I ordered a chilli with cheese and a big bun extra butter. Paid for the extras never got the cheese got a tiny bit and only one butter. I asked the guy at the drive through if it’s correct he said yes I should have looked because they never give what you order. And when you call them no one ever answers the phone.

Paid for extra bacon, no extra bacon. Bought a coffee with 2 cream, received coffee with sugar included.

I had phoned on Oct 4 about being able to purchase 2 dozen honey glazed donuts for Oct 5 & was told to call 15 minutes to 1/2 hour ahead and they would make for me as possibly wouldn’t have enough to fill my order. I phoned at 10ish am to place my order. We stopped about 1 pm to pick up our order, told them I had placed an order for 2 doz doughnuts, they took my payment & proceeded to fill boxes with a variety of doughnuts, I told them no, I placed an order so they then found the order with my name on it. When we arrived home we opened the order up to find all different kinds of doughnuts. I returned to the store and 2 different times had to show them what I wanted, the person who I spoke with said something in a non- English language & they all laughed so quite sure thought it was a joke on me. Said I would have to wait about 1/2 hour, so said OK, then another one returned again and asked which ones I wanted so once again had to show. No apology offered. Was waiting and I finally went to counter and suggested perhaps could have a coffee and I had no intention to pay for it, they did give me one. There were many wait people of the same nationality who appeared to be more interested in visiting among themselves than serving customers. Was my first & last visit to this store. Have never been a great Tim’s fan and this certainly didn’t help to make me want to return

Busy Drive-Through, Mixed Cleanliness at Tim Hortons - Red Deer

I've visited the Tim Hortons located at 62 Carleton Ave #110, Red Deer, AB T4P 0T9 multiple times, and it's safe to say this location is a bustling hub for coffee lovers. The drive-throughs are often swamped with traffic, which can result in long wait times. On one occasion, I found myself waiting for 15 minutes to place my order, despite being the only customer in line.

In terms of cleanliness, the interior of the store is generally acceptable, but there is room for improvement. One noticeable issue is the state of the entry door, which consistently appears dirty. Addressing this cleanliness concern would significantly enhance the overall experience for customers.

Despite these minor inconveniences, the quality of the coffee and food offerings remains consistent with the Tim Hortons standard. If you're in a rush, it might be wise to consider alternative locations, but if you're patient and enjoy their products, this Tim Hortons is worth a visit.

Overall, it's a convenient spot for your daily caffeine fix, but the management should focus on maintaining a cleaner entry area to elevate the overall experience for customers.

I'm impressed with the bowls. They are a good choice for a meal and the choices are varied and good.

This Timmies never has ANYTHING.i will go thru several items and they ALWAYS say they are out of stock.im talking basic stuff that any tim hortons should have! Like cold brew coffee, sandwiches, donuts.regardless of the time of day they are always out of stock!

The last 2 mornings I have come throught the drive through to get a basic orange pekoe tea with two milk. On both occasions I have received cream. Cream doesn't go in tea and taints the taste. Terrible start to morning and not going drive back. You just have to read the screen. Come in guys. This sets tone for people's events for the day.

I love paying an ever increasing cost for a coffee and having no sugar.all because someone that works at a time Hortons can have a liveable wage (your not suppose to thrive working fast-food fyi, it's a job for highschool kids to get experience) I have to pay more for a product I didn't want and will throw out to buy again at another location. It's not hard to put sugar in a drink, it really isn't. Especially if you are making a livable wage you should be able to handle that one simple task.

Best Tim’s so far. A box of mixed timbits has actually a variety of sweet bits, not just 2-3 choices as everywhere else.

I'm here almost every day. They're slow, mess up on orders all the time, and barely ever serve food and drinks that are actually hot.

Closes at 10 but if you swing through at 9: 30 the guy will just pretend he doesn’t speak English good enough. Or maybe he doesn’t but if that’s the case why is he there alone?

Last week I came to this Tim Hortons to use my electronic Tim's Card and I was new to using it so I asked for some help with navigating the Tim's App and paying with my card. I was told that they didn't know how it worked by both a worker and a manager which I founder shocking. Finally after 5 or so minutes another manager came and figured it out and assisted me which I was very greatful for. After ordering a fair amount of food the total price was approximately $2.50 more than it should have been so I tried to explain but they just kept on saying it was not there fault and that they only pushed buttons so they couldn't do anything. I finally gave up and just let them be right but then the worker told me to "use my mind, use my brain"! I got very upset and spoke to the manager who believe it or not started to take his workers side. After I threatened to escalate it to his district manager he started jumping through hoops and made the worker apologize. Sad that it took sweeping threats for basic decency to happen. Needless to say I wasn't very impressed and infact I was left feeling shocked and embarrassed. I will not be entering this poorly run Tim Hortons again!

Very rude staff who took my order this am, and I can hear in the speaker she is talking in a different language saying something about what I ordered after she took my order, very un professional,

I go to this restaurant everyday, the staff who takes the order is very rude, her name is Mabel, I told my order as usual and she did not understand and when I get to the window, I repeated again my order and she is telling to the other co-worker in her language that I am always on the phone with an angry attitude, why do you care if I am on the phone or not. I have noticed she is always angry, when you meet a person like that early morning when you start your day then even your day becomes bad. The management needs to train the staff to be more service oriented. Very bad service and attitude.

This is the third time I am getting tea from this location, it is always cold like water there is no test on it.why this not let me to not give a star this location is 0 not even one star.

I always go here to order my coffee and sometimes some pastries on drivethru, when im trying to correct my order from the screen one of the lady on mic tell some side comment in Filipino language (ang arte ni kuya) she doesn’t know that im a Filipino and I undertsand what she said. I run to the window to confront her, instead of saying sorry she denies everything but when I look for her manager she apologized very quick. I try to call the store but they didn’t answer. Hope this thing will never happen again.

Forgot my hashbrowns after ordering 2 breakfast combos and they told me to wait out front of their store. Drive thru was not busy at all. 17 dollars left with 2 sandwiches and 2 large drinks. Won't be back.

Poor customer service. Drinks made wrong. When asked if the iced capps were made with chocolate milk said yes they were. Were actually made with cream. Not a problem getting wrong drink, can be fixed quickly. Problem is even though not busy did not confirm, just said yes. Waste of time and gas having to drive back and get correct drinks. Could have been fixed when asked.

Super pushy and really rude. Like I get your trying to get everyone through fast. But there was no one behind me. So absolutely no need for that.

One of the best combinations in the world of fast food has to be the Timmy Wendy's. By mere virtue of their existence the combine two of the foremost chains available.

The great thing about this location is the drive through setup. You can exit one and proceed directly into the other regardless of which one you go to first.

Perfect for the fries and iced cap combo. Wendy's being the best type 1 burger joint certainly helps too.

Stop here every time I'm heading out of town yo the south.

I like this place. Lost a star because they seem to be out of stock on stuff too often. Last 3 times they didn't have my favourite donut.

Got my food order wrong even though I told them 3 different times as it kept showing up on the screen wrong. Wont be back

I like this place. Good, quick service. The food is typically on point. It's a well-run Tim Horton's. Missing a star because the $1.99 chicken sandwich is one of the worst fast food items I've ever put in my mouth. The entire chain lost a star from me with that atrocity.

The staff here are so amazing! Donald and J. M.are such amazing people. Consistently smiling and giving consistently great service. Thanks for everything guys!

Love timmies but hate this location. One person working most days and it takes FOREVER to get a coffee. Been there numerous times and end up buying something from the esso for a drink then walk out. Won't go back to that location.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee and both were disappointing. Coffee tasted watered down and bagel had practically no cream cheese on it.

They never have soups or chilli at 9: 00pm and their excuse is that they sold out. The service is so bad that I don’t recommend anybody to go to this store. It’s sucks

Be lucky if you get someone that understands English and knows the difference between a steep tea dd and a dd coffee

Never makes my apple cinnamon fog correctly always tastes like hot water and nothing else very disappointed

Slow service, over 10min wait for grilled cheese with only 3 people in front of me. Food was OK once I got it.

Well stood at the front of the line for about 2-3 min before order was taken. Not busy but staff seemed to be? Then screaming kids running around, not their fault of course, just a bad experience. Guess the staff could have told the parents to quiet their children however.

Asked for equal amounts of their six different types of Tim bits and only ended up with only 3 variation.

Friendly staff, order is right about 75% of the time. Which is marginally better than most locations.
