Stop for a morning decaffeinated coffee and sausage, egg on English muffin. I watched the clerk pour half a regular coffee and fill the rest of my cup with hot water, my muffin sandwich was freezer cold. I plan on contacting Tim’s head office and reporting this location. This is wrong on so many levels.
If I could I would rate it a 10/5. I dont know who the man in the window was, but he needs a raise and promotion because he loaded the oreo ice capps up so heavy they were respectfully bussin.
I had a disappointing experience here and one staff member at this location was very unprofessional. I recently placed a mobile order, but encountered a surprising issue where the system didn't display the correct order number (can you believe it?). Upon explaining the situation and showing the staff member my receipt on my mobile device, she simply stated that she couldn't serve me as my order number wasn't in the system, without providing any guidance on how to resolve this issue. I waited until another staff member took a closer look and identified the error in the system. Finally, I got my coffee. It's truly disheartening to experience such problems with the mobile order system. Additionally, I believe it's crucial for Tims to provide proper training to their staff members on how to handle situations like these. Customers shouldn't bear the responsibility for system bugs.
I stopped here for my morning coffee and also grabbed a hash brown. The lady who took my order, drags her feet across the floor, taking her time, then took my order, made my coffee, which was really good however, after touching whatever on the till and whatever else she had to touch making my coffee, she then proceeded to grab my hash brown with her bare hands and drop it in the bag in front of me while she was walking across the floor like it was nothing.
Worst ever experience at the 4950 Calgary Trail NW Edmonton location. Ordered drive through via app for the first time, I went straight to pick up window and didn’t know if I had to stop at order window. Employee yelled at me! They need to be polite irrespective. It’s not the end of the world.
I find this location hates to do the various promotions (Roll up the Rim). If I'm in the drive thru, I pull up to the window and the cashier immediately demands payment. I'll show her my phone (app), make payment and the cashier says, sorry to late to use the scan (once payment has been made). The staff here are very rude. Also don't order any breakfast sandwiches (with egg or bacon). Most of the time it's all cold or frozen, the English muffin or biscuit is never toasted or warmed up either. There is a serious issue at this location when it comes to food freshness and quality. I've had to throw out every sandwich with egg and bacon I've ordered at this location (the bacon or egg has gone bad and had a strong chemical taste). Hopefully someone from Tim Horton's corporate office see's all the negative reviews and addresses the issues. Fire the current staff or close this location.
Last time I came here, a lady took my order but I couldn't hear her clear, she has a heavy accent and the speaker outside it's not good at all, she was very rude because i could not understand or hear what she was saying. Do not order any sandwiches or wraps because they will tell you to park in front because it's not ready. People go through the drive thru for the convenience but in that case I should just park and walk in.
Worst Tim’s ever! I ordered food in the morning for two days, same lady answered me. She was very rude ask me to wait at first, after I told her what I want, she’s like: hold on hold on! I have to repeated two times and eventually she still miss one wrap I want! She blamed on me: you didn’t say it. Ruined my morning!
I was asked to pull up to wait for a breakfast sandwich. After 15 minutes I went in and the sandwich had not even been started. The staff were dismissive of the issue.
By far the WORST Tim’s in the city. They put mayo on the grilled cheese, making it completely inedible. Wraps are literally torn in half before you even start eating. Ask for bacon on multiple occasions and get sausage. They hold you at the speaker for way too long so you aren’t at the window - trying to get good times. Pathetic. Train your staff properly and have some standards!
Didn't understand how to work the pos system for my rewards, left me without prompting payment, nobody was at the front, and when I finally asked where my order was, she half heartedly slapped everything together, and gave me my biscuit and coffee, no bag
How sad I didn't have my tims card & I got a roll up the rim & I wasn't able to use my roll up. I downloaded the app on my cell. Only to find out that I have to use my tims card or app to get roll up. I had a few roll ups but they no good. Everything is technology & I don't like it. I will probably take the app off my phone cause I don't have enough memory on my phone with all the other apps I have.
The ladies at this Tim Hortons are incredible! They are so friendly and even refer to me by name. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. But it makes my day amazing! Everyday!
Terrible experience. Went through the drive thru at 1: 30pm and the breakfast menu was still up. I want to order lunch. I get that you can order breakfast 24 hours which is fine but wouldn't it be best to have the lunch menu up near lunch time or at least by 1: 30 in the afternoon. Any way had to ask for what they had for wraps which is just frustrating.
What I ordered? Crispy ceaser wrap with a boston creme donut and a small raspberry lemonade. What I got? Wrap with no nakins. Boston Creme donut that had no creme in it. Drink was good.
1 star for lack of showing the proper menu when I pulled up. No bag with napkins for a drive thru order, and a donut (my fav) with no creme in the middle. Bad QC.
I had the opportunity to visit this location. I ordered a sandwich and the buns was dried out. Phyllis refused to honour the free 10 timbits for spending over $10. Poor customer service and dried out food.
Just went through drive through, told they have no Tim bits to honor promotion! They don't offer substitutions or rain checks. Last few times through orders were wrong. Crashing hard!
