Worst Tim Horton's in the country. No staff, kitchen closed during business hours. Close shop.

I have a feeling that there is a challenge for the dirtiest room between Tim Hortons locations. In addition, to get out of the toilet, I have to complete a finger strength quest. The toilet, by the way, is not flushable. I bought a chicken soup, and later it turned out that they put a fork in the package instead of a spoon. I had to leave the soup for the next time. To date, I've been to only two Tim Hortons locations where the sanitary standards are in line with a food establishment.

It's a Tim's in a high traffic area. They seem to struggle with keeping staff, sometimes the staff are hard to understand. Food prep and food display has been hit hard by lack of staff, I stopped ordering here because it was not consistent. Coffee is still hot and fresh. Layout is a bit rough with only one door location for in and out right where the line forms.

Very bad service their steep tea taste like just a water they don’t make fresh every time if its time to change staff is lazy to make a new one i think avoid this place or else you will regret. Go somewhere else.

4 different people making cofee while 1 person takes orders then leaves to go make cofee, stood at the front of the lime for 5 minutes before I got tired of waiting and walked off. Screw this place

Absolutely worst Manager Kiran Singh act like he doesn’t deserve to be a manager and the crew are completely rude.instead of fixing the situation he make it worst that’s why they lost their customers, i don’t recommend to come to this place worst customer service in the city they deserve to have negative star.

I went there today and there was a lady at the place she was taking orders and all. After all I ordered my coffee she made something wrong at all. I called her that she made something wrong that’s not what I ordered. She was so rude to me. And she said to me that if u don’t like my survive do not come back here again. After done my work in the evening I went at the store and I also bring my coffee there she was totally lying about all this what I told her. I tell her to call the manager to talk to me he came his name was karan Singh. He was also stupid guy with her. I always went there they r always giving me wrong order that lady she was calling me stupid.
I have request to the owner pls change your staff or tell them to be respectful with your costumers.

Very poor service by manager karan and his stuff they send us wrong order and start arguing with us at shop and they usually do this all time very very very very very bad service and I don’t recommend to go there

One of the worst tim hortons i went to in Calgary.
Slowest ever possible service.
Unaware staff who does not know how to treat their customer.
One of the girl who took my order did not know how to apply 20% discount from my app.
Supervisor was stupid enough to not even realise or understand what was my complain it took them 24 min to be exact to make two bagels and then the girl who prepared them through the bag at me i also ordered 3 hashbrowns which were not in there.
Hot choclate was cold.
Worst worst worst service.

I love this Tim Hortons. It's right off the number one highway and there is not drive through, so most people either walk there or park in the parking lot. It's usually quiet at night and is a great place to stop for a snack.

Staff are very kind! Minus one gentleman.

Its an extremely busy Tim Hortons and for that they skip a lot of steps on food. Untoasted breakfast sandwiches, forgetting sauces on sandwiches, cold/stale bread and hash browns.
Cold roast beef always.
Iced coffee is never right? Always tastes burnt or watered down.
Says “open till 7” but I work right there and they are ALWAYS closed at 6: 35.

Bottom line, they’re fine for hot coffee and baked goods, staff are for the most part quite sweet, but Don’t get iced coffees and maybe skip on the food, unless super hungry.

Nothing but retarded mongoloids that work in there. Went there yesterday for a coffee, pretty quiet and a old guy in front of me was having issues paying, no big deal but amongst 7 staff behind the counter just chatting away to themselves, they couldn’t see or were too lazy to see there was a line up and open another til Take the initiative people for gods sake! Coming from the UK I am absolutely shocked at how incompetent the people are who work here. Get a grip management!

Slooooowwwwww around 4pm. ‘Must be kids working! Sat here 15 minutes in line that backed out of gas station.

Go to just grab two hot drinks, easy order. Two people behind the counter, already busy with customers. One guy finishes up with his customer and tells his coworker (who was still helping someone) that he needs to go make a personal phone call while I'm still waiting in to make my order. This place either is severely under staffed some days, and other days it's just poor quality staff.

I only go to Tim Hortons out of convenience. I don't care for their coffee and the food is junky. The donuts are waaaaaay too sweet, caked in glaze and thick layer of icing

Worked here for almost a year, not the worst work environment. Quite a few entitled and obnoxious customers however.

Waited over half an hour for 12 assorted donuts and a take 12. It was utter chaos and confusion behind the counter.

July 5/22 don't come here if you have somewhere to be. Literally the slowest Tim Hortons I've ever been in, and for the past two weeks they've got every single order we've made wrong. They also haven't bothered to try to correct overcharging and truly don't seem to care about anything at all.

I like to sit by the big window on Trans Canada Hwy 1 (16 Ave N) and almost a Kitty corner from SAIT
