The quality is usually good and a few of the regular workers are great; however, I often am missing items or am given the wrong items. I'm not sure what the point of having me confirm my order is when I'm not going to get the right thing.
This place is the worst. I worked for Tim Hortons for 15 years. We live a block away from this one so it’s convenient for us. Either they charge for a bag without asking or the French vanilla is half empty or they forget your hash browns. Better than this when I asked for my 15 cents back she said it was just 15 cents like I’m just supposed to pay for fun. This company needs a revamp I’m so disappointed and so would Tim Hortons himself.
Line ups are always delayed, so many work there and these guys struggle to keep up. Tea isn't stirred, food isn't made well but somehow I'm supposed to use white magic and leave a positive review like the white racists here? No thanks.
Always have good breakfast from here and the drive thru is usually quick but they are always so inconsistent with their “Iced Coffees”. Some days its really good and others it tastes like water
I was the ex employee of this tim hortons location. I had a previous experience with tim hortons which was good. But I had worst experience with this tim hortons. Firstly the managers are really rude and arrogant. They don’t know how to talk. They always do favouritism. They just keep the new employees only for cleaning and they don’t train them. Managers don’t reply the calls and managers. When they hire they something else and after hiring they are totally different. If they don’t know how to keep employees why they hire them. Afterwards they say we really don’t need them. Their baker is really unhygienic. Even their employees don’t eat food of his hands they expect people to eat. The worst tim hortons and management i have ever seen.
Wednesday at 8: 50am. This location is severely understaffed. The staff are trying their best but I had to leave before ordering as my ride arrived before I could get to the till. There were 4 people ahead of me. 4 People working on drive through, one person working on the front. Greedy business owner would rather over work their existing employees at lower wages than hire enough people at liveable wages to service customers in an effective manner. The woman infront of me also had to leave without ordering as she had booked a ride that arrived before she got to the till as well. It should not take more than 11 minutes to just simply get to order, the line was mostly single file, other than two construction workers who were second in line. I will definitely think twice before patronizing this location.
The worst ever. Got the chicken cravable and it was DRY and BURNED. No sauce and almost choked eating it. My tea was no help as it was not steeped and white like cream, medium orange pekoe with 2 cream and it was COLD. Ridiculous quality control.
Every single Time I am going there (drive thru or if I go inside) the employees are talking to me/us with an attitude, are condescendant whereas they have never been able to deliver correctly what I ordered. That's the case for every single order that I places there. The donuts given have nothing to do with the orders and when I tell the employee they talk to be soooo badly like I am the one who did something wrong. So small reminder to the employees. WE are the clients, and you give us what we PAID for, and if you're making mistakes in the orders (which is constant), just apologize instead of being insulting and disrespect. This week was the last time I will ever Come. Fed up to be treated this way there.
I gave a 5 star rating 3 years ago but have had to complain again and again about this location. I love Tim's but this location have not not really stood up to that name.
I've had very incomplete Tim bits, incomplete order and this morning I just had the most unpalatable breakfast to go. My husband bought egg sandwich among other breakfast meals.
Who makes an egg with not one visible egg shells but multiple? It's either you want to choke a sick person or you absolutely don't know what safety means. Right now, I'm waiting for my husband to eat his to see what he has in his. See picture, some egg shells couldn't be salvage because I crushed them while eating.
This location can do a lot better with better safety and quality training.
With their rise in prices, quality and consitancy has done nothing but decline half the time their coffee doesn't taste right and ive now been served borderline room temperature coffee. I would highly recommend tasting your coffee before pulling away from the drive through you're going to want it remade
This is easily the worst location to get Tim Hortons from in the city. I got some wedges and an breakfast sandwich. I got half a bun that was extremely dry to the point I could barely swallow it. The wedges wedges were cold and uncooked. Even with very few people in line at the drive through it took forever to get my poor food. I've never seen anyone mess up an order this badly. Clearly people dont care about quality at this location. Do your best to avoid spending money and supporting a location that tarnishes the other restaurants that actually put in effort to supply customers with what they paid for. Trash
Honestly this place can really be a hit or miss. I can’t tell you the countless amount of times I’ve mobile ordered my drink & it’s never made when I get there, even when it’s not busy. So make a note if in a rush avoid this place or come early. Other then that good Tim’s with a nice atmosphere
One of the worst Tim's I have been to. Most employees are rude and or rushing you even when not busy at the drive thru. Don't put sleeves or even ask. I would just go somewhere else tbh.
Nice post grocery shop break. Don't usually make my way to Timmy's anymore.kinda a hassle with the Covid scan and I. D.check. But it wasn't crowded there and was clean. So I sat down and enjoyed a nice LRG 2/2. No. I did not have any Tim-Biebes.what h*ll is even that!
The service was absolutely horrible and extremely slow. The staff don’t mind you at all if you come in to order and the drive thru as well is extremely slow. Furthermore, I have visited the location multiple times and the staff are extremely unhelpful each time. Even today I bought a coffee at the drive thru, I waited 10 minutes in line with one car ahead and finally, the coffee I received as well was cold. A previous experience is when I waited to order more than 15 minutes with not a single person in front of me and when I did order some food and payed for it after paying I was told they ran out of an item to which I was not provided any compensation whatsoever after paying for it. The service at this place is absolutely horrendous so don’t bother going to this place unless you want to stand in line for 20 minutes and deal with unfriendly staff.
Most of the staff there was extremely nice.there’s was just one lady that I asked for a mask and she said we don’t hand out masks which is fine but she did say in a very rude and unpleasant manner
Not sure who it was, but right now I am eating the most wonderful farmers wrap I’ve ever had in my life, paired with a beautifully brewed coffee. Needless to say this is a wonderful establishment and I reccomend it
If i could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered a chicken sandwich, potato wedges with ranch, and a coffee in drive thru. Paid and asked to wait and park in front of store, turns out to be a 10 min wait then when order is handed to me its missing the ranch sauce, I kindly asked for it. This indian lady with black hat and jacket comes with the ranch and said 'but you didnt order it', I said yes I did, and she still insisted no i didnt. I left it at that. The point is why insist to the customer for your mistake not punching the correct order, and instead of apologizing this lady insisted the customer to be wrong. Way to start the morning, very bad customer service.
I was waiting for been served within 5-7 min. The store staff just ignored me dealing with drive through a only. I dropped it off and left. I don't like this place.
I come here every so often when I'm working in the area and every time I'm impressed. The store is fairly new with a bright modern and spacious interior. Also, they put a lil extra love into their donuts not skimping on the icing on there cinnamon buns. Trust, I've never seen a cinnamon bun caked in so much icing at any coffee shop.
Whats the point in ordering a donut from this chain. Paper straws are garbage, no one wants to use a straw that soggy after one sip and falls apart before you finish your drink. Consistently screws up your order and the speakers are so quiet you can't hear the workers.
Not sure if there has been a change in management. Drive thru used to be very efficient… now there’s line ups any given time of day, service is slow and be prepared to wait in drive thru for 10 minutes. Drive thru speakers are so quiet that you can’t hear them and they can’t hear you and you end up repeating your order like 3 times
Awhile ago I just ordered a large steep tea triple triple and 10pcs timbits. When I got home to have a sip on my drinks my steep tea is not a tea it’s a coffee oh my gosh I went here once in awhile they’re always mess up my drink. Kindly please gave the right order.
Ordered a Sandwich. The bun was completely burnt that it was not edible, the lettuce inside was all brown. I was the only one in the drive thru so they could at least not rush. The lady at the drive thru grabbed my phone in order to scan for points because the scanner was not working. Completely unsanitary during covid.
Staff are rude, ordering food ends up having a conversation of "no we don't have that" over and over again. I don't know how the coffee here is worse than other stores.but it's abysmal. I would rather lick the ground than eat/drink from this location again.
I have been/ordered something from here at least once a month for the last two years and some part of my order is always wrong. Conveniently located but it shouldn’t be possible to screw up this consistently
I live right next to this location and I've been here 4 or 5 times over the last couple months. There's always been an issue. Whether it's giving us the wrong order, forgetting something, staff talking quietly through the drive-thru speaker, having to repeat myself multiple times when ordering, etc. Looking at everyone else's reviews, it looks like it's not just me. Must mean that this location is poorly managed. Going forward, I'll be going out of my way and driving the extra 10 minutes to go to the 41st Ave location.
Went yesterday at 9: 15 pm to buy a dozen of donuts, after I paid for my order the cashier left me waiting for my order for 5 minutes because she was talking to her friend on her cellphone. She didn’t even apologize when she came back. One more thing the donuts quality wasn’t the best or fresh, one of the donut was hard as a rock.

Don't even bother asking for a slight alteration to your sandwich like no tomatoes.you'll be met with scorn and complete confusion. This is by far the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Don't even go here for a coffee, it tastes like the machines haven't been cleaned since they opened for business.
March 18,2021 at 0640. Ordered a bacon english muffin, a large french vanilla with expresso and a honey crueller. Eggs shell or atleast something hard and crunchy in the muffin. Honey crueller was half glazed. The drink was expresso with what I can guess was just water or maybe straight coffee. 0/3 is pretty bad and this is not the first time I tried this location and they failed. Needs some oversight.
There was no one inside and it still took about 20 minutes to have someone take the order and have it done. It seems to be understaffed. The layout of this Tim Hortons is very strange, beginning with parking lot. If you want to sit inside, there is no way to social distance, after all the building has strange angles inside and the table layout makes you stay close to the door or to the counter. Poorly designed/organized. It seems to be understaffed, there were only 2 people working. It took way too long to simply get 2 drinks and a donut, we stood there for about 20 minutes when there was no one in front of us. While taking our order before being able to pay the lady went help the drive through and left us waiting in line in the middle of our turn. Then when it was finally paid it took a long time for the order to be ready. The donut was literally upside down in the box and the drinks took a long time to be ready. I believe staff is overwhelmed, however it's a matter of poor management/organization as well. Definitely one of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to.
This store, when you repeat your twice, and the clerk, asked twice more for your order for a bloody four times that you need to repeat. This isn't good I'll go to a different store, and I advise everyone else also.
