Skipped my place in the drive thru line and then proceeded to tell me they don't charge out flavour shots for ice caps anymore and wanted me to pay for a mocha icecapp without the whipped topping. So they want my money for the whipped topping but won't let me just have the chocolate syrup and pay just for the chocolate syrup like I've done at every time Hortons for years now. Will not be going to this location any more.
Any tim hortons is nice. Sometimes I don't get the amount of sugar I asked for in my coffee with 2 creams which is not fun all the time but what gives, I miss somethings at my work as well. But still it irks me a little bit
Went to Tim’s today, rude workers they don’t even talk nicely. We asked for light ice for our ice coffees and only got it for 3 drinks not the 4th one, your guys iced coffee is not fresh as soon as you taste you know it’s not fresh. The donuts I feel like I will get sick because it’s not even fresh the cream taste like it was made weeks weeks ago. I really hope you guys fix your managements and this issue. We’ve experienced this twice and said nothing but now we’re saying it because we’re not trying to get sick and making sure people see this.
I ordered bagel and french vanilla on Monday morning they didn’t give even single serviette with bagel and the butter was all over the paper in which they serve the bagel the service was not good at all
Bad service over and over again. Every time I've gone to this location I have to repeat my order and they STILL GET IT WRONG. The girls are more worried about socializing than actually working. Management needs to step in and re train their staff.
At approx 06: 45 hours, i ordered food the food, after repeating twice order taker clearly understood my order and still wanted to confirm the order. I drove my vehicle after i reach the window they said we did not complete the order and since i dont know if they have hard time understanding english the two women on drive thru said they could not complete my order on window as there are cars behind. I dont understand how these people are on jobs they are super frustrated in the morning and they are very racist towards particular community that is completely depicted with the attitude. For the most part they did not serve me the order slammed the window. I make $10-15 purchase in a day on average from this particular location but i am not going there anymore worst time of experience anybody can have. On asking to call manager they said there is no manager in the store during the peak morning hours which was amazingly surprising. All they want to focus on is timer nothing else they just wanna show on the board that they are serving the fastest since they would ask customer to repeat again and again which could be clearly understood.
Not going back to this location workers think they own the place.
Just feels so cozy, welcoming, and overall awesome. The staff are nice, the seats are comfy, and even of you just want to cozy up and study without getting anything, you can do that!
This location was the best by far! Food was delicious, service was outstanding! Ran out of strawberry cream donut so they made some fresh, just amazing!
If you go in they say that drive thru is priority. Go thru drive thru and have to wait 5-10 minutes to be acknowledged. Only have 1 person taking orders for both sides and they don’t even care to actually listen to your order once they take it
Went in at 8: 50am on a Saturday to pick up donuts, stock trays were empty, few donuts here & there were visible I asked if they had any Boston cream donuts, the answer was NONE! This time of the morning, your shelves should be full, it's the weekend! People come for coffee with family & friends and you're almost out of everything!
If it could be possible i want to give stars in negative for your services i asked for a bagel with both sides toasted and they just burnt it and grill from another side. Really disappointed, and its hard to find cream cheese in it.
Food from Tim's is pretty bad in general, but this location is decent for a quick coffee. This drive through can be very slow though, even when not busy. Open 24 hours but not a lot of options still available late at night.
6 am. No one working the counter. Stood in line waiting as 5 girls worked the drive through. Felt like 5 mins before one of them finally came and got me a coffee. During that time I mad eye contact with 3 of them so they new I was there. No apologies. Just want so you want. Poor service.
Every single time I come to this location they have the most watered down coffee I have ever had their food is always not fresh their lettuce is Brown and is absolutely the worst Tim hortons around
Probably one of the worst Tims locations in the city and surrounding area. They have the double drive through but only ever have 1 person working it so by the time you decide it would be faster to drive to another location, you're stuck forever. They don't seem to add caramel to a caramel iced coffee either. I keep trying this location due to it being close to my job site but im always disappointed.
I got breakfast this morning and whoever wrapped my wrap did an amazing job; I'm weirdly happy about it. They also almost charged me for something I didn't order but since she clarified my order at the window we caught it so I'm happy about that too. I've been going to this location for a couple years and have few complaints
20 mins for 2 frozen drinks? ! Had to wait for a car in front, though he bought the whole store, only to have recieved a small box of timbits. Then when it was my turn to pull up to the window, the only worker I could see was cleaning the floors.which obviously weren't clean very often, anyways, pull up, see drinks, have to wait another 12 mins just to tap my card and get given said drinks.
Very very very slow drive thru. Never going back here ever again after using it for long time, but it is getting slower and slower every day. Can't believe it can be so slow. Better I will go somewhere else.
These people are very rude, especially who works in the drive-through, and they cheat! Didn’t give the roll-up cups. I only realized when I came home Disappointing!
Friendly staff! Comfortable seating. Can be on the noisy side but still a nice place to sit and chat. I prefer the outdoor seating when the weather is nice.
Always mixed up our orders.the one lady manager is not so nice as well. We bought a large coffee and won’t give us extra cups.like how can we even drink coffee without extra cups for everybody.other than that we really have no choice cause it’s closer than Starbucks.
The slowest drive through in whole Canada not just in Edmonton. Every time you go to drive through you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes which is insane. Employees are slower than a sloth. Never going back not even for dine in.
Great location. Busy as any other tim hortons and the service can reflect that by having some errors in orders at times but just be nice and understandable and they will fix any mistake nicely. The location is always clean
Awful customer service. You rarely get the order you placed. Attendant almost every time gives you the wrong products. Had to give 1 star just to post the review.
Typical Tim Hortons They had an ad for Wayne Gretzgy Mugs. Asked for one. Sold out. So I told them to remove the ad and they were confused to what I was saying. Couldn't understand they were advertising for something they had no stock on.
