I have ordered through the app probably 50 times. The app says order will be ready when I get to the counter. All 50 times I show up and stand there until one of the workers asks what I am waiting for and I tell them about my online order and then they start making it. Pathetic. 0 out of 50 times.

This had never happened to us but, we always do it, we considered a Tim Hortons store so we could have a snack in the middle of the work day without buying anything in the store, but today, they kicked us out of the store because the girl told me that that was not allowed.was, and we couldn't "have lunch here", it's not even a lunch, it's a thermos with a little tea inside and we took advantage of going to the bathroom and from time to time we bought something, but today I had that bad experience, we felt discriminated against, since there are people who don't even buy things and come to sit and hang out with friends or have meetings and nothing is said to them. I am a regular Tim Hortons customer in general, but this location turned its back on us.

Living in the neighbourhood, I frequent this Tim’s almost daily. They are always low on food items! On a Saturday at 12 pm, they only had chili and chicken noodle soup for soups. They only had 2 bagels in stock and only 2 kinds of cookies! On other occasions, at 6 pm they have minimal donuts, cookies and muffins in stock! I can’t seem to find a time where they are fully stocked with variety. Hopefully this means they’re busy and not being lazy. I’m just so frustrated with this location. I’ll be driving the extra 5 minutes to the currents for a better customer experience.

It's a Tim's so nothing exceptional about the food. The breakfast sandwich tasted okay but it's not freshly made so the egg had that grey edge around the overcooked yolk. The premises are very clean and the staff efficient during a busy time.

The employees just seem miserable and rude everytime. I’ve never went here and not felt like I’m a bother for simply ordering food.

Prices have increased by over 100% in the last 10 year's, which is pretty substantial. Good quality has gone down a bit. Donut selection is always very sparse. Not a huge fan of timmies anymore.

This place is great for hanging out or even a business chat. It's very spacious. The coffee and food are great as always. Excellent service too.

This location is probably one of the worst in the area.every time i've come here in the last 3 weeks, something in my order is incorrect.it's honestly kind of impressive considering they'll read your order back to you more than once.on top of that, i've been told they don't sell breakfast items until 7am.not sure why, considering every other location in the area will.

Online orders from here have been a minimum of 75+ min wait times (during non-peak hours) for me even though I live less than a 3 minute drive away. When inquiring through skipthedishes or ubereats customer service, I was told that they only punched in the order once asked about it by the customer service, 45 minutes later. This has happened on numerous occasions and do not recommend ordering through their app, on skipthedishes, or through uber eats as I have tried them all to no avail. Guess I learned my lesson.

Update: Didn't learn my lesson and tried to give Drive-through a chance, only ordered one thing with no-one else in the Drive-through and they still managed to mess up my wrap.

I think this is my least favourite Tim Horton's. I've been here alot and there have been so many instances worth writing about. Staff aren't always friendly, a Hello and Thank you wouldn't hurt. Ordering is rushed. Communication lacks overall. If you don't have what we asked for, please tell us. Don't just fill a box of assorted timbits with only one flavour and let us drive away. This has happened at least 2 times. There really isn't any consistency there. Stock is always low or out especially speciality items. Menu isn't as good as other locations.

How many times can this location give me coffee instead of steeped tea? The people that work here have no idea what’s going on. If you mobile order you have to go up to the counter and then they start making it. The worst location I’ve ever been to.

The staff here is very friendly and they honestly do an amazing job of giving service. The breakfast and lunch rush can be very long lines and the drive thru always has 20+ cars during those times but they still move pretty fast! I've had some moments where the drive thru workers aren't the easiest to communicate with but either than that, I love my local Tims

I love this location. The owner is pretty awesome, too! The staff seem super happy to be there, they're super friendly and I haven't had an order with a mistake from this location, ever.sometimes they're all out of birthday cake tim bits.on those days I'm sad haha.overall 5 stars for this location.

Complete order was wrong. Do not bother asking for what you want because they will give you something complete different, even though you pay for it. It was not a language barrier issue or busy but an I don’t really care attitude. Save yourself the time and money by not going here.

Today I ordered Crispy Chicken in drive through.the lady kept saying wrap and I told her not the wrap, the other one … she doesn’t know her menu and wanted me to know… it was on the screen in front of me so I told her to look at her screen.other lady came and took the order and I ordered potato wedges also …at the window, a lady gave me the sandwiches and said have a good day. I didn’t move and checked the paper bag, the potato wedges were missing.she realized when I looked at her … The chicken was not cooked, the potatoes were over cooked and not fresh/ reheated …
I hated myself for going to this branch… this was not the first time I got disappointed from this branch…

Orders for 3-4 people are regularly wrong.
Full of flies now.
Always out of one or 2 key ingredients.
They got rid of good vegetarian options they used to have.

If there is a zero or -1 I would like to give them.most of the stuff are very rude they don't know how to communicate with people.they gave different orders than what you ask.and sometimes you feel that they don't want to work.for example you ask about a simple things like tea or coffee, the answer out of stock.the management must teach them how to deal with the customers.belive me if they don't they will loose many customers starting from me today.

Ordered a bagel with extra butter just cause usually theres not much, got a bagel with butter layered on it like cream cheese.it was so thick at first we thought it was cream cheese. I understant i asked for extra but that much is just disgusting.it ended up just in the garbage. Coffee i got was great but come on.no one puts THAT much butter on a bagel unless they ask for like x5

Gave one star because no option for zero. Majority of the staff on drive thru are rude. Please, thank you.welcome and sorry doesn’t exist for them. Worst customer service from I am experience every time I order. On top of that the half of the staff and manager is racist. I wonder what kind of ethics they are growing with. Is it just work or that pathetic they are in general.

I tried to order 1 cheese croissant at the drive through. The kids taking the order were laughing and having a good time. They said you want 2 chocolate? I said no 1 regular croissant. When I got home they had given me a cheese croissant. I know it's not a big deal but really wish some people would take their job more seriously. Just a disappointing experience. Should of went to the currents location.

One of the most inconsistent Tim's I've experienced. I get alot of ice capps and this Tim's is closest to where I live. Sometimes they're what I expect, but sometimes they are not made well at all. Today for example, they didn't add any cream to the ice capp, making it taste like straight coffee.

Avoid if you have other options.

When i pay and get back change I always have to count it. Its always short 10 cents or 25. I realize a lot of the tims do this. Then I have to say hey u short me 25 cents. Imagine doing this a 100 times a day. Not cool. Be aware leople

I ordered a Caprese sandwich and they didn’t have it, I ordered any vegetarian or meatless sandwich, the person who served me gave me a cheese toast. Terrible service, I expected something with vegetables or something that can be considered a lunch.

Usually they're okay and fast, but I have multiple instances where drive thru workers are rushing too much and not listening to order properly. I end up paying more for their mistake just because I don't have time to dispute it and hold up others. Only go there for its location. Avoid if you can.

Have given this location multiple chances to get my order right as it is the closest to my house but they never do. If you order a tea and a coffee here you end up with 2 coffees and if you order 2 teas they put all the milk and sweetener in 1 leaving the other black. Don't waste your time, take the extra couple minute drive to the next Tim Hortons.

I have been to many Tim's in my time and this one is the cleanest inside. The drive thru experience is the best by far. The employees have always been pleasant and accommodating. My order has NEVER been wrong to date)

In 2 visits out of 3 within 3 days of each other (not counting my wife's accounts), this outlet has messed up on our orders. If I can help it, which I can I'll drive 5 minutes further to the next Tim Hortons location. I'm tired of not getting what I pay for.

I've been to this Tim Hortons 5 times. 5 times my order has been incorrect. I have found long black hairs in my sandwiches. Frequently the breakfast menu is up in the drive-through till early afternoon, leaving you needing to guess what's on the lunch menu. The last time I went there at noon on a weekend, they had no white bread for sandwiches, and no peach juice left. I believe this is due to overall poor management and no quality assurance. I would recommend driving to another locaiton.

Usually this location is good.
However this morning the lady working the window was super rude and should go home. People have bad days but she made my experience noticeable enough to make a review.

Waited in the drive thru like everyone else patiently and when it came to me I opened my app to be scanned, she very rudely asked me what I'm paying with and then after paying she says "here" & (aggressively) hands me the coffee, rolls her eyes and says "next".
(I'm in a drive thru, Noone can hear you saying next lady).

Maybe she's having a bad day but seriously no excuse for customer service. She should absolutely NOT be in the window or counter.
I definitely looked at her suprised and made note that her actions were rude loud enough for her to hear, hopefully shes been nicer to others after me. Never been to any drivethru with anyone treating me like that.
It's very easy to politely get people through a line, just like everywhere else is able to do kindly.

Likely won't be going back to that location on the morning.

I rated this store a 1/5 last year and I'm here to confirm that it's still a 1/5. They desperately need to fix the intercom. I am a clear spoke Canadian born man and I make extra effort to speak clearly and every single time without fail the wrong thing is either given to me or put on the screen. I've received incorrect items all together, crispy instead of grilled, extra items, no cream cheese, no egg on my breakfast sandwiches, no Espresso shots when I asked for them, and this morning I got handed my items which should have been bagged all at once in a bizzare handful that I nearly dropped. Best part is I corrected the order at the window and then they almost dropped it out the window AND it ended up being wrong anyways? Get your act together.

Every time I go to this store, they never have the donut I want. They tell me they aren’t serving breakfast. I never get the thing that I want when I go there and end up settling for somerhing else on the menu that they conveniently have to sell… Don’t go here

The last 4 days in a row I tried to get their 2 breakfast farmers wraps in the afternoon and they always say they don't have or can't make it. All day breakfast on sign but employees don't actually want to make it.lame and FOS! Both locations in windermere are like this.

The worst tims ever, placed my app order for a pick up, showed up on time, and waited at the counter for 10mins until the staff come to talk to me. I questioned about their customer service and one of the staff literally told me that the drive thru customers are more important and will be severed first.then what is the point for an online app order? Really disappointed and not recommend for this location.

This is the closest Tim’s to my house. No word of a lie, out of the 20 times I’ve been, they’ve messed up my order at least 15 times. The service is so bad that it’s an ongoing joke with my wife. “What random order will we get this time? ” Its shocking how bad they are with the drive thru speaker. ‍️‍️‍️

It's quite alarming seeing all these negative reviews for such a new location.

I live in Windermere and this was my lunch time coffee stop and it has slowly been becoming a very awkward experience.

There is a major issue with the intercom system and the clarity of incoming/outgoing sound as the orders get messed up or not heard correctly lots.

I wish I can give zero stars. Tim Horton's might be able to put a bunch of Canadian flags on its drinks and marketing, but how they treat their customers are nothing Canadian like, and the employees at this exact location is rude and unprofessional. I went to the Keswick location Tim Horton's via drive thru a month ago, ordered a cold brew coffee with some donuts, and when I got to the drive thru window, the employee handed me a large hot coffee. I explain to the girl that I ordered a cold brew, she told me to hold on, and another Filipino employee came back, handed me a cold brew and told me "make sure you order a cold brew next time because it cost more".

I have never felt so disrespected before. I asked what she said and the response I got was "you heard me" and they shut the drive thru window on me. I complained to Tim Horton's corporate the same day and the representative responded and told me the owner and the employee will reach out to me for an apology. A month later and after following up twice, I still have yet to hear back. I found out later that this is a common problem with this Location, and one of my friend was also treated extremely unfairly by their employees when her order was messed up. I have reached out to BBB and Tim Horton's corporate, and I have stated that I want zero compensation, and I just want an apology.

Avoid this Tim Horton's, or all Tim Horton's for a matter of fact. Start supporting local small companies. Tim Horton's is no longer a true Canadian brand, and the management team at this Tim Horton's need to be properly trained, and disciplined, which I doubt will ever happen.

Nice staff, but the franchise owner bizarrely chooses to not serve breakfast outside of breakfast hours. Probably to cut corners and cut costs. But their menu plainly advertises all-day breakfasts, yet they don't serve them. Nice staff, bad owner/management.
