Got a Blackberry Yuzu drink at 11: 20pm and it tasted terrible they are always my go to drink and it tasted like it went sour, the drink itself tasted like rotten fruit. Will never come back here. They also were out of chocolate Timbits which is very disappointing.
If i could give place a 0? I would. I’ve never seen such disgusting attitudes; everytime i go here it’s a nightmare! It’s like all the employees there have an attitude, they talk to you with so much unpleasantness; even when they’re wrong. If this wasn’t located 2min away from my place i’d never go here; makes you want to slap people first thing in the AM. If you hate your job then don’t work there argh, what a frustrating atmosphere man
My mom went through the drive thru today and they asked her to pull around and park and they would bring it out to her. Upon getting her items and receipt they wrote a very disrespectful/rude note on the receipt saying "Chevrolet/Black/Old lady"
I'm sorry but old lady. That's very rude to label someone as old lady, my mom is only 55 years old. I would not consider that old lady and even then to call someone old is quite rude period. I understand you need to write something to know what vehicle but I've never seen another fast food place do that before. Write the color and make of vehicle and license plate. Old lady that is very rude and my mom was not happy being called or labelled as old.
Train your staff better. This location continues to have HUGE issues with quality of service and quality of food. To remind you of my past experience with I've attached a photo of my mother's receipt and the photo from my last review showcasing their quality of food.
I ordered dark roast coffee for me and my wife and turkey melt. They served the coffee iced cold like it was left for ages at the pot and the sandwich was poorly made. Didn’t meet regular tim hortons standard at that time so disappointed
Today I waited in the drive thru for over 7 minutes and upon finally getting to the order screen was asked to wait. Meanwhile the car behind me which came 4-5 minutes after me changed lanes and was able to order and drive through while I was still waiting. Then a second vehicle that just arrived went into the other lane and was able to order and go to the pickup window.
I still had my window open and loudly said "this is ridiculous, that vehicle came several minutes after me and got served, now another vehicle that just arrived pulled into the other lane".
That is when someone finally came on the mic saying sorry and when I started to order the second vehicle had placed their order and was pulling forward to the pick-up window.
I stopped ordering and told her to cancel my order as a third vehicle was now beside me ordering. I am very unhappy and disappointed with the service I have received there for the past couple years.
All I was ordering this time was an icecap, a coffee and a box of 10 Timbits though usually we order a variety of items from breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I can understand one car getting ahead if I am ordering several things but 3 is not acceptable. I was under the understanding the order window operated like a zipper line.
I have frequented this location since they opened and enough is enough, I will no longer give them my patronage.
They were quick. They were nice. And the tables were well kept. Even made me fresh coffee. This Tim Hortons makes me feel like the Orgional Tim Hortons web used to go to back in the early 2000's. Cozy. Enjoyably noticeable environment.
The lady that worked on 2nd Dec morning 2am she is rude and makes garbage take away food.
Had to wait over 8 mins while I was only one present in drive thru. She didn't greet nor she bothered to say hi at window. Rather she pulled out debit machine and banged the window after such long wait.
Food items were not packed properly as per Timhortons way it was bundled up in to one package of similar items.
The absolute worst tim hortons. Drive through wait is so long, minimum 10 mins to order. The people inside can’t seem to work the drive through headset properly, you will have 2 people taking to you at the same time, and 8/10 times your order is wrong.
Ordered drive thru in the morning. One of their lanes was close, probably because of staff shortage which is understandable. However, their staff that day were very rude! They rushed us when ordering. They gave us 2x of the item and charged me for it when we only ordered 1. After giving us our order, they suddenly walked away when we were still asking questions about the mistake in our order. We didn't want to make a fuss since there was a line up in the drive thru. I wish their staff were more friendly.
The drive thru staff were friendly and relatively quick. They initially gave me the wrong drink, but I noticed before driving away and got the correct one.
My boyfriend and I always get stuff here but tonight’s service wasn’t the best. I ordered 2 candy cane white hot chocolates and she only put through one (which wasn’t made properly at all) and when I told her she only charged me for the one she didn’t understand that I was asking for her to charge me and grab me another drink. I had to repeat myself several times. By the time we got the second drink and drove off we saw they made the wrong drink yet again. So safe to say we won’t be coming back during the night cause they seemed to be half asleep.
Customers inside or just as important as the ones outside and for me to order my food inside and watch the lady make 10 other orders in the Drive-Thru before mine is quite not cool
Hate how every Tim's seems to stack the cold cuts then fold it over instead of like Subway and individually fold over the meat. Lady literally put 2 big dollops of mayo or dressing on my sandwich. So Gross. Also really hate their paper cups. McDonald's never burns my hand from the outside.

No eye contact, rude, even held the food away so you had to reach for it. Kind've a weird experience for a Tim Hortons. My thank-you was even followed by a "yeah"
They just give preference to drive through i was waiting for at-least 5-7 mints to order at front without any lineup they dont care how long u waiting they come go not even say we will help u wait and there is only one employee at front who is taking order making food. If its gonna be like this i don’t think people will like to come back again.
This location is consistently the worst location that my wife and I go to. We go here because we walk our dog and it's close by, but when you order staff takes their time acknowledging you even when several people have seen you stand there for minutes on end and there is no one else to serve. Once they finally serve you they talk to you like it's an inconvenience that you're there ordering. To go along with that, we have had our orders given to us incorrect more than 5 times. The last time, I was charged incorrectly and then when they went to give me change to reimburse me they short changed me and I had to explain how much I should get back for my order and there was three people standing there trying to figure it out and they were rude to me, after I had been polite about it. My wife called to let a supervisor know what had happened and usually they will apologize or more often than not tell you to come and grab a couple free coffee coupons for messing up your order and for the inconvenience, well not this location, no apology and did not care that their staff overcharged and then didn't even want to correct it. We now try to avoid this location and go to the Esso Tim Hortons across the parking lot, who always has friendly staff and always makes you feel welcome for coming there.
I ordered on skip the dishes and they didn't give me all I asked for, missing items. I called them and was told to call skip the dishes for a refund. What's the worth of having to do everything myself and they dismiss my complaint. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS Tim Hortons. They do not care about the customer.
Excruciatingly poor service. It's better to walk through the drive thru and hold up the cars than wait and hope for them to eventually acknowledge you inside the building to take your order. Took 15 minutes just to order a single coffee with no one else waiting in the dining area. The staff move at a snails pace and there's never more than a single register open (and even then, there's usually no one actively at the register). I'd advise to go anywhere else if able. This is consistently the worst Tim Hortons I've had the misfortune of visiting.
As long as you make sure to check your order and taste your drinks before you leave you should be good to go. Specifically the location in Hawkstone has a horrible time remembering to put the flavoring in their drinks! I literally have to get them to remake my raspberry lemonade every time I go, no joke! I have repeatedly called and complained to management after bringing multiple drinks home that could not be consumed (wasted over $50 because their poor attention to finishing their drinks). Nothing has been done. I stopped going for a while but love my raspberry lemonade when it is made correctly. Now I wait and try all my drinks before I leave, it messes with their target interaction times but at least I ensure my drink is made correctly. I'm lucky my family is not germaphobes (sp?) like me, I literally have to try every drink because they are that bad for leaving out the flavoring. I do however love their raspberry lemonade and chili when it is done properly! So thank you for that side of it. The staff at this location are also extremely friendly, which I truly appreciate, so thank you again!
First of all they're the fastest breakfast service i've ever experienced. Anyways, today i ordered a specifically picky order. Usually when a restaurant gets my order wrong i ask for it to be made again and i leave with teo orders because it's their mistake. This is the first time that happened and they actually made my order to the specific detail instead of just the basic order. I ordered a turkey belt on an english muffin double toasted no cheese but add mayo. Then when i saw that i was just charged for extra meat i asked them to include the bacon as well. When i checked my sandwich it was missing an egg. As i said in the past i wouldve just got like a bacon belt with cheese on like a plain bagel or something but they remade my sandwich perfectly.now THAT is customer service.thank you
Despite never being busy in the early AM, and me explaining i am diabetic and do not want sugar in my coffee, for the third time in 2 weeks they have put sugar in my coffee. No other people in line so not busy, just doesn't care. I've spoken to the workers, not sure if they're doing it on purpose at this point but I will be driving out of my way to avoid this place now.
Standard fare food for Tim Hortons. What sets this location apart is the service. Whomever was responsible for the drive-thru window on Sept 1, should be promoted. Friendly, funny and service personified.
We had to repeat our very small order several times. After each time we spoke, it took anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes (literally timed) for a reply, after which we would have to repeat the exact thing we had just said. It was pouring rain and the entire ordering process took over 10 minutes, and then took another 6 minutes to get our drinks
I wish I were making this up. I normally love Tim's and I don't mind a wait when its busy. We were literally the only customers in the drive thru and no one was in the dining area
Went through the drive thru, the ladies pass me my coffee the lid was not on properly, so when I went to pick up my coffee when I was driving well the lid went flying off the coffee so needless to say I was wearing my coffee. I have coffee all over my seats, console and seeped in by my stick shift big mess to clean up and my car still smells like coffee in a day or two I am hoping it don’t smell like spoiled cream. I spoke to the regional manager and he basically said it was my fault because their cupping machine cupped my coffee 3 times. Well I tried to explain to him that if the machine cupped my coffee 3 times then obviously the cup rim was damaged that the lid wouldn’t stay on which it was. This Tim Hortons is the worst ever! Go to any other Tim Hortons for better service and coffee that is made properly.
Had to wait too long just for 2 coffee. Would never go to this location again. Felt like drive through people were given more preference. 1 star for service 5 star for coffee of course
This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Every time I go to this Tim Hortons they mess up my order. This morning my coffee was wrong, my breakfast was wrong and the egg in the breakfast wrap look like it had been sitting there for years. Go to the one in the Esso just down the street. They have way better service and the food is always fresh.
Tim Hortons is pretty standard, mediocre coffee and gross food, but the service at this location brought my opinion of the company to an all time low. I dunnoz could have just been the day too
They always mess up on my orders and are very rude when I mention it I asked for a Turkey BLT with honey mustard and they put mustard so I asked nicely for a new one and they kept telling me I was wrong and that I didnt day honey mustard then wanted to charge me an extra 2 dollars for the honey mustard lol
Staff could not help me figure out an issue with gift cards that I had bought and told me that I had to come back because they didnt know how to fix the issue I had. Staff was not helpful as well
I am always stopping by there for either coffee or something and usually do not have any issues, once and while I do. I ordered coffee and breakfast this morning and I speak clear to them through window, and some how they gave me something else. Like maybe try not to rush people through there, no I don’t want anything else just want to exchange your mistake. Some of the workers there are friendly but others are rude.
Every time I go to this Tim Hortons they never have what I ask for, also the staff are very pushy and rushy. I usually avoid this Tim Hortons.such a waist of time to drive there. I’ll continue to go to McDonald’s for my coffee.
When you order a simply sausage breakfast sandwich and specifically say NO EGG due to an allergy, and the staff gives you eggs anyways, not such a good idea. Perhaps LISTENING to what the customer asks for because they know what they can have better then the staff does. Not the first time, but WILL be the last time as I will not be going back.
I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and received a bagel with two eggs and tomato? No idea where the confusion came from and they refused to change it claiming that it was what I ordered I have been a customer at this specific tim hortons for years but I wont be coming here anymore because this isnt the first time this has happened. Please be more considerate when training your staff especially with sandwich prep, this is unacceptable.
The only gluten free thing they have is the omelette bites and they don’t have any.out of three kinds? I was under the impression they make them until 10 pm.
