Tim Hortons

The worst Tim Hortons I have ever seen. Incredibly rude staff (especially the sir 5'3" tall, white, with dark brown hair, beard, and absolutely unprofessional distasteful attitude. He is painfully sarcastic to his coworkers, and high-level rude to customers). What is wrong with this location? Maybe new management will help? And all this on top of being impressively slow (38 minutes to get to 2 Iced Capp, 2 Hashbrowns, and 2 farmers wraps. And they still messed up with 3 items). They never have ingredients for food, all truck drives end up going to MacDonald's.
This is the only location in Sundre, FIX IT!

Literally the worst place. We stood there at the till ready to order and they just ignored us. Finally we left after several minutes

Sundre Tim's has gone very down hill in the last year. Food and drink quality is down, drinks aren't full, and they park you unnecessarily when no one is in line or 1 car behind you to "meet their times. " I've been forgotten completely, and waited up to 15 mins in the parking lot on a few occasions. Some of the staff is fantastic and provide great customer service while others are grumpy and seem to hate their jobs. I used to come regularly but now only go occasionally as I am frequently left unhappy with the quality or service.

I guess they need to hire a new staff i was waiting to order for 10 minutes and there were 4 employees they were serving only drive thru after taking my order they made me wait another 10 minutes but still didn’t gave me anything so i decided to cancel my order and get the refund the n i went to McDonalds right besides the Tim’s they were very quick though

It's Tim Hortons, the fast food spot of Coffee shops. It's never getting over a three star rating. This one had eight people behind the counter and only one of them serving the people in store. There was a lot of people and the service was incredibly slow. I placed my order and waited 10 minutes, only for them to have given me the wrong thing.

Had to stop get a coffee and a turkey bacon sub and when I stopped for my lunch break there was only Add lettuce in it no bacon no turkey just plane lettuce in it nothing else I start work at 6: 30 am and I leve olds at 3: 00am I travel 5and a half hours a day so you know what I'm saying is wake up and do you job you are at work not at the beach pretty sade I think

I was very disappointed with the level of service and the coffee tasted skunky. I assume this is because it was old. The till attendant was apparently not happy to be there as she did not smile or show any sort of wanting to be there. I understand the job may not always be glamorous but you have to make the most out of it.

Great as always, better buns then in Calgary. Unfortunately the lady that took our order kept interrupting us to restate our order and she got confused and missed some of the items. If she let us speak then repeated I believe there would have been no issue. Otherwise the food was great!

This Tim Hortons used to be good until they clearly hired people from McDonald’s.
The workers used to always get my order right 100%! But now I have to drive back and complain about a simple order.: (

I only go here as a last resort, I prefer McDonalds coffee a lot more and McDonalds uses better lids that won't cost you a shirt or a tie destroyed due to their lousy cup lids.
