There is no soap in the women’s washroom. Not even a dispenser.

I ordered a BLT and watched them make it. They put 2 slices of tomato but instead of putting them on each end of the bun they were stacked in the middle. Mayo was squirted on one end only. I had to take it apart to make it edible. It would take only 1 to 2 seconds more to make it properly. I won’t go back to this location.

Rushed us through, which I’m not mad at as long as they remember to label drinks and don’t roll their eyes when asked for sleeves.

On a visit today I asked if my spinach and feta scrambled egg pastry had been warmed up because it felt cold in the bag and the lady didn’t hesitate and said yes. It wasn’t. It’s clearly advertised served warm on order board so….

The staff are so obsessed with timing that they forget they are in the service industry.so bad to the point they don’t even give you your proper change, if at all, then to a quick emotionless “thank you bye” to turn around saying “let’s go people! ” to other staff. Worst Tim Hortons I’ve been too, definitely in need of better management. Oh and a tip that might help them with their coffee…. Actually put in ingredients in it that people request… how many times it had nothing in it is infuriating. We pay almost 3 dollars for a damn coffee.least they could do is put what I asked for in it.

Probably the worst drive-thru experience I've had at a Tim Hortons. The staff here are pushy. They do not listen. They cut you off while you're talking. They are rude when you get to the window. This has been my experience at this specific Tim Horton's on numerous occasions. I would not recommend coming here. Go to the next Tim Hortons a few blocks away.

I usually don’t write reviews unless needed to. People that work at this Tim Hortons location are rude! They try to rush you to get out of their way even if its not even a line up in the drive thru or in store. Go there and experience it yourself.

These girls working at Timmy, s certainly need to join class of mannerisms, working in Canada with Punjabi attitude certainly don't match, no smile on face, leave alone being polite To customers ever, not a chance, long wait times often and most importantly order MESS UP is so common here, sadly this is the only Tim's near by my work and hence don't have much choice, Mr owner kindly train your crew for better service, people lined up for morning beverages or Breakfast certainly deserves better treatment for money they spend on daily basis, it will also benefit you as well.

Weird lady at the drive thru screamed in my face “NEXT ORDER UP BYE! ” In my face right after handing me my drink. The catch is, there was nobody behind me in the drive thru. She yelled until I drove off lol. Someone hates their job.

0 is not an option, girls on drive thru windows on june 27 morning were unprofessional, were rushing everything.

Did not stir coffee or toasted bagels at all.
Just pressuring to save there window time.

The lady taking the order on the weekend is arrogant and disrespectful. She thinks herself as the lord of Timhortons.
Everytime I have ordered she is always there and arrogant with no respect.
I ordered an Egg Belt today and I took the bagel back and I thought they forgot to put the egg and went back.
I was wrong but the way she threw the bagel right Infront of me and gave the disrespect. I will wait for a day when she does the mistake I return it back to her and throw it right Infront of her then she will feel it.

The WiFi is terrible, as the the quality of the staff service. The seating area is cleaner than most. Would I come here again, probably not.

Disrespectful staff and behaviour with there own rules and regulations which serving there's own style coffee not a Tim's brand coffee especially staff name Manpreet is useless lead which I try to explain service issues but they didn't. I don't how they are hiring these kind of employees with no manners
The owner of the franchise need to pay more attention and give training when they are hiring for the staff for the tims

Terrible service everytime we drive thru. The ladies at the window are constantly shoving the debit machine at you rushing you to take the order which is often wrong. Yesterday with no one behind us the lady at the till as my husband was putting his debit card in his wallet was yelling "let's go, let's go there is a line up". This happens every single time we stop here. Absolutely done with this location.

It would be nice if staff had manners when speaking with their customers. Especially over drive through. It’s rude to speak over and/or cut them off. It’s okay to confirm the order, but not cutting me off to do it.

Also, what I asked for, came in poor shape. The lettuce.well I won’t take a pic because it’s just gross.

I’m quite disappointed in customer service and presentation of the food I ordered.

Your promises are way too big and delivery is.disappointing.

Edit: this is a bagel that I had ordered with Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese. With less than half of it covered in butter.

Your service sucks, as management - I’d be embarassed and would try very hard to figure out why this is even happening.

Like wow. Maybe I should send this to corporate.

I go to this Tim hortons, because its close to my work. Their food quality and customer service is very very poor. They want to provide fast customer service with bad food handling manners. Everyday coffee, tea taste is different, no consistency in taste. Girls spilled coffee on my hands and on coffee cup lid so many times. My workplace whole team used to go their because its close to us. They had stopped going there a while ago. Now, i think they want to stop me to go to their location. Please follow your food training guidelines and learn more about customer service. I saw team is touching body parts and other materials while preparing food. Please put your feet in customer’s shoes and then do your work with love and passion.

This location is arguably the worst in Calgary. I consistently receive terrible service and they basically throw your items at you while you are paying in the drive thru. Regardless if there is anyone else behind you or not.

Zero stars if I could!

This is the worst tim Horton ever. They need to train there staff in customer service. I order a pumpkin spice latte through the drive through. When I got to the window I was being rushed to pay. I pulled out of the drive through and park to check to see if my order was right. We'll needless to say they gave me a black coffee. I walk into tim Horton and told them they gave me the wrong item. The staff started to argue with me over there mistake. I will never go back to this tim Horton

Suggestion for improvement include:
1) Stop trying to win a drive through race for the fastest times, no one likes rushed drive-through staff screaming in their face: "$2.75 - THANK YOU, NEXT! "
2) The last time I stopped for lunch, everyone in the office called my sandwich SAD. It looked like a drunken bear assembled the sandwich. You could tell that the sandwich maker was rushed and haphazardly threw then ingredients on the sandwich. Also - The cheese was hard on the end, like it had been left out and exposed to air for too long. The lettuce was also old.
3) The quality of the coffee and beverages is lackluster. Stop adding more menu items and start focusing on quality. I can make a better pot of drip coffee that doesn't, that wont make my heart skip a beat or feel shaky like Tim's coffee does.

TLDR - This location and the franchise in need of a serious reboot.

The girls that work the 5am shift are the rudest people I've ever encountered. Super sloppy food. The new girl they have working the 5am shift is super nice and awesome though!

Echo what the other reviews said. The staff consistently rushes you along at the drive-thru and will practically throw the food out at you. Never had this kind of service at any of the Tim's or any other drive-thru.

I agree with the comments. The drive-thru constantly rushes for payment and drop cards, can't get the scanner to scan and don't hold the payment machine properly for people to see if the transaction is over. Constantly yelling first thing in the morning and rush you out the minute they handover the coffee - I don't have another tim horton's on the way so I will have to keep going here but I'm surprised so many other people have the same complaint. I thought I was the only one until I looked and saw the reviews. Today they dropped my card on the ground in the drive-thru, no concern whatsoever, the girl just looked away and pretended like nothing happened. This is a result of very poor management probably rushing them and lack of training so I do not blame the drive-thru attendants. That is exactly why they have so much turnover.

They actually can't get a single order correct. They will rush you as fast as they can and will disregard quality. I have a difficult time just explaining my order. If every tim hortons acted like this one, they would have been out of business decades ago.

Skip this location. We went for a wrap and coffee right around dinner time. There was no grilled chicken just crispy chicken for the wraps. We thought we'd try the new Santa Fe chicken wrap as it looked good on the commercial. It was inedible. The chicken was sitting for hours and hard as a rock. How do you serve food like that to customers? If the line up wasn't so long I'd have gone back through. What a complete waste of money.

WORST LOCATION EVER! I have been through this location many times as its on my way to work, I will be driving ANYWHERE else to get my coffee.every time I have ever gone through the drive through they basically throw your food and coffee at you, with roll up the rim they do not ask if you have a card, and when they scan it you never get the rolls and when you pull up to the window they are already standing there with the debit machine hanging out the window. Today I was handed a coffee and the lid was not on, when I picked it up the lid popped off and of course the coffee when everywhere.save yourself the struggle and steer clear of this location.very disappointed in how this is run.

To the manager/owner of this location:

I understand the importance of efficiency, I know there is a timer set to mark the time it takes to complete a drive-thru order.
But you have stressed, rushing, panicking morning staff and it makes for the worst drive-thru experience ever, customers are literally panicked trying to take food that is shoved at them while scrambling to pay. I do not blame your staff, do not punish them for your mistakes. I blame YOU the MANAGER/OWNER and YOUR policies- the fear YOU have put in them to have them behave this way. Please change your policy and cut them some slack, they can work efficiently without rushing like there's a fire. I hate ordering from this Tim's.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I go here everyday at lunch with a coworker and everyday I get the same thing and everyday they give me a broken ice capp cup. I've went in and complained and yet nothing gets done. They need to SLOW down at the drive thru.

Little india is at the drive thru window 10 hands for 1 coffee, cashiers don't ask to scan card the after they take your money they say its too late.

I have never had good food at this particular location, but I keep hoping next time will be better. My breakfast sandwich had raw bacon, un toasted English muffin and a rock hard egg. Be better!

Never had a worse experience than at this tims. They forget 2 ice caps on my drive-thru order. Then after I tell them and am trying to take everything through the window into my cup holders. The 2 staff at the window where telling me to pull away as I've only been trying to put drinks away for 2 seconds then told me to move again. So I said I need a second and they said no. Clearly need to get workers who have 2 seconds out of there day

Always rushed. Basically throw your drinks at you even if there is nobody behind you in the drive thru. Almost always get orders wrong. I've never had such a bad experience at tim hortons and it's like this every time without question.

Ordered 2 coffees, a doughnut, and a dog timbit.
Wrong timbit for a dog, black coffee had sugar in it.
