We were on a multi location treasure hunt for smile cookies. It only took 6 tim Hortons in four different towns to find them. It didn't matter which location we went in we were always met with a smile and cheery attitude. Points For the staff that works so hard.
The visitor centre is new and definitely an asset to this Unesco world heritage site. Lots of interactive indigenous displays and a lovely souvenir shop staffed by friendly and knowledgeable people.
Consistently slow service, no teamwork system. Each employee doing redundant tasks. Switching between cash and food handling gloves between each customer. Half hour for an afternoon coffee.
Every time I’ve used mobile orders (usually 15-20 minutes in advance) it isn’t started until after I arrive, then takes another 10 minutes or more to prepare. Not really worth it
Poor inside service. 13 vehicles went through while I stood inside at the counter. Ended up getting back in my vehicle and went through drive through. Very POOR service! My money no good?
A coffee with Attitude not alone remade at his liking pointed out I pay for don't need Attitude spoke to management about n did nothing about but added what was missing certainly will miss this dive of atmosphere
The service gets worse everyday lineups past the door and no one behind the counter, even when your the only one in there takes 10 minutes to get anyone’s attention. Can’t wait for MacDonald’s to open just down the street
Tim Hortons. They often get your orders wrong, food and coffee is Tim's meh. Still end up there sometimes because it's the only drive through coffee place.
Oy. This was an experience. Some woman cussed at me bc of the washroom. The staff did nothing. The donuts were a bit dry. Coffee was okay. Don't worry. I'm sure there are better locations throughout. I bought the TH's K-cups and they're great!
This 1 star review is related to Tim Hortons disregard and indifference towards its customers who are unable or unwilling to get vaccinated (either those of us who recovered from coronavirus and don't see the reason to get vaccinated due to presence of anti-bodies in immune system or people who simply believe that vaccine is not worth the shot). Recently Tim Hortons stopped serving the unvaccinated people based on the government directives to encourage mass vaccination by introducing vaccine passports. This means that during these times of global hardship, Tim Hortons has sided with the government and not their customers. We used to buy from Tim Hortons before these new rules and will gladly continue buying from your business as long as our choice to stay clear from the vaccine is respected. If your location is open for everyone regardless of their vaccination status, please respond to this review. However, if your establishment is blindly following the government's vaccination plan, we won't spend a penny on your business this year and for many years to come, until these unnecessary vaccine related restrictions are lifted.
Guy who served me was multi tasking. I had to say my order 3 times and he just walk away to do something while I was talking which is kinda rude. All the people behind me got a tray or sleeves on their coffee and he just gave me 3 coffees without offering sleeves nor tray? He just pointed at my coffees and left. So I asked for some sleeves and I was given "the look" no smiles and just turn his back after putting it in the table. First time at Tim's and worse part is I'm not even from the area.
Terrible drive thru service they pretty much throw your coffee at you. That is of they are open. Went there a 5 20 and they still didn't have the drive thru open even tho they open at 5 ap
Was good. Staff are pretty miserable. Got shunned inside for what I have no idea. Will be avoiding that one. Sloppy food preparation as well. Was ok in February 2021 threw the window
Friendly staff. Clean restaurant area. Nice location. Quite area to stay overnight. Semi-truck & trailer parking available. Grocery store near by. One stop shopping place. Good collection of stuff. Makes fresh drinks with a smile. Overall wonderful experience. I will definitely visit again and tell my friends. Keep up the good work.
Drive through is good. If you need to go inside they constantly have only one person to serve inside. I have waited 10 or more min with only 1 or 2 ppl in front of me. This has been going on now for years here.
Alright location.had all Tim bits in stock was shocked. Was busy and the cashiers powered thru the lineups. The salted Carmel iced cap is worth trying.
