name most of the time. Service is usually fast and professional. Never had my order messed up even when I change it.

It was my first time there today and I am very excited discovering that place. I had wanted another Tim Hortons different from the one inside BVC school.

So bad customer service just came from there … I told her that I have train can you give me fast the way she said nooo what is this? Her behaviour towards me was not good

Depending on which one you go to downtown, customer service and overall guest experience is decent.
The one by City Hall is a bit.scary, but the customer service is good most of the time.

We had to visit this Tim Hortons while we waited for a friend to visit the American Embassy. There wasn’t a clean table! I started wiping down the table and then noticed dog prints all over the bench. My husband then went to ask a staff member to clean the table and benches. A women came and said dogs aren’t allowed in there. While sitting and eating our food many homeless kept coming in and out and one did have a dog that jumped on the tables and nothing was done about it. Now I know why they don’t keep up with cleaning the tables! I will never visit this place again! So dirty!

I just want to commend Joan for the job well done today Nov 24,2021. I came today at 11: 50 am and there's a huge line up already. All the staff were swamped because of the lunch rush and I do appreciate everones effort to make all customers satisfied and served quickly. I ordered 2 donuts, 2 coffee, a chili and farmer's breakfast. Thats too much to handle considering there's more order ahead of me. Again, a shoutout to Joan and everyone wo5rking that morning. You folks need to be recognized.

Every time I go here the staff are usually quite cross, except for yesterday they were wonderful! The place wasn't as busy and the atmosphere felt less seedy than usual! It is a convenient location as well right off the train station!

I go here 5-10 times a week as it saves me a couple blocks to my work Tim Hortons. They for some reason are always a bit over priced compared to every other Tim's. Yet when daily I don't know what my price will be for my large dark roast double double with a shot of espresso. Like come on people, on Sunday it's $2.85 and Monday it's $3.29. Well I guess I won't be getting my coffee there anymore.

Tim Hortons is the same here, there and everywhere, no doubt about it but at this location the crowd is pretty hard.be aware!

Great food great service and fast their open early even do it's busy the staff are great at their job and moved fast ️ great place

Ordering here since 2011,4 times a week at least. Always been great. Specially Danny. Always smiling face.
