So sick and tired of ordering through this app and wanting an extra large coffee and the app changes it to a medium. Would much rather deal with McDonald’s and their app because their app doesn’t change my coffee size all the time. Your app does and I’m sick of it. Just loaded a customer and I order time everyday

I ordered a FV with 2 espresso cold foam. They handed it to me, I took the lid off, and there was no cold foam. I asked if they mixed it in. They said no, it's melted because it's a hot drink. I order this ever single day. First time I've ever not been given my $1 worth of additives. And they were rude. Won't get my or my 3 teams coffee/hot chocolate at this location any more!

In general nice place. Fast food place. Good fast food, pretty commercial though. Service not so nice and bad organization. Cookies and donuts are great.

For a busy fast food place the front staff are a but slow at best of times (with the exception of a couple morning ladies and the late night tall guy with glasses)
I wouldnt go in there expecting much if anything if you happen to go there when the experienced crew is on.

I come here almost every morning mainly for coffee and rarely food very early in the morning around 4: 30am and they mess up my order 9/10 times for example- I drive in and the first thing they say is hi what do you want…? Like what! They constantly drag themselves around the place looking like zombies I order a plain croissant with bacon egg n cheese a hash brown and a farmers wrap with sausage with ketchup in the bag (had to repeat the ketchup 6 times) now let me just say this I get it it’s very early but you have one customer (me) in the morning and you still manage to give me to hash brown no ketchup in the bag and no sausage but ketchup on the farmers wrap? Uhhh okay pls do yourselfs a favour and find new jobs you will actually put effort into.

It was a very young staff working when I went inside to get my food but they were very polite, courteous and they worked as a team. I was very impressed.

I would give a 0 or a - if I could.
Every time when I order for pick up it is usually every day for my work, they are never make it in a time, I am giving 10-15min for preparation. I AM WAITING INSIDE for another 20 min!

I don’t usually give negative reviews but this place deserves the lowest review possible. Hit the drive through at 5 in the morning today and it took 25 minutes for them to make my farmers wrap with bacon. I was the first in line and the two people working inside weren't doing much and wants the other person to do the work. People usually start that early to go to work and expect a quick service and don't have the luxury to stand there and chat like your employees. I really like the farmers wrap but this one tasted the worst and they forgot the hash brown. May be ask your guy to wear a gloves while cleaning and making food so it won't taste like disinfectant also teach them some work ethics. Never going back again.

Very dissapointed with the service at this location. Last 3x I go inside and place my order it's been completely wrong. I'm diabetic and say NO sugar in coffee and they add at least 3 in it

Exactly what you might expect. Sandwiches, wraps, donuts and coffee. The layout of this location is somewhat unusual, and isn’t the typical design of a restaurant. Weird drive through as well.

I went back after few weeks break from this place due to bad cold breakfast. I only requested on Dec 14th, 2021 at 10.45 am a Large Dark Roast Coffee 1 cream 2 sugar and I was surprised to too much cream and cold coffee again. I would'n't dare ordering breakfast again. Poor training and procedure implementation. Sad!

Pretty good Tim Hortons. Staff was great. Food was great overall, only complaint was the raspberry tombit doughnut was a bit hard, but the other doughnuts, soup, and ice capp was very good.

So I completely stopped buying anything with bacon on it from Tim's years ago, I didn't like how it tasted and it was wet and floppy. I heard Tim's changed their bacon, and I was excited because I prefer bacon on a breakfast sandwich! It's real bacon now, tastes like the stuff you'd make at home and it's not gross and wet anymore! Thank you for changing the bacon! I love it!

I go to this Tim's almost every morning because it's right by my house, but almost every morning, they can't get it right. Just this morning the person working the drive thru answered us in the middle of laughing, then made my fiance tell the order to them three times. After that, not only were our coffees still the wrong size and tasted burnt. So done.

I sat in the store for an hour eating my sandwich and the entire time there were people in the store and in the drive thru waiting for them to decide to help them. 3 teenagers, 2 boys and 1 girl just stood around talking the entire time. Very poor speed of service. Do not recommend coming in with these kids working you will be ignore in the store or out in the drive thru. They are punching eachother and talking about wanting to eat the coffee grinds. Do you have animals working or people?

Bagel was good. Ordered a French vanilla quarter coffee and it tasted like straight coffee. No french vanilla at all.

Worst Tim Hortons in the Hat. Have gone there for 3days now and they always forget or choose not to add my expresso that I pay for. When I went this morning, they didn't put the lid on and I wound up with Ice Cap all over the the drivers side inside my car. You guys really have to take the time to make sure you get people's orders right and put kids on proper. Neve going back there again.

We ordered a BBQ beyond meat burger, were first told they had no stock, and then we persisted and they awkwardly said "well we have none cooked you'll have to wait 9 minutes" we waited over the nine minutes, only to find out after we got home and tried to eat it that the burger looked like it wasn't even cooked (I've seen the Beyonce meat burger cooked. This looked almost raw), it was barely warm, and just to top it off there was no BBQ sauce lol. Get your ducks in a row

Pretty bad experience this morning. Totally understandable that people are in training, but when the manager comes in and doesn't fix the problem, and instead charges for the mistake. That's a big problem to me. Being in training has nothing to do with your listening skills. If you're blatantly punching in the wrong items and not asking a customer who's especially rushing to confirm everything. I guess I should've picked up on this when you recited the one drink I ordered back to me and it was wrong twice. My fault I guess. According to the manager. ‍️

The floor is dirty, and a few of the tables have sat uncleaned for awhile. The Wi-Fi is atrocious, especially considering the full signal, and me being the only user, in the dining room at least. This combined with the outside signage indicates a strong desire from management to move people in and out as fast as possible, with even less care for customer service than the already low standard in this city.

Other than the fact as a trucker, I can't walk up to the drive through window because they'll call the police. So to combat that, I have to leave the rig at work and drive my half truck back and forth. Then jump back in the rig to continue my shift. Breakfast was fresh, and so was the java

I've had my issues with this location but kept going back because I work across the street from this location. THEN THERE WAS A BUG IN MY FOOD. NEVER AGAIN.

Paid $3.50 ish for a red velvet French vanilla and it was only 3/4 full. I contacted Tim Hortons and their corporate people replied saying that the store manager would contact me and that never happened.

Wow just went though drive threw at 10 pm and me and the wife wanted a grilled cheese panini and sausage breckfest wrap and they said sorry not making food.what? First time I have ever been told at this location they don’t make food after 10pm. They then said they could microwave a wrap and panini and still charge full price.ah no then asked instead for 3 different kinds of bagels and all out of those too like really ppl. Service was extremely slow as well and took over 15 mins for 4 cars to go though. Been going to Tim’s for years and finally had enough of this plus not to mention the 3/4 cup only full of coffee that happens about every 4th time going though. GO TO MCDONALDS THE SERVICE IS FASTER AND THEY WILL MAKE YOU FOOD ANYTIME OF THE NIGHT!

I find this location to be probably one of the worst in the hat they won’t even say hi back to you they just announce your total and huck the stuff at you and I’ve had my order messed up so many times and not realized until it’s way to late maybe slow down and you can avoid the ignorance and make the order correctly I think it goes back to the manager I don’t really have experiences like this at the other locations

Charged us for a wrap we didn't get (drive through) and my baggle was smooshed lol but other than that, good.
