Went through drive as I go there every morning, coffee wasn’t even hot, girl gave me my food which was 2 sausage farmers wraps they where cold maybe put on the grill for 10 seconds than given. An when she handed it to me the bag ripped and just shut the window

I came to this store at 5: 30 pm to get pumping spice late and London fog and could not get it. Staff said that they could not do it because the esspresso maker is already cleaned up. The store is closing at 10 pm and they cleaned it almost 5 hours before close! This store is supposed to specialize in coffee, and they basically couldn't serve anything that has espresso in it or steamed milk. I understand if I came 30 min or an hour before close, then I would not question it, but 5 hours before is way too early

I don't eat Tim's much, the bread is too dry. Some people like that, I do not. They never have what I want available so I often have to substitute. I am a daily coffee drinker, multiple times a day and am always greeted with friendliness and a welcoming feeling.

Line up is a little confusing if new to location. Staff were friendly, quick service and clean location.

This is what I got when I ordered a medium ice coffee without ice. One of the employee named mark was so rude and said that this is the quantity we served. Honestly I always buy a coffee without ice.

Why is it that I take the time to come into any Tim's and the service is second rated to the drive thru service?
Very disappointing

Started keeping track of how often they get my order wrong 8/10 times it’s wrong consistently over the last 6 months

Hi went to Tim Hortons with family, cashier was not friendly for example for has brown she said we don’t have it, to add veggies in wrap she said don’t have it.we were about to leave but thanks to another cashier “Deepak” who jump in took our order. They have has- brown, they have veggies don’t know why she first said no for most of the thing… sorry to say but for order please assign a person who has patience, customer friendly and sincere towards their job…

Ordered couple of things for brunch.
Cappuccino was fantastic.
Spicy chicken wrap ment to be hot and cooked but there was raw chicken and cold wrap, such a disappointment.

No need to explain anything about Tim every canadian knows about it.only one name in canada which is famous internationally. Just name is enough, doesn't matter where it is situated.

I drove through to order and made a mistake on the first item and would like to make the correction but Matthew refused to let me and locked the window on me because he said it was already made even I haven't finished ordering. Now I know why this location never been busy.it is Sunday December 11 4: 30 pm

Service was slow because the trainee couldn't understand our order, but that's to be expected. The breakfast sandwich was great but the savoury pastries were nothing to write home about.

The food is decent for fast food. I always get what I ask for. However it is quite slow, especially if I go inside. Often I'm the first person to order inside but I wait typically at least 6 vehicles going by drive through before I get my order. And I also don't love how later in the evening they often are out of quinoa and can't make wraps.

Went to use my app for a free breakfast sandwich and the lady was extremely rude and when she couldn't get her system to scan my app she said "it's your problem". Not professional and horrible service!

This location is often out most lunch supper items on the menu based on the last 4 visits I have switched to using other restaurants instead

I do my best to only frequent TH on road trips, so I look forward to an everything bagel toasted and buttered! It's hard for me to give a good review when only 1 of their many different bagels are available & it's not an everything bagel. Add to this 4 of 6 orders were either mixed up or couldn't be filled, kind of makes me wonder about things at TH.

Not a well run restaurant

The person taking orders didn’t speak clearly and couldn’t understand clear english. Ordered 3 things and only got 2. UGH

Told staff there was not a single clean table. He said he would talk to supervisor. Nothing happened. Ate at the cleanest table possible and had to wipe it down myself.

This place gets one star, and honestly only because of the fast service. Everytime I have needed to use the restroom, it is absolutely filthy. I just can't stop here anymore; where there is a pattern, there is a problem. To management, please read your reviews and rectify.not only for the public, but for your employees! Gross!

27° outside and no AC for the dining area. Nice and cool by the cash registers though, so the staff area has air conditioning. I find it odd that they're baking their customers. Not a super comfortable location on a hot day.

Rude staff gross old food they sold me and argued about giving me my money back I wish I took a picture of the old hash brown it was rock hard discussing I asked what happened to always fresh cause that food was so old at least 3 hours if not more north end has fresh food worth the drive

The management was reluctant to remove homeless people from the facility who were hitting my vehicle with hockey sticks in the Drive-Thru. It was also difficult to communicate with management with a clear language barrier using English as a second language.

Why is it when i order any latte, its half cup and rest is froth.i pay full price. Tim's management please help fix this problem.

Extremely disappointing to go to Tim's and spend good money on a nice white hot chocolate, only to be server a tasteless cup of white chalky water. Ask for a specific tea bag only to have them put 2 different kinds in my drink. I get that we're dealing with a degraded work force at Tim's, but my money is just as good as it's always been. I'd like the service to remain the same, especially considering they're paid a min of $15/hr to do monkey work. I want compensation for their incompetent staff! Also, when you order a bagel with cream cheese it shouldn't come out looking like a freaking ice cream sandwich! Shape up!

Took 3 people to take an order for one combo and still got it wrong.customer service was a joke there.
When I mention that one of my items were missing they replied with a rude comment. Instead of at least checking my order.

Service was fast and efficient. The staff that took my order was quite friendly. Overall, a great location for a quick bite.

This location used to be a decent one. Then.the franchise owner hired an influx of 3rd world filopeenos who dont understand english and do not comprehend the meaning of customer service. Like most other tim's that have hired immigrants, this location has also become rubbish. Can Tim's stop being greedy, not hire uneducated migrants and pay to hire quality workers who know how to serve a North American population? !

Repeated my order 5 times, still ended coming out wrong, and got more than I asked for, a burnt egg on my bagel. Will not return, will go to the Mc Donald's across the street, at least I know my order will be right and no burnt egg.
